Nice modern hotel. Let down badly by restaurant. Only poor buffet on offer, not good. 3rd floor bar was also closed when it should have been open. Not acceptable in a large hotel like this.

Überragende Aussicht, sehr schönes, modernes, sauberes Zimmer und optisch ansprechende Bar in der Lobby, die leider unsagbar teuer ist. 41,-€ für eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage für Gäste abzuverlangen sehe ich persönlich auch mehr als Wucher.

중앙역에서 꽤 걸은듯 하지만 멀지는 않았다 피트니스와 사우나에 만족한다 한국인이라면 사우나의 남녀공용을 알고 이용하길 바란다 샤워타월 두개를 적절히 사용하였다 조식은 완전 만족! 오랫만에 조식을 과식 할 정도 커피도 너무 맛있다

Sehr schönes Hotel, top ausgestattet. leider nur siebte Etage bekommen, trotzdem top Aussicht. die Sauna war nicht richtig an, bzw. zeigte nur 40 grad, und würde nicht wärmer… komisch. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach nicht klar Deutsch, manche konnte es stören.

Kai was nice to suggest walk to the waterfront. We were told 2 of 4 elevators not working when we arrived. 3rd floor terrace beautiful view. Bartender did not have ingredients for 1 of 7 mixed drinks and could not make any other mixed drink. Prosecco that was then chosen was flat. Room nice and comfortable.

Checking with more than 30 people waiting at the same time at 15h and only two person at the réception when if it the start hour for checkin. By the way the room has an amazing view in the Skyline. The spa is just a hamam next to the fitness. In the bath room the glass which protect the bathtub don’t let you access to it easily. Finaly the TV was not working and the réception reply that the tv is an extra and not mendatory so they did nothing.

The lobby lounge was never open! Even when it was supposed to be, no one seemed to know much about the hours or opening times….. extremely frustrating when I was trying to deal with clients for something as simple as a coffee .

Sehr sehr neu und schick! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Die e-Auto Ladestationen funktionierten (noch) nicht.

The entirety of the experience was five star. The hotel was clean, good location, good food, with friendly and responsive staff. The gym and sauna were convenient as well as the lobby bar. I highly recommend for anyone travelling to Frankfurt.

Really nice room, friendly reception staff, chatted and said about local restaurants etc. bar on the terrace is a nice vibe. Area around is a bit of a building site at the minute, but good restaurants within walking distance. Also not far from the airport 15-20 min drive. Parking is quite expensive though if bringing a car.

Aufenthalt war angenehm. Im Zimmer wurden jedoch direkt nach dem Check-In einige Haarbüschel auf dem Teppich gefunden. Der restliche Teil des Zimmers war ansonsten sehr sauber.

It was dirty , too much dust everywhere. No bathrobe as mentioned in the room. Toilet literally half flushed . I couldn’t sleep my sinuses were triggered , I had so much discomfort. Breakfast also not nice . I think it’s overhyped and overrated . No hate just my personal experience and opinion as someone who is well travelled , for a highly rated hotel it didn’t meet my expectations. Please do better

War ein gutes und sauberes solides Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind sehr chic dekoriert und das Bett ist bequem und groß. Vier Aufzüge sind auch praktisch, da das Hotel 20 Stockwerke hat. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, alles Zutaten aus Top-Qualität. Sehr zufrieden und würde gerne wieder dort aufenthalten.

I only stayed for a night, but would stay here again based on my experience. Very modern amenities and everything is clean. The staff was super attentive as well.

The AC system was very poor. We booked our room during the summer, and it was always uncomfortably warm. The room, and even the hallway, had a damp, musty smell. The cleanliness was unacceptable — the side tables and the area under the bed were covered in dust and dirt. Even the coffee cups provided in the room were dirty.

Stayed 1 night at the hotel, overall impression was positive. Location was great, just ~10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, or 2 stations if taking the overground train. Skyline Plaza is just 2 mins walk, you can basically get whatever you want from there. Room was decent size with good view of the city. Room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable. 1 drawback was that, while sitting at the lobby lounge waiting to check in, a mid-size mouse sprinted pass on the floor into the drainage near the window.

