Great stay , staff very helpful. Club Lounge staff so nice and welcoming. Appreciated the staff at that floor 18. Well trained and very professional manager and staff at this Lounge floor . Everything is so Lovely , down stairs bar excellent and nice . Concierge and front desk Check in and out very professional. I highly recommanded close to Everything in HCMC.

I used the roof pool. When I walked out of water, I fell down terribly hitting my left body due to slippery floor. The hotel staff kindly took me to a hospital nearby and no bone fracture was found. It was already five days ago, but I still have pains on my shoulder and back and associated problems. All the costs was paid by myself. It is recommended to avoid slippery floor around the pool.

The most incredible staff of any hotel. Everyone was super polite and very helpful. Room were extremely clean. The breakfast buffet is a must and is delicious with a great staff. Location was perfect.
