24時間いつでも飲める美味しいコーヒーがうれしかったです。フロントの方はフレンドリーで親切でした。駅から歩いてすぐなのでとても便利でした。地下街にはスーパーマーケットもたくさんあり困りませんでした。シャワーの温度が安定しなかった点だけ気になりました。

Por el precio está bien. No se puede esperar mucho pero al menos las habitaciones están bien. No tiene aire acondicionado y si dejas la ventana abierta se escucha el ruido de la calle. La almohadas son poco confortables. Lo positivo la recepción es muy amigable y el hotel tiene café y té gratis 24 horas. Está muy cerca de la estación central de Múnich y de muchos restaurantes.

The major pluses are it is near to Munich Center Station, Lufthansa Express Bus, shopping, eating places and city center. The room is clean, but mattress is soft. The negatives are hotel does not have AC, have to open window, and streets below the room are busy and noisy until early morning hours. Conclusion, will recommend because of its location and clean room

I appreciated being able to have a modest, affordable lodging option so near the Munich Hbf. The rooms were spotless and not fancy but had absolutely everything necessary and even extras like water glasses, soap in the showers, a hair dryer and a generous supply of towels plus a drying rack. We did not use the television but one existed, as well as complimentary tea and coffee in a very well-decorated and appealing lounge/dining area downstairs. I loved the bright colors in use for the decor, it is very nice. When we arrived we were exhausted after something like 30 hours in transit. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick. The hot beverage was so appreciated as I was too tired to look for food; peppermint tea and sleep! The street location is a bit noisy with many taxis parking nearby but this is not the establishment's fault. Sleeping with windows closed or earplugs is an easy solution. A coffee shop also serving light breakfast items is literally twenty steps out the front door and many other places to eat are within easy walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if my path takes me to Munich again; this hotel is an absolute gem for anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and economy. Highly recommend!

Good location near the central station. Cleaning was done every day and towels also were changed so I was able to stay comfortably. Staff was very kind and considerate. Breakfast was provided at a nearby hotel if requested. Extensive menu.

ミュンヘン中央駅の直近であり大変便利なロケーション。室内は質素だが清潔。水回り等の機能も問題なし。仕事で泊まるだけなら好感度はかなり高い。ホテルの入り口はドア１つ分の出入り口のみで小さなフロントデスクがあるのみ（ロビーもなし）で到着時はちょっとびっくり。このフロントは22:00には閉まるため、夜遅くの到着時には近くにある姉妹ホテルでチェックインすることになるのが少し面倒だがチェックインはスムーズ。朝食も姉妹ホテルでとるシステムで少し不便だが、値段を考えると満足感のある内容。総じていえばビジネス滞在なら十分選択肢。

La pulizia è pessima. Pessimo anche il tentativo di ristrutturazione. La maggior parte dei receptionist (ogni giorno ce n’era uno diverso) sono tutti scontrosi e con poca voglia di lavorare.. Solo una signora è stata veramente gentile e molto disponibile quando le abbiamo chiesto informazioni su come prendere i mezzi..

This was a terrible stay. The property is run down and is missing the basics. The mattress is at least 30 years old and completely worn down to the point that I was afraid to move because the sides just collapse down. Broken tile in the bath, old wires hanging out of wall, and only one plug to charge your phone - across the room. Forget about usb ports or coffee. It feels like a jail cell and was expensive. Loud neighborhood (not in a good way). The drapes were filthy. When I complained, they said “we’re doing our best.”

The room was simple but it’s clean and neat. The reception staff has a positive and service-minded attitude, very helpful to the guest. The location is one of the reasons I book the hotel. It’s located close to the main central station. The only thing I hope that the hotel can improve is the protection from the noise outside. Seems like the room isn’t sound proof. We can hear all the sounds from outside very loud. It’s not the hotel’s fault if it’s noisy outside, especially during Oktoberfest week. But I hope the hotel can find a solution how to make all noises outside is less heard when we’re inside the building/room.

