The Four Seasons Westcliff was our first stop upon arriving in South Africa, where we met up with family and friends who reside in Johannesburg. We were warmly greeted at check-in by Precious the process was very smooth. Very much appreciated after flying for over 30 hours from California. Our room was very well appointed with welcome treats provided. We ate all our meals over the course of two days here, and were looked after very well by Atli and Sethi at breakfast, and Zizi at Flame restaurant. Check-out was handled quickly by Silas and we were on our way. It was a very comfortable stay, getting over our jet lag and a great space for friends and family to come gather and eat and drink.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my stay at this Four Seasons hotel. I am used to staying in this group all over the world and this property is absolutely not in line with their usual standards. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, with a clear lack of care and attention. Even worse, there were serious security issues. The door locking system was faulty and unreliable, something I personally showed several times to the cleaning staff and also to a manager, yet nothing was properly fixed. On top of that, I experienced a shocking aggression from a security guard who behaved aggressively towards me even though I was a resident guest. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. It is also obvious that not all clients are treated the same way in this hotel, which is extremely disappointing. They tried to compensate by offering a massage, and I must say the spa was the only professional part of this hotel, but this does not make up for everything else. The restaurant staff made me feel very unwelcome, to the point that I avoided eating there and relied on room service. Unfortunately, room service was also poor, with incomplete orders and meat not cooked as requested. This hotel feels like a cheap version of the Four Seasons brand. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Hi, this is Mr. Bunjaku. I felt sorry to say this, but I was really really disappointed with Property. Our expectations were very high considering me staying in four seasons I know Property it’s old but we expected way way different service and different environment saying that I will expect to receive a credit toward my next stay in four seasons because this is the second time first was in Brussels in Bogota, Colombia, South Africa and now this is just like not acceptable to us if somebody can get back to me I’ll appreciate that very much
