The staff was able to serve in multiple languages and was VERY helpful. I also appreciated that neither the check-in nor -out didn’t took so long with all the unnecessary information (as they usually do). The hotel itself was very well located just next to the central railway station and services, restaurants etc. I also visited during the Octoberfest and the location was only a walk away from the area. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaniness of the room. There was dust and dirt in places, shower curtain was red/yellow - as apparently not washed etc.

Front desk staff were amazing! Would recommend this place for a night or 2. For longer would maybe find somewhere else. The location was great!