The staff were very friendly and approachable, however upon arrival we noticed the room did smell a little damp and were worried that there were no fire alarms in the room. Also the room got very warm and a fan or air conditioning would have been greatly appreciated

Älteres Gebäude, Zimmer sind aber sehr schön und recht neu renoviert. Im 5. Stock war es schon recht warm innen, obwohl es noch nicht Sommerhitze war. Kann im Sommer vielleicht recht heiss werden, da Zimmer keine Klimanlage haben. Dies ist aber aus meiner Sicht der einzige Mangel, denn die Fenster können immerhin geöfnet werden.
Älteres Gebäude, Zimmer sind aber sehr schön und recht neu renoviert. Im 5. Stock war es schon recht warm innen, obwohl es noch nicht Sommerhitze war. Kann im Sommer vielleicht recht heiss werden, da Zimmer keine Klimanlage haben. Dies ist aber aus meiner Sicht der einzige Mangel, denn die Fenster können immerhin geöfnet werden.

Minutes from Haupbanhof that has long distance trains, S and U bahns, trams, and buses. 20 min walk from Marienplatz. Booked a room for 3. Very small room not enough space if all 3 had luggages. We were only provided 2 sets of towels. Room was quite warm with no AC. Not quite sound proof and unfortunately the street it is on is where the taxis park and you can hear the conversations all night long. Coffee and tea provided. Reception till 10pm ish? Room was straightened daily, as in they straightened our beddings and provided new towels. Would book for convenience only.

We had a fantastic stay at Creatif Hotel Elephant! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent for walking into the old part of town. The operators of the hotel were exceptionally helpful and provided great recommendations for places to go. The Augustiner Keller just down the street was a high point of the visit.

La pulizia è pessima. Pessimo anche il tentativo di ristrutturazione. La maggior parte dei receptionist (ogni giorno ce n’era uno diverso) sono tutti scontrosi e con poca voglia di lavorare.. Good location near the central station. Cleaning was done every day and towels also were changed so I was able to stay comfortably. Staff was very kind and considerate. Breakfast was provided at a nearby hotel if requested. Extensive menu.

The property was a very short walk to the train station which was so convenient and not too far to get to a lot of main attractions in Munich! The staff was amazing and when we checked in the person at the desk gave us so many wonderful suggestions of things to do in and around Munich! The building is older but the room was nice and clean and perfect for two people! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Munich!

Location was great as we arrived to the bus station and left from the train station ( both a few blocks away from the hotel) . Also we rent a car and the pick up location was a block away. The area was not the great but 15 mins from munich center . Good and clean rooms

The major pluses are it is near to Munich Center Station, Lufthansa Express Bus, shopping, eating places and city center. The room is clean, but mattress is soft. The negatives are hotel does not have AC, have to open window, and streets below the room are busy and noisy until early morning hours. Hotel room has no ventilation or A/C. As there was 29 C in Munchen, the room became very hot and uncomfortable. The hotel provided a very noisy fan, but that only circulated the hot air in the room. The shower had no hot water. They sent the cleaning lady to fix it, which she obviously couldn't. We were offered complimentary breakfast for one of our 2 night stay, only to find mold in the yogurt. Avoid this hotel.

Hotellet lå rett ved jernbanen, som var helt topp. Resepsjonisten Manoel ved hotellet - 5 stjerner til han,***** kom med masse forslag til hva vi burde se, han anbefalte en tur til slottet Neuschwanstein, 2 timers togtur, anbefales virkelig, vi var bare utenfor, for det var lange køer for å få bestilt billetter. En annen ting var at det var dyrt, for å se en liten del av slottet. Så det trengs ikke, hvis en ikke er spesielt interessert. Et annet forlag, også med tog, var å dra en tur til Salzburg, Østerrike, ca 2 timer med tog. Ellers så må en ta en tur til OL arenaen, som ligger ved siden av BMW Welt. Frokosten var inkludert, og den var veldig varierende på en god måte.

Internet worked well. Bathroom was clean and quite spacious.
