Clement Barajas

The hotel is convenient for the airport, although it doesn't offer a shuttle service. The room was clean and had a good wifi connection. A great place to stay if you need to go to the airport.

5 minutes from the airport, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent bar selection on first floor, great Indian restaurant aroind the corner. Overnight stop before am flight

The hotel is in the "Barajas" district, which is close to Madrid's airport. Pre-pandemic this hotel had a free airport shuttle. But even though the pandemic "ended", the shuttle did not return. In theory, the options include taxis, Uber, and Cabify, as well as the Barajas metro station which connects to both the old terminals (T1, T2, and T3) and heading the other direction to the newer T4 that is used by many international carriers. In addition there is a city bus from Barajas to the old terminals, as well as a footbridge over the highway that also leads to the old terminals. *BUT* Climent Barajas is farther from all those "public" options that many of the other hotels. It cost me 20 euros to get to this hotel from the Charmartin Renfe train station, and the next morning 20 euros by taxi to the "Barajas Airport" of Madrid. This hotel is clean, and well staffed with friendly employees. It is a "middle tier" hotel within the Barajas suburb, and there are more economical alternatives closer to the metro. "Pluses" include a level entry so you can roll your suitcase right into the reception area, and then use the elevator to get to the upper floors. Negative: The bathtub in my room was downright DANGEROUS. Instead of a shower curtain, there is a glass half-wall which cannot be "opened". There are no grab bars for safety, and the "traction strips" on the floor only exist in the half closest to the shower head. Danger zone! A big risk (especially for older people) to fall!

Not bad for an overnight or early flight out of Barajas airport, the hotel doesn't provide Any type of service or transportation to the airport, you need to call the taxi or uber yourself, the breakfast was also not worth it. We liked the lobby decorations.

Hope to pay for parking and the parking is in the basement two floors below which is very tight if you've got a large car you might have a problem but I would like to say our I was very pleased with cleaning lady it's done a very good job thank you

It was convenient to the airport and we had an early flight. There was parking but they charge for it.

The underground parking was very small i think that the hotel should mention that prior to booking as i had rented a suv and had lots of struggles pulling in and out of the hotel garage. Overall it was an great experience and they have friendly staff.

Stayed for one night before our flight back home. Cute design and good location with cozy neighborhood. The restaurant was good too with tasty food and good service. We also used paid underground parking down in the garage, but I would say the path quite a narrow path and a bit challenging - which are the moments you’re glad you have sensors… but all in all it was a good experience! Oh, and there’s a gas station right in front of the hotel so convenient to fill up your tank right before returning your rental car if that’s the case.

Clean, quiet, good modern facilities, good breakfast and very helpful staff. An excellent hotel and we could not fault it in any way.

The stay was excellent. We had a quadruple room for 4 adults and 1 child (baby crib) and it was super comfortable. Everything was clean and organized, with all the amenities. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great. The location is good, being approximately 10 minutes walk from the station, easy to get to the airport.

Dirty sheets, replaced on demand. Very strong smell of chemical cleaning product, probably a spray, to hide the gas station odor, windows which hardly close causing wind and noise...and very noisy street all night long...

Hair on the walls in the bathroom. TV wouldn’t work-no cable, no apps A/C didn’t work, no air circulation

There were ants in our room and we had to request a different room.

Hot rooms. We asked the reception to lower the room temperature to 21. At night time it went back to 25. The lobby and other areas were very cool. The room was hot and stuffy. Room also had a cleaning agent smell. Very unpleasant. Very pungent

Like some travelers mentioned, the room walls are paper thin and you can literally hear anything. Like if the person above you is taking shower in the night, you will hear the water coming down. The hotel is near the airport which is only the good thing about this stay. If you want to sleep then I will book elsewhere.

Room was very clean and welcoming. Good amenities. Minor drawbacks for me were the bathroom layout was a bit tight and ac control directly faced beds with a bright little light that kept waking me up. Overall, great value and prompt service

Modern reception and breakfast area, rooms are a little dated, but the bed was comfortable.

You could hear everything in the room, it was extremely noisy.

Nice big bathroom and excellent internet

Walls are PAPER THIN- I woke up at like 3am to the baby in the next room crying for an hour. Could hear people next to me or above me moving furniture and making a lot of noise at like 7-9am, which kept me awake then as well. There's also no USB plugs in the walls, and since I didn't have European plugs (I was here on a long connection), I couldn't charge my phone anywhere. Beds were comfortable enough, but tough to sleep with all the noise.

Hotel was quite nice. Restaurant was terrible. Only vegetarian dish on menu was pizza. Asked the server if the kitchen could roast some veggies for us. Server said no. Pizza we were served was damp and maybe the worst pizza I've had. Lots of nice eateries in the neighborhood. Go to those instead.

The check in was easy, the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very nice.

The staff seems to busy all the time. Despite they answer, it's like going through a doctor in a public hospital where they don't have enough time. Also, they advertised the room should have tea and coffee but they didn't even borrow a kettle.

Our stay at Hotel Clement Barajas was brief but it was exactly what we needed. Staff was helpful directing us to the metro and also arranged a taxi for our transfer to the airport. Our room was basic but had everything we needed

We arrived late night and the front desk staff was professional and welcoming. Beautiful hotel. Quality interiors d3sign. Comfortable beds. Nice towels. Very helpful scheduling our airpirt taxi pickup too. Wish i had more time to visit. Highly recommend.

Fijn hotel op minder dan 20 minuten lopen van de luchthaven. In het restaurant, maar ook in de omgeving, zijn veel winkeltjes en restaurants. Verder ligt het metrostation Barajas op minder dan 10 minuten lopen van het hotel. Met de metro reis je met slechts 1 overstap naar het centrum.

A estadia foi ótima! O hotel é muito confortável, a equipe foi bem simpática e solicita. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo e o banheiro é grande. A região é tranquila e tem de tudo perto: supermercados, restaurantes, fast-food… Na porta tem um ponto de ônibus e a estação de metrô Barajas fica a mais ou menos 10 minutos de caminhada.

Great hotel for a stay before taking a flight from Madrid International airport. Rates are reasonable. The area around the hotel has some good restaurants and you can easily take the Metro to downtown Madrid.

Good location for airport, easy Uber transfer for €8-10 euros, but far from Madrid center and only good for your last night before airport departure.

Nice hotel convenient to the airport. It’s a 25 min walk or about 10 minutes via taxi or Uber. 10 minute walk from the Barajas metro station.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times for business travels. The location is great, as it's next to the airport, yet it has lots of eating options and a lovely village/town feel. Easy access to Madrid Centre on the metro.

Excellent airport hotel. In a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Good in-house restaurant. Parking available on side streets. Easy drive to any of the airport terminals. Comfortable rooms. Good service.

The rooms heating A/C not working and no hot water. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK , but hot food was barely warm . Good location for the airport. Plenty of decent restaurants nearby. Don’t eat in the Bistro in the Hotel, it’s dreadful. Served me cold food , sent it back , still Came back cold. Only one person serving. Took ages to be cooked . Go to Jumbo’s for food around the corner , Peruvian cuisine , really good . Nice hotel , but little amenities, not a 4* by a long shot , barely a 3*
