Great place to stay with kids, handy with Aldi next door, could cook dinner, or walk to local cafes and restaurants. 5-10min walk to free tram loop. Room Could use a bit of maintenance (marks on walls, basin sink cracked) but the location and facilities made up for it. Loved the Lap pool, huge gym, spa and sauna. If you’re after an affordable room in a great location, this is it!

Fantastic gym, pool, spa and sauna facilities. Beautiful tennis courts but were told they were booked out for everyday of our stay even though most of the time no one was playing. Bit disappointed. Bathroom had signs of mould but apartment overall clean. Aldi next door very handy and PT easily accesible near apartments. Serviced apartments but need to supply your own washing powder/dishwasher pods. Apartments not cleaned daily only when you leave. Good price. Big apartment. Comfy beds. Overall great accommodation. 👍

We enjoyed the location. When we arrived the receptionist wasn't very friendly and the office area looked very messy. I suppose that this didn't make a good impression. Outside the property, which is something that can't be avoided, construction work was going on. The room itself was great, very clean and comfortable. We also made use of the pool, spa and tennis courts. These were excellent.

The photos are deceiving. The staff are not so friendly. Parking is like an escape room. The rooms are paper thin. Every time someone closes the front doors you hear the whole hall rattle. Booking the bbq and tennis courts are impossible due to actual residents booking it so no one else can. But then they don’t actually use it. It’s in a nice central location smack in the middle of china town.

Great property, the gym is probably the best I have seen in Melbourne. The pool was good and the spa, Spa jets could go a lot longer. Awesome Sauna, reception staff are great. Only negative, room could have been a little bigger, but still comfortable

Great location, fantastic pool and gym, easy parking. Aldi next door. Walking distance to many shops and dining options, transport etc. I needed more cutlery and staff got it for me immediately. Very helpful.

Reception very helpful with booking in and parking but the room was disgusting. It was dirty, broken sink mixer, exposed power points, filthy carpet, kitchen bench not cleaned. Looked nothing like the photo on this site. As we were a late evening arrival decided not to complain but planned to notify reception the next morning. Unfortunately reception unmanned when we left about 7:30am. We have stayed in many apart-hotels in Melbourne over the years and this one is the only one I have not been happy with. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a terrible experience here. Room had dirty tissues on the floor, used soap in the bathroom, used cups in the kitchen sink, and someone left their wallet and car key in the room and staff just left it there. Worse, during the night someone entered my room with a key, I yelled at them to get out and called reception about it and they had no idea who it could have been. So I didn’t sleep all night and felt very unsafe. Never again!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The location of the apartments was great. We paid for 2 adults and 1 child but was only given 2 towels instead of 3. Disappointed by the condition of the room - marks on walls, range hood didn’t have a cover on it and was filthy, drain in bath was broken and things could have fallen down it, no tea towel was provided. The pool was nowhere near as clean and inviting as the pictures suggest. It was a great location and good sized room for what we needed but for the price was disappointed with the condition of the room.

Rooms were dirty had black mould and dust everywhere. When i complained they took me to another room that was just as dirty. I had a reaction to the mould and dust. Staff ended up getting the room cleaned, still not as clean as it should have been. Very dissapointing for the amount of money charged per night.

The Good: The location was good with many things within walking distance. The communication from the property was what I expected. The Bad: The property is promoted as a serviced apartment. It was not serviced at all. It was in quite poor condition. Was like no one had benign there for some time. The carpets were not vacuumed, there was a light hanging out of the ceiling. The hot water was only warm IF you also had a cold water tap running as well, otherwise, basically cold. A floor to ceiling window in the living area had cracks in it. The couch was broken to the point of being unable to sit upright, the base sunk deeply in the middle. There was no cover for the fans of the range hood. The dishwasher handle was broken making it almost unopenable. There was an obvious past leak in the ceiling of the main bedroom, with a huge water stain visible. Mould in the bathroom and the shower wasn't exactly the cleanest... Little amenities were missing, like a cloth to wipe surfaces down, bin liners to put into a bin (which wouldn't be an issue if the room was serviced...). The "king bed" was two singles pushed together making it exceptionally uncomfortable for a couple. Overall, for the price paid, my family and I were quite disappointed.

