Zum Xten mal im Leonardo, wie immer am Wochenende einfach klasse und dann das Frühstück. Der Pfannkuchen Automat der Renner. Und wenn du dann im 24. Stock mit Blick auf die Skyline wohnst sensationell. Fitness und Sauna ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen trotzdem toll. Ich liebe mein Lieblingshotel

Vi ble møtt med god service og hjelp i resepsjonen. Vi fikk også god hjelp og informasjon om parkering. Rommet var stort og fint, badet kjempefint. God plass til vår familie på 4. Treningsrommet var nylig pusset opp, så alt var ikke helt oppe å gå her inne, slik som for eksempel vanndispenser. Frokostbuffet var veldig bra, godt utvalg. Vi spiste i bar i lobbyen på kvelden, men her var det litt venting. Maten smakte godt og alle var fornøyde. Hotellet Anbefales!

Gutes Hotel für WE Besuch von Frankfurt. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, 15 min ins Zentrum. Nicht ok ist Parkgebühr von 24 € pro Tag, die vorher nicht ersichtlich war.

Eine absolute Unverschämtheit das man bei der Buchung nicht darüber informiert wird, dass im Hotel Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Bis Abends um 19 Uhr hat man den Pressbohrhammer im Zimmer gehört. Weil die Aufzüge renoviert werden. Im Eingangsbereich wird ebenfalls renoviert. Dem Personal sind die Beschwerden darüber vollkommen egal. Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel, nie wieder Leonardo Hotel!

My overall experience was positive. Rooms are updated and staff is helpful and friendly. For me the location was perfect for what I needed to do in Frankfurt. Good breakfast too.

Lange Wartezeit an der Rezeption zum Check-In. Obwohl bereits online eingecheckt und nur noch Zimmerkarten benötigt wurden. Lediglich zwei Mitarbeiter, obwohl die Warteschlange bis zum Hoteleingang reichte. Mangelhafte Reinigung des Hotelzimmers: "Ringe" von Trinkgläsern auf der Ablage, Staub auf der Ablage vor dem Fernseher, Kekskrümel auf dem Stuhl, Wasserflecken rings um das Waschbecken im Bad.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Unsere Zimmer war stilvoll und sehr sauber mit Balkon und traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Skyline. Frühstück war lecker. Tiefgarage Sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

In unserem Zimmer war der Teppichboden an vielen Stellen verdreckt bzw. die Flecken ließen sich nicht mehr entfernen. Balkontür und Zimmertür hatten Spuren früher Aufbrüche, was bei uns ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit erweckte. Insgesamt ist das Hotel uE stark renovierungsbedürftig.

There was constant hammer drilling from 10 am to after 5 pm during our 2 day stay. Our rug in the bedroom was dirty (turned my white socks brown). There was a bottle cap outside our bedroom for the entire stay. Our Bathroom door doesnt close unless you slam the door. The elevators are slow to get to our floor. The food in the breakfast room and restaurant was fair. The staff at the front counter were pretty good and were helpful.

Vi har før brugt hotellet, da vi godt kan lide Frankfurt. Denne gang ankom vi kl 17:30. Vi fik afvide at vores værelse ikke var klar, selvom vi kunne cheke ind fra kl 14:00. Efter 5 min fik vi et værelse på 24 etage. Dog havde de glemt, at der skulle holdes en mega fest lige ovenover vores værelse. Vi blev holdt vågen i næsten 4 t den nat. På et tidspunkt blev bassen så slemt, at vores senge vibreret . Vi tog snakken med dem dagen efter. Og fik refunderet vores parkerings penge tilbage . Så en fin service. Men vi skal helt sikker tilbage igen.

The property is large. They advertise air conditioning but there is none. It’s a vent that blows out air and not cool. Rooms were okay but all dated. Elevators are small. Room slide lock did not work. You get what you pay for. Staff were nice.

The hotel was beautiful and checked all of our boxes when traveling. The front desk staff were very personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, we did not find the same level of service in the evening dining restaurant on the second floor. The wait staff was rude. During our stay the wifi was out and we asked numerous times for it to be remedied. Out of a four night stay, the wifi worked on our very last night. This is unacceptable and quite inconvenient when traveling from out of the country. The front desk staff was amazing and tried their best to help. The management did not care about the issue even though it was brought to their attention by numerous employees. The hotel manager was not present or accessible for us to take the issue directly to her. Perhaps it would have been fixed in a more timely fashion if she was involved in the process when we first expressed a concern. It was a beautiful venue and convenient to the expressway and to the downtown area.

We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay. On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.

Trevligt hotell! God frukost samt rent och fint. Det enda negativa var att Ac inte funkade i vårt rum och det var väldigt varmt. Erbjöds ingen kompensation för detta utan fick själv föreslå och be om en bordsfläkt. Något kunde de kompenserat med. Annars var allt toppen!

The staff at our check, Ashwin, was very friendly and helpful.He made us feel very welcome. He answered all of our questions patiently and gave us useful tips gor visiting the city. When we found that yhe WiFi didn't work in our room, he came to the room to verify and explained the reason was due to the renovation work. The room we stayed was newly renovated and had a great view of the city skyline.

Zimmer super, die Rezeption auch sehr gut, nur der Service an der Bar war nicht gut - und nicht erreichbar die ganze Zeit vom Hotelzimmer aus - musste runtergehen und dann bestellen, warten und dann selbst wieder ins Hotelzimmer tragen, obwohl kein anderer Gast da war.

The hotel was beautiful and checked all of our boxes when traveling. The front desk staff were very personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, we did not find the same level of service in the evening dining restaurant on the second floor. The wait staff was rude. During our stay the wifi was out and we asked numerous times for it to be remedied. Out of a four night stay, the wifi worked on our very last night. This is unacceptable and quite inconvenient when traveling from out of the country. The front desk staff was amazing and tried their best to help. The management did not care about the issue even though it was brought to their attention by numerous employees. The hotel manager was not present or accessible for us to take the issue directly to her. Perhaps it would have been fixed in a more timely fashion if she was involved in the process when we first expressed a concern. It was a beautiful venue and convenient to the expressway and to the downtown area.

Sehr gut gelegen in Sachsenhausen direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die nächtliche Skyline Frankfurts. Kopfkissen sind total gemütlich, hatten bestimmt einfach ein wenig Pech mit unserem speziellen Zimmer, war Etage 16- dafür entschädigte die Aussicht. Für den nächsten Frankfurt Besuch würden wir es wieder buchen.

Super saubere und große Zimmer. Schöner Eingangsbereich und schöne Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen. Liegt etwas außerhalb aber gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.

Hôtel agréable, pas tout neuf mais bien équipé. La réception et le resto sont rénovés. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du bus qui permet de rejoindre le centre en 10 minutes, c'était pratique. Le point le plus positif : le petit déjeuner, impeccable !
