The lady at check in was brilliant. Super friendly and incredibly efficient. She handled everything so quickly! The room is nice and they’ve made every effort to make it comfortable. The floors and walls are paper thin so you hear every movement and sound around you. But the bed is very comfy, the shower is good and the staff are friendly. The location is great too - a short walk from Southern Cross Station.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was another terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk seemed annoyed that I was there. Having cancelled a reservation in February, and despite calling 12 times and sending numerous emails, they still haven’t processed my refund. I spoke with a girl at the front desk about my refund, and she insisted that I would need to come back the following morning and speak to the manager. I returned the next morning and spoke with the manager regarding my refund, but he continues to put his head in the sand and says he doesn’t know how to do refunds (which has been his go to line when I have called about it). He said that I would have to speak to the girl on the afternoon shift. I stated that I spoke with her and she said to talk to you. Then he simply turned his back and walked out to the back office, and closed the door behind him. My reservation was cancelled well in advance to be entitled to the refund, as per their t&c’s, but still no refund even though I cancelled the previous reservation well over 6 months ago now. So frustrated!!!
