This hotel has one very slow small elevator to service four floors. The stairs are not close if you opt to use those. I went to the the pool multiple times there were never any towels left and the used ones were all over pool. When I told the front staff they did deal with it right away. The edge of my bed was worn out where a person would sit. The staff was nice.

Friendly staff, large room, and for a fitness crazed guest an amazing gym that doesn’t take a back seat to some gyms in luxury hotels. This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially at the very reasonable price point. Will stay again.

Great property with nicely sized rooms. The morning breakfast area was nice with no issues finding a seat. There is a games lounge in the basement that helped switch things up. The pool area was relaxing with nice chairs and huge lounge couches.

Loved that the guest rooms had NO carpet!!!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to dietary needs (gluten free). There was a coffee machine in the lobby that made delicious drinks, unfortunately it broke on the second day of our stay. Hot tub was only lukewarm, but the kids enjoyed the pool facilities.

The hotel is in a good location if you are want to be close to the mall, 5 minute drive. But the surrounding area is filled with homeless people so I wouldn’t walk around at night. If you are choosing this hotel for laundry service, they have one washer and one dryer, $2 per load. The dryer was broken and I had to go to Days Inn next door. Which is a gross, dirty hotel btw. The elevator is very very slow and no ac. Rooms are clean though and breakfast is good.

None, stranded in a crack town, no bar or restaurant in the hotel, nothing to do. Screaming children in the pool area so hot tub wasnt as relaxing as it should be. Compliments to the fact that the cutlery and plates werent disposable during breakfast. The mix in the eggs wasnt great but they werent bad. The room was clean, but the toilet was confined, and someone with ibs wasnt super comfortable in there. The tub didnt drain while taking a shower. I told the front desk but it was never fixed, the sink was slow to drain- also not fixed(room 212). Sound proofing on that door should be fixed as i had to listen to the elevator and the people getting off of it frequently during the night, front hotel lights were glaring past the edges of the black out curtains. Please improve, i love best western hotels but i was a bit disappointed in this one.

Room was clean and updated however we saw a mouse in our room during our stay , was a bit offputting. We didn't use elevator it was backed up it's also the staff elevator , wouldn't stay here if you have movement issues . P

Staff were very nice ..We rented a pet friendly room. Other rooms we have rented have all had carpet. This room is laminate . It has been disinfected but stinks of disinfectant and dog poo. It’s disgusting. I would not want to walk in Bare feet. We left room for a couple of hours hoping to air it out. They have no other rooms vacant. I have asked for a mask as it is affecting my lungs . Very upsetting

Overall the stay was okay except the extremely not sound proof doors. Our room is connect to another room through a door and we could hear their TV, alarm, and conversations (and I believe visa versa since they won’t really talking very loud). You could hear the people talking in the hallway.

The 2 queen is nicer than the 1 king kitchenette FYI. Overall pretty good. Nice hard floors. No gross carpet. Great for my dog.

Was charged extra fee (tourism fee) without informing me at the time of check in. I always booked and stay in hotel almost every month and this is the only hotel who charged me of tourism fee. I am surprised because never had this fee before. Staff are not friendly and not approachable. I regret staying here for few days. I am a regular customer of best western and only this location made my experience not to come back. I booked for 3nights and thinking it was a hassle free. Didn’t know that this hotel doesn’t offer cleaning if you stay extra days. I ask for consideration of cleaning our room on our 2nd night/3rd day because i have infant with me. The frontdesk manager decline and not even giving consideration. I feel helpless and shock because the other best western locations are not like these. Or even the other hotels. I asked the night shift reception and they told me that customer can actually request if they wanted to. I asked the manager the next day about it and she respond to me that her staff is not aware and she told her staff not to offer cleaning or not to tell customer that they can request. My experience here gave me the reason not to come back.

Our room wasn’t ready 1/2 hour after the check in time. I was told that they would call me when it was ready. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and no phone call. Went back to front desk and said that I see you are checking other people in, is my room ready? I haven’t received a call, she replied that she has been too busy checking other people in to call me to say my room is ready. Then said it was my fault and I should’ve been in line. Worst customer service I have ever seen

The hotel was great, but they are seriously short staffed. Especially in the evenings. The poor lady working was run off her feet and trying to juggle too much for the demand which seriously lowered customer service. This was not the fault of the employee, as she was trying her best. Maybe management might need to look at staffing situations a little closer

We had trouble checking in - I said I'd be waiting in the eating area to hear when our room was ready - no one came to tell us. We sat there for over an hour. I had to get up and go back to the desk, and it was a new person there. Then we kept having trouble with our tv not changing channels, not turning off, we tried new batteries twice - as that's what we were told. It was a little crazy considering the price.

Good food options including some gluten free items. Coffee was always ready and the extra automatic machine upfront was great. Miranda was a great helpful person, I had arrived a couple hours early and she found a cleaned room shortly for me to be set up for the week . Some guest are unaware of there actions, with slamming doors and letting children screaming down hallways. No fault of BW at all

The pool and hot tub is open until midnight so that we appreciated. The rooms are clean. It was located close to a lot of the west end amenities we needed. What we didn’t like is the elevator is sketchy it’s actually awful you wait for ever it shakes and makes weird noises. We were on the fourth floor but chose the stairs a lot as it was quicker and just less dreadful. Both mornings breakfast was a mad house takes awhile to get your food which isn’t very desirable then if your lucky enough to find a table then your doing well. If they replaced the elevator and found a different solution to the breakfast food and space this hotel would be top notch.

The property had fun artwork that I enjoyed. The bedding was nice. There was a lot of people at the breakfast and they frequently ran out of items suh as eggs and pastries, and with 2 waffle irons people were waiting over 20 minutes to get a chance to use them.
