A lovely oasis in Hue! I highly recommend. Lovely pools -- one for kiddies and one for adults seeking quiet. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are lush and beautiful! The staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I had while in and that's saying a lot. To get to the center of town it only took about 12 minutes in a Grab taxi. I appreciated not being in the town center of Hue, which was hectic while fun. Cyrstie, the best conciege ever.

This was a beautiful and peaceful property, with wonderful staff. We got room upgrade to private villa in front if the secluded pool, it was very relaxing. The massage at the beautiful spa and afternoon cocktail were beyond our expectations! And we loved complementary yoga! Also it was convenient to have free shuttle into town although it would be nice if it ran mire than 3 times a day. Morning breakfast was excellent and they really helped to make sure there were vegan options for us during breakfast and cocktail hour. Also there is a nice vegan restaurant across the street where we went for dinner. The only issue we had was that both treadmills in the gym didn’t work well, they kept stopping after 5 min of running with error message, so hope the property can fix this, otherwise absolutely wonderful stay and we would definitely come back and recommend to others!

One of the nicest properties stayed in Vietnam. The main pool is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible onsite spa. Rooms were very spacious and luckily we were upgraded. The guest services staff also went above and beyond to sort us out (and created a WhatsApp group). They ensured our reservations were managed, gave us a room upgrade and let us use the villa pool area when the main pool got too loud. Would love to come back and relax in Hue here. Thank you for such a memorable time.

Chaque membre de l’équipe, du manager aux serveurs, est d’une écoute et d’une attention incroyables. On sent une véritable culture du service : tout est fait pour que le client se sente privilégié. C’est rare, et ici, c’est EPIC ! Le petit-déjeuner est somptueux : un buffet impressionnant, varié, avec des produits de qualité et un service toujours souriant. Les piscines sont superbes – l’une pour la détente, l’autre plus animée avec un toboggan pour les enfants – toutes d’une propreté irréprochable et avec des transats toujours disponibles. L’établissement est un havre de paix au milieu de la verdure, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Hué, avec une navette gratuite très pratique. L’atmosphère est paisible, élégante, raffinée. Nous avions réservé deux nuits et nous regrettons déjà de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Tout était parfait – vraiment digne des plus grands palaces. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment inoubliable

Absolut service i topklasse og bedste hoteloplevelse vi har haft i Vietnam. Alt spillede fra start til slut og vi er så glade for at vi havde hele 6 nætter på dette smukke hotel. Det er et kæmpe sted med +100 værelser, men du lægger slet ikke mærke til de mange mennesker. Området er stort og som en lille smuk og grøn by. Der er forskellige poolområder og vi er meget taknemmelige for en opgradering til poolside villa/værelse, der ligger ud til en rolig (voksen)pool med hyggelig loungemusik og god service. Da vi bookede blev vi lidt overvældede over de mange forskellige værelsestyper og vil klart anbefale at være helt skarp på formålet med turen (ift om man er afsted som par, familier m/u børn etc). Der er yoga hver morgen og nogle eftermiddagsklasser med meditation/yoga, som jeg/vi deltog i hver dag. Fint gym og fantastisk morgenmad (buffet). Spaen blev også besøgt flittigt ligesom vi spiste i restauranten 4 ud af 6 dage, så den kan bestemt også anbefales. Hele stedet emmer af god (og ekstraordinær) service, hvor de har helt styr på deres gæster. Det er meget tiltalende og hvis jeg kunne give en højere karakter, ville de få det. Bare et stort tak og en kæmpe anbefaling.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect especially as it had it's own pool which was convenient as we stayed during summer and it was very hot outside. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and tapas in the bar. The food and cocktails were amazing. The complementary drink and massage was a nice extra. I definitely would love to stay here again.

ホテル内はとてもきれいでスタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。到着時のおしぼりとドリンク、30分のマッサージなどのサービスも充実していました。またヨガクラスも予約なしで参加でき、とても快適でした。帰りのフライトが早朝でチェックアウトが6時で朝食ブッフェを食べられなかったですが、代わりにランチボックスを準備してくれました。また、荷物運びやタクシー呼び寄せもしてくれて、スムーズに空港に行くことができました。サービスも食事もよく、また行きたいホテルです。

The resort is beautiful but is beginning to show signs of aging. It was unfortunate that a large group was also staying at the resort dominating the facilities, such as the pool side setting and dining experience. What was supposed to be a zen and peaceful environment felt more like a regular resort in a regular beachside town.

Property was beautiful, peaceful and green. Rooms very spacious, immaculate and well-appointed. Staff friendly and very professional. Could not have asked for more. It is an easy shuttle bus (free) or taxi trip from central areas and I would not choose anywhere else in future.

Very inspiring hotel layed out on a large plot of land, with lots of trees and plants. Good pool areas and quality SPA services. Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel service areas and garden. One area of improvement would be to clean the black natural stones around the blue pool as they made our feet a little dirty.

