Fairmont Château Lake Louise

Incredible hotel with exceptional staff who turn a beautiful stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you for making our honeymoon truly special — we were upgraded to a stunning lake‑view room, received a bottle of prosecco with a small desert and even offered breakfast. The Basin Spa is on another level entirely. We’ve visited many spas, but this one feels genuinely exclusive. There were maybe 8–10 people in total, which made the experience calm, intimate, and perfectly paced. We could explore every room without ever feeling crowded. A special mention for the Aufguss sauna ritual — I usually don’t enjoy saunas, but this was something else. A unique, must‑try experience you won’t find anywhere else.

What a special place to stay in the winter. The access to ski at Lake Louise was fantastic, cross country skiing across the lake was a great experience, and the new Basin Spa is not to be missed!
