OYO Hotel La Playa

Es un Hotel a precio económico, el baño bien, se otorgan 2 jabones para manos o cuerpo. La tv bien el wifi bien y el A/A igual, drenaje, agua caliente bastante bien, no use la alberca que se limpia, las camas limpias el piso sin detalles. En general por lo que se paga conociendo la Ubicación y comparando precios Excelente.

Todo muy bien solo la alberca es muy pequeña personal atiende bien

Our flight home was canceled. Rather than pay an expensive night back at the resort we stayed here. 5 of us. 3 adult's 2 children. Expedia asked when booking age of children. 13 snd 10. Not sure if Expedia charged extra for that or not. But the hotel did upon arrival. I stated that Expedia didn't disclose extra charges for the age. But apparently the owner was on the phone w the desk clerk watching us on camera as we were checking in. No big deal. $300 some.. pesos extra. Was annoying but no big deal. We got a room w 3 full beds, 5 clean towel you get at checkin, patking on the lot, tiny pool on premises. But for $52 bucks its steal. Clean room. Only provide bar soap. ROKU TV so you can log in on your apps. I hate "satelite tv" that we had at other spot. Can't see anything good. But loved their roku here. Could eatery and convenience store with in a block. And a weird arcade across the street looked like fun. Only thing missing in our room was a fridge. If you want to come to zihuatanejo and save money. I would stay here again

About a 10 minute walk to downtown or the waterfront, and I felt safe enough walking around the area as a solo woman. Has a small pool which is kind of enclosed in the same area as the parking lot, so no views, but it seemed clean (I didn’t use it.) Balcony off of my room had a street view. Perfectly acceptable budget stay.

Lo terrible es que corten el clima, estas que mueres del calor y te cortan el servicio, que se ponen estrictos en algunas cosas y otras no, no se respetan horarios y dejan que tengan escándalo en la alberca hasta altas horas.

Excelente limpieza en la habitación y en el lugar en general. Muy bien ubicado y el personal muy amable y accesible.

La habitación estaba bien limpia, sólo el personal fue un poco grosero en recepción al decir que sólo pasaba uno porque vio a una niña que traía poquita arena . Dijo sólo pase uno para que no me llenen de arena aqui. Pero bien. A la recamara de mi damilia tenia poquitas ormigas.. pero bien

El hotel muy limpio la atención excelente

Least expensive room I could find in Zihuatanejo for one night. It was very basic but quite clean and comfortable. AC worked. Un terrible olor a pintura o desinfectante

La habitación de buen tamaño las cama cómodas el único problema que debe publicarlo los aire acondicionado de apaga ella automáticamente a las 10 am hasta las 4 pm y te dice q tiene un ventilador de techo el cual no ayuda mucho para el calor que hace yo me quejé y me dije que yo venía a descansar y ellos dice en la entrada está el aviso yo le dije si pero yo hice la reserva por internet si se eso no la hago y bueno no me apagaron los aire solo el último día

Almohadas horriblemente incómodas. Cama únicamente con una sabana. Sin mobiliario. Unicamente una silla y mesa de plástico.

Sería lindo tener un pequeño refrigerador dentro de la habitación y en las habitaciones dobles tener mesas de noche

no hay alguna silla ni mesa en la habitación

Realmente fué una buena experiencia y recomiendo este hotel las habitaciones son bastante amplias y muy buena ubicación. El único inconveniente fue que no tenía una silla la habitación.

Realmente fué bastante agradable y muy limpia la habitación muy amplia solo tuve que pedir un par de sillas porque no tenía así que si lo recomiendo para pasar un fin de semana,vale la pena por el precio.

Llegue al hotel sin reservación y la señorita de recepción al darse cuenta que no tenía reservación me ofreció una habitación al doble de precio (buscan aprovecharse del turista); al comentarle que mejor la reservaría en línea a través de "Expedia" de manera grosera me comentó que estaba bien pero que ahí pagaría más por la comisión de la plataforma, etc.. (cosa que no fue cierta, incluso Expedia además de darme buen precio por noche, me dio un cupón de $500. Una vez que le mostré la reservación a través de Expedia la señorita se molesto y me hizo esperar aún más tiempo para darme la habitación. Además de darme una habitación que no era la que yo había reservado. En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel solo tomen en cuenta que se encuentra ubicado a un costado de una de las funerarias más grandes de Zihuatanejo y por lo mismo el hotel tiene una vibra extraña (varias habitaciones su ventana da directamente a la funeraria y ves como llegan a cada rato las camionetas del SEMEFO). En resumidas cuentas no lo recomiendo. Recomiendo mejor buscar otra opción de hospedaje.

No respetaron la segunda noche

DO NOT STAY HERE. rude staff, the rooms have absolutely nothing inside them, not even a chair. They let kids scream in the pool well post 10 pm At 8am the manager was pounding on my door and I thought there was an emergency. She accused me of bringing a girl into my room and told me it wasn't permitted. I didn't have anyone in my room, and even if I did, why is it anyone's business and how can a hotel policy tell me I'm not allowed to have a guest in my room? Also, I had an interview and asked to use a chair from downstairs, they told me no. I had to argue with the manager to let her let me use it for 30 minutes while NOBODY was at the pool. Horrible service, horrible staff. This place should not be in business.

Me gustó, que a pesar de no haber podido llegar dentro del horario,nos esperaron hasta después de las doce de la noche debido a una falla mecánica del transporte que nos llevaba