We enjoyed staying in one of the poolside villas which offer lovely accommodation. Great facilities, including an excellent restaurant, spar and complementary morning yoga. The whole complex is very well looked after in amongst lovely gardens.

We arrived around 9 pm and had a late dinner in the restaurant which was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The nicest surprise of course was the upgrade of the room we got. They gave us a wonderful room at a pool - a dream. Breakfast next day was excellent as well. We definitely would like to come back.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle.

We loved our stay at Pilgrimage Village. We stayed here for 3 nights but could have stayed 1 month, it was so wonderful. The staff, especially Ms Hông Trang and Ms Thuy Trang, and the staff at the bar - were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Pilgrimage Village is beyond relaxing, the pools are fantastic and should be rated 5 stars for service and the ambience. The rooms are beautiful and cosy, with a super comfy bed. We recommend staying at least a few nights- there are several amazing sites to see around Hue and the food in Hue is incredible. For some reason if you can’t make it to the restaurants/ markets in town the restaurant at Pilgrimage Village is exceptional too. start with the Banh Beo <3 Oh BTW the bar staff make the BEST mojitos.

Ein schöner Urlaubsort zum Schwimmen und Spazierengehen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben schöne Balkone. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der größte Pluspunkt ist jedoch das Personal! Wir haben Frau Anh gesagt, dass meine Frau einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat. Sie verlegte uns zunächst für eine Nacht in ein ruhiges Zimmer und bot uns dann ein Upgrade auf eine Villa in einem gehobenen Resort der gleichen Firma in größerer Entfernung von Hue an. Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung!

The Pilgrimage Village Is Truly A Beautiful Hotel, Set In A Tropical Garden This Resort Although in A City You'll Feel That Your In a Jungle The 3 Pools Are Beautiful Especially The Swim Up Bar In The Slope Pool.. The Rooms Are Huge Clean And Offer Privacy But Its The Wonderful Staff Especially The Hotel Manager Mrs Ah She Made Our Stay So Wonderful I Can't Thank Her Enough And Will Return Next Year For My 3rd Visit..

This is the third time we stayed at the Pilgrimage Village when travelling to Hue. This lush green oasis provides a good opportunity to big city dwellers like us to immerse ourself in nature. It reminds us that we are part of i, body and soul.. it. We love the sound of the birds in the morning, the mating calls of the geckos and the frogs in the evening. Here, even the rain is beautiful. Great healing effect. Great thanks to all the staff, in particular the Customer Relations Manager (Ms Nguyen Thanh) who have been so friendly and helpful during our stays.

This hotel is amazing. The room was comfortable, clean and has shampoo, cream toothbrush etc. The hotel is in a garden setting with paths around the complex. We loved breakfast which has a vast choice of goodies European and Vietnamese. I even saw a jar of vegemite! I had 6 spa treatments which were very relaxing and professionally done. Tai chi and yoga lessons are available. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. There is also a free shuttle to Hue centre. A special thanks to Thanh Nuyen and Mina at reception. Loved the place and will definitely come back.

It was a very nice hotel. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Hue, getting around was no problem with GRAB. The property is full of greenery, making it a pleasant place to stay. I swam in the pool every day and enjoyed the complimentary massage included in the room rate, spending a relaxing three nights there. The staff were very kind, greeting us with “Xin chào!” in Vietnamese and offering helpful sightseeing advice. I would love to visit again.

Really big pool lovely rooms with greenery all around lovely breakfestin separate building adjacent to trees and large lily ponds. Best place to stay but a bit outside hue itself so had to rely on taxi but only 2-3 pounds

We stayed 2 nights and it was the best hotel we had on our roundtrip through Vietnam! The breakfast was incredible good and the Restaurants serves amazing dinner! Even the poolbar has been awesome! The staff is friendly and super helpful with any needs and very efficient. I would love to come back soon. I will always go there when I visit Hue again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pilgrimage village. Breakfast is truly excellent. Buffet dinner is good but quite overpriced. There is a wonderful family run restaurant directly across the road. Complimentary massages were much appreciated and really good. Free personal laundry is great and very quick. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come again.

All staff were so friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of fresh fruits and entrees. Enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga classes. Complimentary cocktail was nice. Swimming pool was nice.

Everything was perfect in this resort, family friendly, spacious clean room, amazing breakfast buffet(delicious Hue dishes, fruits and Western options), 3 pools (the adult pool is amazing) and very attentive staff. The kids did a fun hat painting activity. I would have loved to try their spa services but we only stayed for one night. Honestly we were sad to leave. It was the most comfortable stay so far in our trip. We will definitely book again when visiting Hue again.

From start to finish this was by far the best experience from a hotel we have ever had. From the check in experience with desserts, drinks & the news that we had been upgraded to a Tropical villa for our 4 nights stay. The whiole place is impeccably kept. This place was over-the-top in beauty and service. The grounds are nothing short of amazing, including the very large pool (large enough for lap swimming!) The restaurant was excellent. My wife and I each had a massage and they were wonderful. It was perfect, really!
