Check in & staff welcoming was pleasant. Parking in underground carpark was good, had easy access & well signed. Hotel however was dated, booked double room & got two single beds (bedding as two singles) pushed together. Also mattress and pillows uncomfortable. We’re going eat at hotel but nothing available.

The room and staff were good. Safe did not work but should be fixed soon. Did not try the pool but it looked inviting with plenty of places to sit. Only con is that it is a 32minute uphill walk to the Cathedral but there are buses readily available. Bus #7. It is a 10 m8nute walk to Renfe train (flat) and 15 minute walk to Bus station (uphill).

Definitely an older building, but fairly well kept. Clean. Had a comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. A short walk from city shops and restaurants and other attractions. Beware that the brick and patterned sidewalks of Jaen make walking with roller luggage a bit of a challenge, but taxis are abundant and reasonably priced.

Na chegada tudo parece ok, o interior do hotel é ok. Mas o Quarto sem ar condicionado, estava calor e não dava nem para abrir janela pois com elas fechadas o barulho da rua já era insuportável. Zero isolamento acústico, tanto da rua quanto do corredor do hotel. Troquei de quarto e mesmo assim dava para ouvir barulho e a tv desse segundo não funcionava.

Na chegada tudo parece ok, o interior do hotel é ok. Mas o Quarto sem ar condicionado, estava calor e não dava nem para abrir janela pois com elas fechadas o barulho da rua já era insuportável. Helt ok hotell, ligger på gångavstånd från centrum. Vackert men slitet. Duschen hade nästan inget tryck, men kanske var lika bra eftersom vattnet rann ner så långsamt... Frukosten var ok.

En hotel está bien, se ve antiguo aunque reformado. Lo peor el ruido que hace el aire acondicionado y que las ventanas no insonorizan el ruido de la calle lo suficiente, aunque se puede aguantar. La cisterna del WC no dejaba de perder agua con el consiguiente ruido. Salvo estos detalles, en general aceptable.

Die Dame beim Check-In war sehr unfreundlich. Ob es an meinem schlechten Spanisch lag, oder an chronischer Unlust kann nur vermutet werden. In jedem Fall gab es kein Lächeln, sondern ein grimmiges Gesicht. Das Hotel insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat es durchaus Stil. Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, können wir zum Frühstück etc. nichts sagen.

El hotel en su conjunto esta bien, quizá con una decoración muy clásica. Lo peor la ducha, no funcionaba nada bien, deseando volver a casa para darme una ducha en condiciones. Alejado del centro de Jaén, unos 3,5 km con una cuesta muy respetable y sin otra opción de transporte que un taxi.Alrededor. del hotel no hay nada. Es una zona residencial a las afueras de una ciudad, sin una cafetería, bar, nada

Su situación te permite tener cerca todo lo que necesitas porque está en pleno centro de Jaén. El hotel tiene solera, es tradicional, suelo de las habitaciones enmoquetado y decoración clásica. Las camas son muy cómodas, incluso la supletoria que pusieron en la habitación porque éramos tres en el viaje, lo era. La atención en recepción inmejorable.

Su situación te permite tener cerca todo lo que necesitas porque está en pleno centro de Jaén. El hotel tiene solera, es tradicional, suelo de las habitaciones enmoquetado y decoración clásica. Las camas son muy cómodas, incluso la supletoria que pusieron en la habitación porque éramos tres en el viaje, lo era. La atención en recepción inmejorable.

Habitación de estilo clásico, grande, tanto la habitación como el baño. El hotel está retirado del centro, muy cerca del H U Neurotraumatológico, para comer no hay más que una tasca a la espalda, y el restaurante del hotel, pero es una buena excusa para andar un poco hacia el centro

Beware that the brick and patterned sidewalks of Jaen make walking with roller luggage a bit of a challenge, but taxis are abundant and reasonably priced.

En recepción, o persoal é escaso, o que provoca retrasos na atención ao cliente. O almorzo podería millorar dabondo, tratándose dun hotel de catro estrelas. O persoal é amábel e servicial.

Check in & staff welcoming was pleasant. Parking in underground carpark was good, had easy access & well signed. Hotel however was dated, booked double room & got two single beds (bedding as two singles) pushed together. Also mattress and pillows uncomfortable. We’re going eat at hotel but nothing available.
