We stayed here to visit Oktoberfest and it was a very comfortable stay for our group of 15. There was a decent bar area which was quite lively during our visit and Luis the bar tender made a great Mojito! The lady on reception was efficient and helpful and good at responding to messages. The rooms were a generous size and very clean and fresh. My only negative i have is that when I booked the 8 rooms , I chose” pay for the rooms at hotel” , but on our return home, we found that they had charged all the rooms to my credit card two weeks before we arrived. I hadn’t wanted to use that card and now I have to collect money from everyone and hope my card hasn’t been used for anything else, as no credit cards were taken at check in.

Very poor cleaning service Almost no soap in the dispenser Sheets were dirty and they said they only change the bottom sheet ONCE A WEEK ! Trash was not taken from the room even when “housekeeping did the room”

Zimmer sind sehr schön mit Klimaanlage und schönem Badezimmer, in dem eine geräumige Regendusche ist. Leider ist jedoch in der Dusche aufgrund der sehr schlechten Lüftung im Bad an einigen Stellen Schimmel. Das darf einfach nicht sein. Selbst bei einem 1 Sterne Hotel nicht, aber bei 4 Sternen erst recht nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas verbesserungsbedürftig. Leider fehlen Croissants und für mich auch Lachs, zudem geht es in dem Raum sehr hektisch zu. Der Raum ist einfach leider zu klein für so viele Menschen. Aber geschmacklich war das Frühstück gut und man findet auch etwas. Lieber den Sekt weglassen den es kostenlos zum Frühstück gibt und etwas mehr Variationen anbieten. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich

A la hora de llegar nos atendió una chica q hablaba español , excelente, la habitación estaba cómoda y limpia. El detalle fue q estuvimos 3 noches y la habitación no la limpiaron bien o no pasaron a limpiarla un día . El baño estaba sucio y solo pasaron a tender la cama . La cena q comimos en el hotel el día que llegamos estaba muy buena y el desayuno muy bien surtido y variado sobre todo el domingo.. El detalle estuvo q uno de los encargados limpió algo del piso con una cuchara q estaba ahí … se la llevó pero se me hizo muy mal ese detalle de ahí mi comentario de q la limpieza no estaba del todo bien

The hotel staff/ receptionists were polite, respectful, professional and also helpful in giving some advice on dining options as well as places to visit. The breakfast buffet had few options to choose from which I think was okay. The hotel is not centrally located in short not close to places to visit/ attractions, restaurants, entertainment but the tram is few meters away (5 minutes walk) from the hotel. Another negative thing For cleanliness I was disappointed and can only give only give 2.5 stars. I requested for my room to be cleaned but wasn’t done specially that the water from the shower drains out to the bathroom floor causing a bit of flooding which I had to use towels to absorb the water.

Not the best 4 stars hotel… the room is very loud because the train is right across the street, the vent in the bathroom is also very loud even when it’s shut off. Staff are resourceful and location is near the central area. I will not stay again in this location and don’t recommend

A great comfortable stay. Spatiois rooms, nice toiletries! A vertu nespresso machine was awesome. I only wish we had a room not on the ground floor. Perhaps, the reception staff could give guests options.

The hotel was relatively good and in a good location. The main issue was a persistent loud humming noise in the room. Despite several visits to reception, the staff were not particularly helpful and at times rather condescending, suggesting the problem was on my end. As a result, I had to sleep with earplugs for the duration of my stay. They acknowledged the problem and sent a technician who allegedly fixed the problem (they did not...). I was offered two drinks coupons for the hotel bar....

Rooms are nice however the soundproofing in this hotel is awful. Each door shakes the building, all voices between rooms and footsteps heard. The cleaning staff also came into my room twice without knocking. I asked them to stop and they continued. The staff shout and yell in hallways as well. no respect for privacy. There are no automatic doors on the premises so 0 accessibility needs are met for someone who would require.

Very good location and within a 10-20 minute walk to most transportation and sightseeing. Marienplatz was about a 30 minute walk. Staff were friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage stored after checking out until it was time to catch the train. Rooms were very nice.

Da mein Flug gecancelt wurde musste ich eine Nacht in München bleiben. Und da mein Flug nicht der einzige war bleiben nicht viele Hotels zur Auswahl. Eher aus Zufall buchte ich das Europa. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und der Service exzellent. Da mein Gepäck nicht mehr ausgeladen werden konnte hatte ich nur mein Handgepäck dabei. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption händigte mir alle nötigen Badezimmer Utensilien aus. Außerdem wurde mir noch ein Regenschirm geliehen damit ich mir einen Imbiss holen konnte (das Hotelrestaurant hatte aufgrund der späten Stunde bereits geschlossen). Das Zimmer war modern und sauber zudem ausgesprochen ruhig. Alles in allem abgesehen vom Grund ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Enkel incheckning, rent och fint. Hotellrummet var oxå väldigt bra. Man hade fått topp betyg, men vid utcheckning visar det sig att någon ätit och druckit och satt notan på vårt rum. Här måste dem ändra rutinerna så att man måste legitimera sig. Är en obehaglig känsla att stå och försvara sig för något man inte gjort. Receptionisten tog tom fram kvittot och i den perioden som dem menar att vi ätit och druckit var vi faktiskt i öltältet på Oktoberfest. Blev en liten smolk i bägaren på en annars fantastiskt resa.

Excellent place to stay. I wasn’t sure at first but the property is well maintained, the front desk team and bar servers were wonderful to work with. They not only made recommendations but could tell us where certain attractions were located and hour to get there both by bus and on foot. The only drawback was that it was a bit warm for me, but when I inquired about my rooms a/c at the front desk, they took care of the problem even I was out that day. By evening it was producing cool air.

Hotel was fine - a little further away from the City Centre than anticipated but a fairly short train ride away. Area seemed walkable but there were somewhat limited options to eat at the later part of the evening (arrived for an overnight stay on Saturday around 7 pm and most places were closed by 9 - 10 pm). Staff was friendly and helpful and units were clean and well maintained.
