München hätte schön sein können... in einem anderen Hotel. Check-in lieblos, Rezeptionisten sprechen wenig oder kein Deutsch. Zimmer im 6. Stock, Aufzug nur bis zum 5. Stock. Zimmer grundsätzlich ordentlich, aber teils etwas abgewohnt. Sehr hellhörig, feiernde, schreiende Menschen und Poltern anderer Gäste lassen einem keinen Schlaf. Morgens ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt (bis 8 Uhr etwa). Im Hotel werden Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, ich hatte jeden Tag ein Baustellen-Kabel direkt vor meiner Zimmertür liegen, Stolpergefahr! Die Flure sind durch die Baustelle etwas schmutzig, das wird nicht gereinigt. Täglich waren Feuerschutz-Durchgangstüren mit einem Feuerlöscher aufgehalten. So geht Brandschutz ... Frühstück: Radio im Raum sehr laut, musste darum bitten, es leiser zu machen, das wurde dann auch gemacht. Dazu extrem laute Geräte (Kühltheke etc). Große Auswahl an Antipasti/Salaten, alles in Öl eingelegt oder sehr fettig, hier wird wohl ans Katerfrühstück gedacht. Das aufgeschnittene Gemüse wirkt nicht mehr sehr frisch. Kein frisches Obst. Trockene Aufbackbrötchen, der Kaffeeautomat reißt es auch nicht raus. Insgesamt habe ich schon in mancher Jugendherberge besseres Frühstück bekommen. Bis 8 Uhr war ich dort auch der einzige Gast. Kühlschrank im Zimmer kühlt nicht, ist dreckig und riecht von innen. Getränke sind nicht drin. Umgebung: mitten im Bahnhofsviertel - es handelt sich um ein Ausgeh- und Szeneviertel, das Hotel liegt zwischen Sexshops, Wettbüros und Tabledance.

ミュンヘン中央駅の近くのホテルで便利だった。周辺の雰囲気は、知らない感じの言葉を話している人が多かったが怖さは感じなかった。部屋は狭くはなく、木目調の落ち着いた感じであり、冷蔵庫(元々ミニバー用だったようだ)や室内金庫もあった。ホテルのロビーには無料のコーヒーメーカーがあった。

Ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro comodamente a piedi, a due passi anche dalla stazione e dalla metropolitana. Stanza pulita, personale cordiale e disponibile, check in e check out veloci. Un po’ costosa la colazione. Unico neo non è presente il bollitore nè in stanza nè alla reception dove però è disponibile il distributore dell’acqua. Lo consiglio

Hotel confortevole, camere spaziose e pulite. Servizio reception cordiale. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il centro che per Oktoberfest. Parcheggio interno a buon prezzo. Consigliato

Did not like no lifts after 5 floors. I was in 6th floor.

It was of generally a good standard re size and amenities. It had a fridge which was important for us, but on the minus side, there were no English news channels and the room could be noisy with quite a lot of light coming through. Our biggest gripe was the shower - it had no door so a shower meant that the bathroom including toilet and toilet paper got wet. That was the shower design. Otherwise, room and bedding were great and the provision of a cold water machine in reception was very helpful (no kettle or cups though). Nothing wrong with the hotel at all and would recommend.

Prisvärt boende nära centralstation i ett hyfsat lugnt område. Fungerande faciliteter men skulle behövas städas bättre, lakanen byttes tex inte under vistelsen.

Sehr sehr netter Service, schönes sauberes Zimmer. Hotelumgebung ist das Bahnhofsviertel. Wer es ruhiger mag, sollte das beachten.

The hotel completely suited our needs, the room was great, quiet and clean. Very centrally located with easy access to all areas. The staff were fantastic and very helpful and informative.

Man hat nach der täglichen Reinigung in der Dusche und im Waschbecken Haare gefunden. Betten waren an den Seiten aufgerissen.

Hotel ist in gutem Zustand. Draußen ist es aber sehr laut, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dazu. Das die Dusche offen ist, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

My room was on the top floor which needed to take elevator and then stairs. Thin wall, 1am I can still hear people chatting loudly from other room. The worst thing is that the room had consistent vibration noises from some sort of machine or circulation (I didnt turn on the ac). The small was small, which was fine cuz I paid single room. But it probably shouldn’t be a room at all with such weird setting and consistent noise

Summary: An okay hotel in Munich's red light district, Astor offers what you need, with a few execution details. Pros: Secure room and property. Safe. Friendly staff. Clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was clean overall. Cons: Floor was cracked and slightly dirty. Bathroom had one out of three lights working. Shower is open-style, without curtain, and water sprays onto bathroom floor. Shower drain would not drain efficiently, backing up during short showers. HVAC controls were awkward, requiring an unlocking procedure to enable adjustment. Pillows were a little lumpy.

