Stayed 3 nights

I had put this stay at the hotel coming in from California to have a surgery. We arrived at midnight and when we got off the freeway and came around to the hotel area, there was road construction that had been going on cones everywhere and there was an awful, awful smell when we entered the hotel after midnight. The smell was also in the hotel. I was exhausted I needed to get to bed. I had a pre-op appointment in the morning. I got up the smell was still there. I went to my appointment. I came back and spoke to the woman at the counter and asked her why the roadwork and an unfortunate smell was not posted on the website? People should be made aware of what was going on so maybe they can look elsewhere arrangements it had caused me a migraine. I suffer from them and that smell caused me to have a Migraine the whole time I was in Arizona. There was no other availability at any other hotel. It was completely inconvenient. There was nothing that could be done for me and it was awful. Suffering from a painful migraine having surgery on top of that made everything much more painful for me. The inconvenience of having nobody to bring towels or bedsheets and blankets up to your room is really unfortunate.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant, parking was more than adequate. They do not serve breakfast but options within a couple of blocks.

I've waited a few weeks to write a review about my extremely negative experience at this hotel the last week of May & the first few days in June 2026. Short version: checked in Sunday afternoon, the clerk gave me a key card, went to the room but the card didn't work...tried several times. Returned to the front desk, another clerk was there with the original clerk that had assisted me. I told them the key card didn't work. The second clerk took the key card, looked for my reservation but said she couldn't find it. She began questioning me about how I got the key card because my name wasn't in the system and the room I claimed I was given wasnt even available. I pointed to the first clerk, said she checked me in, and asked the woman to tell her colleague she had checked me in...SHE REFUSED TO DO IT! She just turned away from me...I was stunned! Second clerk finally found the reservation, gave me a new key card. First clerk still said nothing, no apology from either one. I asked to speak to a manager, told none were available on Sunday. Returned to front desk for 3 days to see a manager but staff refused to arrange it: various excuses were given. Finally called Hotels.com & reported my experience, they were very shocked. Met with District Manager next day, had a chance to ask first clerk why she didn't speak up: "I just didn't know what to do!" All staff members need customer service training & a manager should be available at all times. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.!!

Stayed 1 night

We only stayed for the night in this property so we didnt really have much time to really provide good feedback on it. The time we were there everything was ok. Not great, but not bad. Staff was good, not great. It was however very noisy. I could hear the cars passing by all night long racing along whatever street is nearby. The location is great. Its close to a lot of businesses, restaurants, entertainment. Easy access to get to where you need to go.
