NE VOUS FIEZ PAS AU PHOTO DU LOBBY SUR HOTELS.com le lobby ne ressemble pas à ça du tout. Pas d’ascenseur du stationnement souterrain vers le lobby, on doit monter les escaliers avec les bagages. Pas de petite débarbouillette dans les chambres ni au lobby. Les robinets du lavabo bougeait, il n’était pas fixé adéquatement. Pas de rouleau de papier de toilette de « spare ». L’entretien du bâtiment laisse à désirer. La salle de bain fait pitié. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas mais le chauffage lui était au boutte!!! Les meubles dans la chambre démontre beaucoup d’usure. La propreté est bien fait par les femmes de ménage. Et finalement au moins il n’y a pas de tapis dans les chambres.

False advertisement. The hotel lobby nor room were as pictured. A deplorable hotel that needs to go out of business or a complete renovation. My hotel room was dirty, outdated, chipped paint throughout, holes in the wall, ceiling water stains, visible insect visits, sheets and comforter smelled like bleach but still stained, stained walls, just absolutely gross. Had me sign a no smoking declaration in French but did not provide a copy in my native language of English so I have no idea what I signed. Meanwhile, the hotel, elevator, vestibules wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room was haunted as well. A lamp would not turn off for the duration of my stay. As I went to sleep, it would turn off. One night, I successfully turned it off, woke up to it being on. Highly disappointing and a waste of money and time. Obviously didn't complain due to he out of my country and no other alternatives to lodging. I truly want my money back. I hope I am able to post pics. Also, sometimes pics make things look clean so I tried my best to show how dirty the room was.
