The location is perfect for visiting Jaen, right in the heart, with a public car park 200m away (no vehicle access to square) Breakfast was good, the staff helpful. A big problem is, you can hear every sound made in the adjacent room as though they were in your own room, including bathroom noises. We had to ask reception to ask the people in the next room to kill the noise at 12.30am, didn't get to sleep for another hour. The safe didn't work, the in room phone didn't work, we had to go down 2 floors at 12.30am to speak to reception. The windows didn't lock. Would only go back if these problems were resolved.

Great location, close to the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. Nearby bars,restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel public areas are very nice but our room was very tired, although very clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast ok if you just like versions of bread, nothing much else on offer.

Outdated Room. Not enough outlets. Smelly and small room. Expensive Parking. Difficult access with Car. Staff very friendly. Breakfast OK. Room Service good.

Hotel Xauen is a gem in the center of Jaén. Come and check this hotel out. From the hotel you see spectacular views of the city of Jaen. This hotel’s bathroom was so clean and well put together that I actually could not leave without taking a picture of it. The staff at Hotel Xauen was courteous and professional. Thank you for a great stay

Clean room very nice service parking available near by at 18 € a night. The breakfast is nice and reasonably priced. Walking distance to cathedral a really good location for a visit to Jaén
