Rooms were clean, location was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t utilize any amenities. Didn’t like that there was a mini bar in the room. That is so outdated and not needed. A mini fridge is good. Breakfast was way to expensive for a family. Chose to go elsewhere.

Have nothing but good things to say about my stay. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was great and informative. Will deffinetly be back as the hotel will be my new go to for trips to Montreal. Which are many during hockey season!!! Go Habs Go!!!!

Great place to stay with convenient location. Hotel staff are wonderful but we definitely had issues with the dining room/bar. We were seated at a table where we were ignored for a half hour, left the dining room and went to our room and ordered room service. We waited again for a completely unacceptable length of time. We then called to see where our food was and they said they would check and call back. After another 15 or 20 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk to complain. We finally got our food! As I said, the hotel itself and the room was perfect. I would just suggest eating elsewhere!

The Novotel is a beautiful hotel. Spacious, quiet, excellent downtown location. Novotel is in the heart of downtown Montreal to say the area is busy would be an understatment. The hotel is attached to a parking garage at the time it was 30/ night. I would suggest park and walk. Everything is with in walking distance. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and the hotel is just far enough away from the main downtown area for some privacy. Lovely restaurant attached to the hotel. Nothing is complementary. The rooms were large, the views were nice. Beds comfortable, mini bar, small coffee station, microwave in lobby, bathroom very nice. The Novotel is a 7-8 minute walk to Belle Centre Theatre, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Everything else was bonus. Montreal was beautiful, I would return and stay again at the Novotel.