The view from the room was amazing. Shower didn't drain and overflowed into the whole bathroom, but things just happen sometimes. It was fixed right away. It did not deter from our stay. We would stay again because the room was so wonderful!

Zimmer mit Skyline view absolut zu empfehlen. Selten eine Aussicht gehabt, bei der man einfach vor der Fensterscheibe sitzen konnte und ewig zuschauen wollte. Leider hatten wir morgens einen Ausfall der Heisswasserversorgung, an der Rezeption usw.

Room was hot during the hot summer days. Fan was blowing, but I couldn't get the temperature lowered or the AC to kick in. Rooms are on the smaller side.

Chosen chiefly because of its location. The arrival process was pleasant and the staff were friendly. First the good things - Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy with a great shower cubicle and shower. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good value. Service was great. Now the not so good - I did not like the bare concrete ceiling, columns etc. The air con was poor and centrally controlled with only a 3 degree variance possible. In a corner room with double aspect with full floor to ceiling glass windows, the greenhouse effect was very noticeable and uncomfortable. I had to ask for a fan, which helped a little but not that much. I’d hate to be in this room in the height of summer! The windows could not be opened, which gave even greater reliance upon a satisfactory A/C. The internet speed was very average even having paid the outrageous €10 for the premium service, which was only 5Mb better than the free option. The gym was too small for a hotel of this size. The room desk was too small and had no available power points close by. The narrow layout was not good for me, never mind for 2 people and the wardrobe was too far from the main room. Far too many curtains which didn’t close together properly. Shutters would have been better. No armchair or sofa, even in my ‘superior’ room, which meant I had to lie on the bed or use the small office chair to sit. Needs greater thought to be enjoyable for this price!

Hotellet var väldigt bra med hjälpsam personal. I land kom ett högt skumt ljud från ventilationen kanske en gång i timman.

Actual sound proof room, so very quiet! Next to major shopping mall and surrounding shops. Amazing skyline view and the breakfast was fantastic!

We arrived for early check-in at around 1130 AM after emailing the property the day before with a request for early check-in with no response . When we arrived , our reservations were not verified ( we had three rooms under a master multiple day reservation) with all names identified at booking , rather than " checking us in and verifying our reservations at that time we were able to check bags and sent on our way until 1500 hours , from there each party spent 20 - 30 minutes to attempt to check-in separately as they could not verify our reservations , which should of been done the first time , which would of fixed the problem . Unfortunately for our last party checking in, waiting another 30 minutes , was put into a room that had not been cleaned , all in, not a great experience and first impression. Discussed with management and they "just said they were following process for early check-ins and offered no adjustments for the inconvenience . The hotel itself was nice and had very good services, but we were very disappointed in the onboarding process.

Really disappointed with the stay. Started with the first day roomkeeping came in without knocking - we thought it was odd, but figured people can sometimes make mistakes. The second day, they knocked and i had said "pleqse wait and moment mal". Upon opening they had moved on and i tried to ask but they ignored us and did not clean the rooma. The last say at 10 am, they did not knock and opened while my sister was still in bed. Then 5 minutes later 3 people was waiting amd thrm asked whem are you going to leave? Will you leave soon. And such behavior is unacceptable towards guests

Room was amazing, location fantastic. Front desk service was abysmal, had to call multiple times for the same thing. The app the hotel uses doesn’t work and they never actually deliver on the requests put through the app. The level of service you receive depends entirely on who’s working that day.

Ich war für eine Nacht im NH Collection Spin Tower und rundum begeistert. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist atemberaubend – ein echtes Highlight meines Aufenthalts! Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der hervorragende Service: Mein Feedback zum Zimmerservice wurde sofort ernst genommen und direkt vom Qualitätsmanager beantwortet. Als kleine Entschuldigung erhielt ich zwei Flaschen Wasser aufs Haus – eine sehr aufmerksame Geste, die zeigt, wie kundenorientiert das Hotel arbeitet. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und geschätzt. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde bei Gelegenheit definitiv wiederkommen!

