The elevator wasn’t working i had use the stairs multiple times . Had lot people waiting

Located walking distance to Desert Casino Arena 15 min. Was there to see a concert, Breakfast good and nice pool area. Only thing I wanted to use their free area shuttle to get to concert when I arrived. Front desk had no way to locate driver. So I took a Lyft. Cost $5 so very easy. Easy walk back after performance.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! Staff was kind, room was lovely and the pool was nice!!

I enjoyed my stay, convenient parking, room was clean, and they offered a free shuttle service to the Desert Diamond Arena area.

Hotel was good but we booked it excepting shuttle service and hot tub and well the hot tub was available the first couple of nights it was then shut down for repair which would have been nice to know prior to the stay as well as the shuttle service was not available at all

Everything was nice except the pool needed to be more maintained, it was dirty

Hotel room was nice. Seemed updated. Several lounge chairs at the pool were broken so there weren’t enough for everyone. A lot of kids at the pool with little parental supervision.

I liked that they had a fitness center, staff was very nice and accommodating. They provide a shuttle, breakfast was different and good and it was clean

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. Our room was very large and clean (no bedbugs!), beautiful pool, friendly staff and SAFE area! The breakfast was really nice and plenty of shops close by. The casino is also 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!!

The guys at front desk was great when came to check in for the room. Pool was good also. The first room that eas giving had a very strong smoke smell and also the bathroom toilet bowl under it was very dirty and was push off . So I did ask for another room. Second room was better but had a very is strong smell like the carpet has not been cleaned. I went to get carpet fresher to help try n get the smell out.

I recommend this hotel. Very clean thanks to housekeeping and very friendly staff. Nice and Quiet area. Restaurants and stores are close by. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Likes: free parking. Easy access to freeway. Close to shopping decent breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Beds were clean. Lots of pillows Dislikes: floors were filthy. Looked as if they never vacuumed or mopped. Cleaners never replenished coffee. No bar soap or individual shampoo and conditioner. Toilet kept backing up.

Parking was great. The young lady who helped us at check in was fabulous, very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and up to date. Checkout lady was very nice.

Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was a quick question at the front desk or a request for extra towels, the service was prompt and courteous, making my stay incredibly pleasant. One of the standout features of this property is its cleanliness. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. I enjoyed the property and my stay. My only complaint was the air conditioning unit was Very loud. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Staff were helpful and courteous, the room was comfortable and clean, and the free breakfast was very good--chorizo and potatoes? Yes!

The room had a really strong smell. The Air conditioner was really noisy that kept waking up my son. But overall comfortable beds and specious bathroom.

The mattress could have been better, too soft with a big dip in the middle. Other than that the stay was good.

Floors are thin so hear walking above you that disturbing

The elevator was broken on 2 different occations and the air conditioning did not keep the room cool.

We booked this hotel because it's close to the stadium. Not sure if we got an upgrade but our room was incredibly spacious and in a very quiet part of the hallway. The pool area is like a resort - loved it! Very comfortable bed....probably the best sleep I had throughout our trip. Would stay here again.

Super comfortable beds!

Everything was great except that it sounded like people were constantly jumping in the room above us, running in each room next to us, and you can hear every door slam shut whether it was deliberately or trying to be shut quietly.

The property was nice and convenient for our event. The biggest problem we came up against was our check in. The front staff was polite and doing their best, but the rooms that shld have been available weren’t and it pushed all check ins behind. We had a specific time to be at our event and it was a hard time to get there on time.

Breakfast was good and we were there for 5 days and nice variety every day. Not the same old thing. Pancake machine was broke but it was still good.

Front desk staff was very rude on my arrival. Did not greet me or my daughter, did not even direct me to the elevator. Room was not clean, asked for a different room and was told fully booked although website stated differently. Contacted the desk because people above me were so loud well Into the early morning hours. Front desk staff declined to reach out to them to ask them to quiet down. Overall it was a miserable night here and the polar opposite of the previous Holiday Inn Express stay at a different location just two weeks previous. Ask to speak to manager on checkout and was told the manager was “unavailable “

The room was very clean and comfortable. My scheduled event was earlier than I planned and the ladies at the desk were able to get me into the room early so that I could get ready. They provided transportation to the event and picked us up afterwards. Everyone was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. It was a very good all around experience.

The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options. We would stay here again. We chose the location because of the sunrise hot air balloon tour early morning nearby. The location was good for a day visit to Scottsdale as well.

it was a great place to be if you're going to state farm stadium. Its with in walking distance not only to the stadium but to great restaurants

Property was in a GREAT area!!! Literally 1 block away from Westagate. Tons of places to eat and the outlet mall was great!

We liked location of hotel because we could walk to Cardinal stadium.

The hotel is close to the State Farm Stadium, shopping center, and restaurants.

Breakfast was missing a lot of stuff, only one sausage at 8.10am, no eggs, no bread.

Room was okay but not what was chosen. Selected a King and got 2 beds. Also the breakfast was bad and the food ran out and had to wait until more was cooked. No eggs and the pancake machine was broken. Just wasn't pleasant. Got standard answers for issues. Employees were friendly and was a good location.
