1. 3rd and 4th floor under construction. 2. Dirty and rundown establishments. 3. Pool water was mirky and no lights. 4. Ceiling had holes. 5. Charged $18 for handicap parking. 6. Shower curtain was super short causing water to run down the floor. 7. Carpet was dirty. 8. Tools and materials exposed for clients view on 2nd floor. Ladder and cement bags. 9. I’ve visited this property 4 times. This time I was Not happy with this property. Will not return.

Horrible. But I will say it's 55% my fault, 45% Hotel. It's not easy to get to the hotel for starters. There isn't a lot of "hotel parking", there is an extra fee for parking in the hotel parking lot, not sure what is considered hotel parking and what is not hotel parking. The staff didn't explain what was considered "hotel parking lot", they just said it would cost more to park. So we parked behind the hotel in a lot which apparently belongs to a restaurant. There is no indication who actually owns the lot. There are small signs on two light polls that say "unauthorized vehicles will be towed". (A) The signs are not visible at night (B) what is considered "unauthorized"? The actual spot we park is much closer to the hotel than the restaurant. So why wouldn't we be considered ok to park there if we are staying at the hotel? Yes, our vehicle was towed overnight. Not 100% it was the restaurant because again, there is no indication who actually owns the parking lot. The hotel is under "remodel". And construction starts very early in the morning. So don't try sleeping late. The breakfast was limited selection, not that great and you had to pass construction to get there. Our room was clean, apparently recently remodeled because there was a slight hint of paint.

Staff was very friendly! Pool was wonderful but after 3/4pm there isn’t any sun. Hot tub was broken but it’s too hot for it anyways. Room 432 A/C wasn’t working properly but the from office gave us another room. She was SO nice and understanding about it. Breakfast was very good and fresh. So close to everything!

I would NOT stay in this area ever again. Our car, along with 10 or more others were broken into over night. There is no security. The first day there was a shooting at the eatery mall right next door. The hotel did not show any concern or remorse for all the cars that were damaged in one night!

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in years. It was like a trampoline. No support and the center sagged so you had a tendency to roll to the middle. Pillows were lumpy. Poor water pressure in the shower. We asked for a bath mat which wasn’t in our room. About an hour later I asked the house keeper again, but apparently they don’t have any extras because we were told they were waiting for the laundry to be done and would bring us one soon. Breakfast was just ok. The location is great. Parking should be included. Business center not available at this time. Ugh! For the most part the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Was super disappointed that Expedia couldn’t tell us the pool was closed. We did get an email after we arrived, but we would t have stayed here had we known. Also, the pool closure notice wasn’t on Hampton website until we complained, but they didn’t care anyway. These 300 ish foot rooms also were the smallest rooms I’ve ever seen. Never again.

The entire hotel smelled bad and overall seemed dirty. Our room had black mold in the bathroom so we canceled the rest of our stay. The staff was nice and had good customer service but for the same price as the Renaissance, we would’ve preferred to stay there.

It is an older hotel and seems worn out. I understand they will be remodeling it later this year. The rooms and hallways smelled like carpet shampoo. The TV in our room did not work well and required maintenance. Some of the furniture was chipped, and the plumbing fixtures were very outdated. The stay itself was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice room, very spacious. We were within walking distance of Desert Diamond Arena, where our concert was at. Friendly staff, no wait at check-in, and very easy check-out. 24/7 coffee, good strong dark brew. The breakfast was hot but not great. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit in the room, it made a terrible sound every time it kicked on, so we ended up shutting it off at some point and just sweated it out a bit.

From checking in to checking out everything was soo easy and fast. No hassle and worry free. As well as the communication as soon as we got into our room, they followed up to make sure everything was up to our needs and definitely fulfilled them. The room we checked in was not made. There were used towels on the floor and the smell of after someone’s showering was shocking. We went right back down to the reception using self servicing bell cart with our suitcases. I reported immediately about the room to the receptionist who checked in us, but she prioritized all those seven people who arrived after us to finish giving room keys/checking in. We were kept waiting more than 20 minutes watching others finish checking in, because the receptionist, she said to have seat and wait for the new room key. She blamed the computer system of the hotel and no apology was mentioned. The place look nice but service wasn’t nice. It was very disappointing experience.

Amazing location! We traveled to watch the Niner vs Cardinal game and we could not have asked for a better location. This hotel is across the street from the stadium! If you love to shop and dine out, this is the spot for you. The outlets were right next door as well as Wesgate Entertainment Distrct across the street.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the pool, the only set back is maybe having it open until 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good but not many options for breakfast buffet-was looking forward to bacon but only sausage provided. Also, the hygiene products that was provided smelled amazing!

The hotel is in very close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment which was great. The breakfast buffet was convenient, the food was a 6/10. I will say everything was hot & fresh. Staff refilled items right away and were friendly. The room was very spacious which was very nice for our family of 5 with small children. The walls and floors are a bit thin, we could hear noise above us and in the hallways. Overall we had a comfortable stay and felt safe in the area.

Our stay was satisfactory. Very conveniently located close to State Farm Stadium with an easy walking distance to it (less than 10 minutes). Which we appreciated not having to deal with game day traffic. There are a few places to eat that are also within walking distance. The free breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay here again!