I had to extend my stay an extra day due to the industrial strikes on airports but the hotel where able to keep me in the same room so minimal moving around. Room was comfortable though a little small and breakfast was very good. Staff were also very nice and helpful to. I will say however one issue I had was if I needed any amenities, despite using the app no one brought them or alerted me if I need to collect them or not. Additionally when I called to get something I needed I was promised they’d check the bar and get back to me and they never did. This is something the hotel could work on as I shouldn’t have to having to go to front desk every time if you have something to prevent this. Another point although may be minor is breakfast to the room is select a specific time a bit later so 9:30 and at the time it was say 7:00 that I ordered, every time they’d come early and on occasion I missed them because was getting ready. I also on that same day had someone just open my room with keys. Sticking to the time and also not just entering someone’s room without warning, calling the room would be better. I did overall have a comfortable stay but these were things that could be improved.

The room was nice and cosy. The bed was really comfortable. However, it was not worth the chaos of checking in and out. Even though I had a confirmation email, they could not find it either with my name or reservation number. I had to fill in another form with all my information and then was charged in spot. Total time of check in was around 25 minutes. The check out seemed to be even more chaotic. There were between 10-15 people waiting to check out and only one receptionist. It would have been fine if we could have just done the “fast check out” and left our room cards in a box, but the paper in the box said “online check out - ask our receptionist”. I tried to look for information online, but couldn’t find, so we had to wait. When it was our turn to check out, the receptionist informed the amount of our stay. I mentioned that I had paid at the check in. She said the payment did not go through (it did). She, then, said she could charge again from the same credit card, as they had the information. I mentioned it was a debit card, just in case the information was important. She corrected me, saying it was a credit card. Now, this is a minor and irrelevant thing, but at that point I was quite stressed with the whole situation. In the end, she asked if I wanted the receipt. When I said yes, she asked me to write my email, even though I had given already at check in. She just said “sorry, we don’t have it”. Well, not entirely happy with the experience…

A wonderful hotel with an exceptional team. Including Amin on the front desk and a superb team working in the very busy bar. Especially in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a convenient walk to the HBF. There is a mall to the side of the hotel and a bakery right behind it. The hotel was so quiet. We never heard anyone else on our floor. The room was smaller than the one we had at the same hotel in Munich, but it was fine. This hotel is a great option if you're staying in Frankfurt and need to be in walking distance to the HBF.

Location near construction area. A bit remote from the center but has a walkable subway station.

Spacious room and 10mins walk from Frankfurt HBF station. The area around the hotel is safe and no gathering homeless men.

Our stay is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, breakfast spread is the same daily and there isn’t much varieties. Location is perfection too as it’s near a mall with many eateries around

Hotel ist sehr schön, modern und sauber. Das WLAN ist allerdings sehr schlecht und 5G hat man selten im Zimmer. Außerdem finde ich 26€ für das Frühstück nicht gerechtfertigt. Da hab ich für die Hälfte des Preises schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Zimmer super sauber, Blick auf die Skyline ein Traum, das Frühstück ist wirklich nicht zu toppen, eine unglaubliche Auswahl und qualitativ sehr hochwertig! Eine Dame am Empfang ist sehr unfreundlich, lustlos und unsympathisch (Frühschicht 28.11) Ansonsten haben wir nur positive Erfahrungen mit dem Personal gemacht.

22일 수요일부터 26일 일요일까지 4박5일 일정이었는데 방음이 엉망입니다. 24일 금요일에는 옆방의 음악소리가 너무나 커서 욕을 내질렀더니 조용해졌습니다. 25일 토요일은 취침시간에 도대체 어디서 발생된 것인지 알 수 없는 퉁퉁거리는 비트소음이 자정 넘게 멈추지 않았습니다. 수압이 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 조식은 늘상 똑같은 메뉴입니다. 숙박객임에도 주차비용은 45유로/일 지불이 필요합니다. 아마 다음에는 다른 숙소를 고려하지 않을까 싶습니다.