Better than I expected. Room looms newly renovated. My biggest issue is the shower design in my room, it floods the entire bathroom when you don’t put a towel on the floor. Location is not the most glamorous but I never felt unsafe. Close to transport links.

wifi was spotty, no coffee in the room, very noisy and unsafe neighborhood. breakfast was descent. limited english channels.

Near station, down a very busy & noisy street. However, the double glazing keeps the noise out and the aircon keeps the room cool. Recently decorated room with good bathroom and shower. Could do with a shelf above the basin and some hooks for towels. Functional, decent value and opposite a brewery!

Pretty good stay. I would recommend because of the close proximity to everything. Our only issue was the shower. No real shower door or curtain so water went everywhere.

Sehr, sehr freundlicher Service, der sogar auf kleine Extrawünsche reagiert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und so weit up to date - nur das Bad konnte wieder ein kleines Update vertragen. Durch die Lage erreicht man alles superschnell.

The hotel is very comfortable and well kept. Staff was polite friendly capable and competent. Available shopping nearby is great and a lot of people loitering outside but not threatening at all.

朝ミュンヘンに到着し、荷物を預けるためにホテルに寄ったところ、昼前にも関わらずチェックインできました。ありがとうございました。 コンパクトな部屋ですが、93Lのスーツケースも広げられ、充分でした。部屋にポットはなく、代わりにレセプション前にコーヒーサーバーがあります。シャワーブースのアメニティは全身シャンプーだけなので、気になる方は持参することをお勧めします。ドライヤーが超強力で欲しくなりました(笑) 照明が少なく、かなり暗めです。読書や作業をする場合はライトがあったほうが良いと思いました。 シラー通りに面しているので、中央駅や旧市街が近くてとても便利です。一方、冬場ではありましたが暗くなる前にホテルに戻り、夜間の外出は控えました。４泊しましたが、１晩だけ深夜０時頃まで飲んでいる人の声が聞こえました。

Nice comfortable room conveniently located near the main train station and within walking distance to the old town. The man that checked us in was very friendly.

Great location, though the neighborhood is on the rough side. Odd shower enclosure, though that's Europe for you! Otherwise a really pleasant stay!

A nossa estadia no Hotel Astor em Munique correu da melhor forma em todos os aspectos : 1 - Funcionários muito atenciosos, quer na Recepção, quer ao Pequeno Almoço. 2 - Quarto razoavelmente espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Aliás, todo o hotel estava limpo ! 3 - Pequeno Almoço bem servido, com muita variedade, sem limites em termos de quantidade e a qualidade foi igualmente de assinalar pela positiva. 4 - A sua localização é muito boa em termos de proximidade da Estação Central ( poucas centenas de metros ! ) e mesmo de distância ao Centro ( Marienplatz ) que fica a pouco mais de 1 Km. 5 - A zona onde está o hotel é uma zona com alguns Cabarés e Sex-Shops, bem assim como pessoas das mais variadas origens e raças, mas nós ( eu e a minha mulher) andamos a pé várias vezes nesta zona e nunca fomos incomodados fosse de que forma fosse !... Resumindo, desde que o objectivo não seja ter todo o Luxo de um hotel de 5 estrelas das principais cadeias internacionais, recomendo vivamente o Hotel Astor para quem quiser ficar próximo do centro, com boas condições e a um preço perfeitamente razoável. Não tenho dúvidas em tornar a utilizar este hotel se voltar a Munique dentro de um prazo não demasiadamente distante. Rui Martins - Braga - Portugal

Hotel im erweiterten Bahnhofsviertel, aber sehr sauber und tolles freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und stets freundlich, Frühstück super und es fehlt an nichts tolles Ambiente im Frühstücksraum gerne wieder

Trivsamt mindre hotell på centralt läge. Fint rum och bra frukost. Enda minus var att man ville städa rummet sent på eftermiddagen då vi ville vila och göra oss redo inför kvällens besök i staden.
