Not on expected 5 Star Level: Algae smell at the pool, no towels at the sauna, amenities closed or not functioning (f.e. Whirlpool), receptionist not informed about their service (told us that there was no possibility to buy a swimming suit at the hotel but we discovered ourself it was the case a day after, told us that there was no possibility to have a drink outside even though the poplars was open). The rooms were clean and comfortable though.