The location was really good as its a short walk from the tram free zone. Parking needed to be reserved earlier,which should have been mentioned. Property condition was not great as dishwasher handle was broken (they gave us complimentary cleaning after they told me) and there was a small hole in the wall behind my bed which I feel should have been fixed. Also 1 bedroom had no window or mode of aur circulation at all. 2 bedrooms had a common bathroom, which again should have been mentioned. I probably wont stay in the same property again. There should be better options around.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights and found it too small for 5 adults. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress is not good quality. One king bed was comfortable and the other one was extremely uncomfortable. 1 bedroom was very noisey with city sirens etc and 1 bedroom was quiet but had a frosted glass sliding door which ws bright in the mornings. There were very limited cooking items and utensils. A tea towel, bottle opener and peeler would have been nice. Good location and staff were friendly.

Pro , location, price point, walking distance to majority of things, iga and aldi at door step, great staff. con. current works in area so no pubic transport to hotel , you have to walk to flagstaff, vic market for tram or state library due to works . We stayed room 804 was an upgrade, only issues windows and external doors to outside dont seal properly so cold wind comes through and we stayed during the extreme windy storm, beds to soft for my liking but may suit others and general wear and tear.

Currently has loud road construction outside hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. These apartments are small and have no / minimal drawers or cupboards to put your luggage. The bathrooms are also small with no where to put your bathroom necessities. The staff were lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Wouldn’t stay again. Lots of better properties around. Our king bed was two singles pushed together. Pillows uncomfortable. Extremely noisy (street noise,wind) on the positive close to melb central, easy parking.

It was pleasant except that the reception was unhelpful in helping to book a cab. She claimed need a local mobile number. Told her other reception staff helped. She reluctantly dialed for one and handed the handset to me knowing that this was a key response call. There was a screen so I could not reach the phone to respond. When I persisted, did she grudgingly arrange for a cab. Very bad service.

They told me I can collect my deposit when I check out when I went to check out they told me I will get my deposit in 10 minutes . Literally this lines were mentioned word by word and I did not receive my money back now they say it will take 10 days . Still waiting thanks for considering you customers fools and illiterate.

We arrived to the receptionist busy on the phone ,she didn't even look up to acknowledge us . She checked us in but given us little information on how to use the key in the lift,other guests showed us how to use the lift . Our room smelled very badly if smoke ,which we reported straight away. Hannah was the lady that dealt with the complaint,she responded very quickly and offered us another or the cleaner to come and freshen the room , instead we asked for more towels,a hairdryer and and iron which she supplied to us After that our stay was fine

Communication shocking took my money but wouldn't let me stay because I paid of someone else's card then happy to put me out on the street after travelling 5.5 hours and wouldn't refund the money for a new room else where appalling treatment

Our apartment was clean & tidy, hotels a bit dated but suited us for one night. Great proximity for dining a lot of places to choose from. Pool was great & easy parking. Have not received our bond back yet 😕

One of the reception staff was unhelpful when we requested for help to book a taxi. We did not have a local mobile number. She said she could not help. We told her other staff helped. Reluctantly, she dialed for us and passed the handset to me. Being an automated response, I could not reach out to respond by keying in the numbers as there was a screen at the counter. It was only after some stern words did she with grudgingly reluctance called a cab for us.

Execellent location except for the 24hr building works on the new tunnel project at the front door. Constant noise day and night. Made for a very tiring 4 days. The noise just doesn’t stop. Torture!

The locality was great. Very secure. Very close to Queen Victoria Markets and free tram that takes you to Southern Cross Station and Skybus. Aldi next door was so convenient and not far away is an IGA. The advertised cinema was a different concept from what I was expecting. Needed to ask for an iron, which reception staff brought up. Kitchen sink plug didn't hold water and towel rail needs securing to wall. These were minor issues. The advantages outweighed the disadvantages. Would be very happy to stay again

Great location, close to public transport and provided a good homebase while we were in Melbourne. A bit pricey for the quality of the room, but nevertheless a good option. If you plan on staying here, please be aware that there is heavy construction outside of the property which may impact your stay.

Excellent location - next to Aldi! Tram and Victoria market are only 5 minutes walk. CBD is only within 10mins walk. Construction is going on in front of building. It can get noisy at night with rowdy party goers/ emergency services etc. Apartment itself is clean and it gets serviced on the 5th day for our 10 day stay. Kids loved the swimming pool on the 7th floor. Friendly and helpful reception :)
