Het was een nette hotel met een eigen betaald parkeergarage. Echter kan je rondom het hotel gratis parkeren.

We arrived to what looked a closed hotel, maintenance of gardens is lacking Check in was fine however one of the rooms I booked was wrong, I asked for a twin room but got a queen room instead, even though my room choice was confirmed prior to arrival Rooms are ok, old fashioned shower over the bath, you can’t plug the kettle in as the table is to high and the plug won’t fit, so had to use the floor, however worst of all no dining options what so ever, 3 choices all closed on a Sunday, absolutely ridiculous Expedia you need to make this clearer in your ad, as if I knew this I would not have booked here, we had to go out and try find diner elsewhere, have you tried parking in Munich on a Sunday, it’s crazy!! Rooms have had wooden floors added, makes the rooms above very noisy, it felt like we had elephants moving about all through the night Overall this was a bad choice and thankfully we are only staying one night, I would have checked out if I was staying longer. I am sure there are so many better options around Munich If you are staying Sunday I would suggest looking elsewhere.

In der Duschkabine allerdings war schon an einigen Stellen Schimmel zu finden und wenn die Toilette nur mit ungeeigneten Klobürsten gereinigt wird, mit denen man nicht überall hin kommt, hinterlässt dies natürlich ebenfalls seine Spuren (sehr ekelhaft). Das mag alles sein, aber ich zahle hier genauso wie jeder andere für die Übernachtung und das Hotel schreibt diese Leistung frech in seine Beschreibung im Internet dazu. Ich habe mich sehr darauf gefreut und meinen Tag danach geplant, nur um dann zu hören, dass ich sie nicht nutzen darf. Beim Auschecken wurde ich weder gefragt, wie mein Aufenthalt war und ob alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit war, noch hat man mir einen schönen Tag oder gute Heimreise gewünscht. Gehört sich eigentlich in einem solchen Hotel. Das Mercure ist leider nicht zu empfehlen und wird auch von mir nicht mehr genutzt. Da ich jeden Monat ein Hotel in München buchen muss, hat dieses Hotel die Chance auf eine dauerhaft zahlende Gästin vertan.

Decent hotel about a 15-minute drive from the trade fair. Friendly and courteous staff. Rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. The elevator is a bit small and dated, but since the hotel only has two floors above the reception, it's not a big issue. Breakfast pleasantly surprised me: good and varied. They also have a paid underground parking garage, which was important for me because the hotel is in a suburban area that's easier to reach by car than by public transport. No real restaurant in the hotel, just a bar that serves small dishes with limited choice. Overall positive impression: 3.5 out of 5. If I return to the trade fair, I could stay here again.

Gutes Hotel für eine Business Übernachtung, aber mit einige Besonderheiten, wenn man andere Mercure Hotels als Massstab nimmt: Das Personal war eher unterdurchschnittlich motiviert aber hilfsbereit und direkt nebenan gibt es eine große Baustelle, daher ist es sehr empfehlenswert die 18 (!) Euro für die Tiefgarage auszugeben. Das Hotel wurde zur Zeit meiner Übernachtung im Juli 2023 überwiegend von Bauarbeitern und Touristen bewohnt und liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend (bis auf die Baustelle natürlich). Die 2 Einzel-Betten waren sehr klein, ich musste sie zusammenschieben, um nicht beim Umdrehen herauszufallen. Dafür war das Hotel aber insgesamt sehr sauber, das Frühstück gut und ich habe auch gut geschlafen (mit zusammengeschobenen Betten). Die Bar war abends geschlossen, aber es gab eine Sitzecke und kalte Getränke neben der Rezeption.

The bar and restaurant was closed for the five days we stayed there and you could only have breakfast - there was an area to buy drinks and snacks but after a long day out it would have been nice to get back for a meal and a drink. Lo mejor la limpieza, excelente, lo peor, que a veces parecia abandonado. Es solo para ir en auto, nomas, hay que dejarlo en la calle porque el parking del hotel es super caro.

Ok hotell för ett stopp på vägen. Finns inget runtomkring hotellet. Tyvärr verkade både bar och restaurang stängda.

Fantastic short stay for a family of 3. Spacious family room that was bright, modern very clean. Good sized bathroom with everything that was needed. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was very quiet despite being by a main route into Munich. Public transport was easily accessible with a bus stop right outside and a short journey to the Ubahn station.

Leider war das Mercure Hotel München Messe Süd ziemlich heruntergekommen! Die Reinigung der Zimmer war ziemlich schlecht! Alte Handtücher bleiben liegen und Müll wurde einmal nicht entsorgt! Das Personal am Frühstück war sehr freundlich! Das Essen und die Getränke waren extrem schlecht! Wurst wurde wohl am Vorabend (oder Tage vorher) auf Platten gelegt und gekühlt! An vier Tagen jeden Tag dieselbe eingefrorene Wurst (Käse ebenso)! Aufback-Brotware, Kaffee oder Kaffee Creme in kleinen Tassen (Cappuccino wurde an den Tisch gebracht)! Das Restaurant was beworben wird auf der aktuellen Internetseite war nicht geöffnet (weder mittags noch abends)! Es war ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung gewesen ! Leider ein teurer Reinfall und von Mercure waren wir sonst andere Standards gewöhnt! Daher müssen wir uns eine andere Alternative suchen

Convenient, great room, comfortable bed, great facilities.

Air conditioner not working

The shower only has half a shower door so water gets all over the floor. The AC unit DOES NOT work, at all! We set it as low as it would go and we were still sweating ours butts off all night. So much sweat that we were soaking the bedding. The unit sounded like it was on but no air was actually coming out and that was the case for both of the rooms we had. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean.

We booked a 6 rooms as group. They downgraded one of our rooms where nothing was working. We requested multiple times to change our hair dryer, nobody cared. They didn’t move us into our original room booked and didn’t compensate us for the downgrade

Ideally located, staff swapped our room as original room safe not working. Very friend and approachable staff. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat es nicht geschafft innerhalb von zwei Stunden einen Zimmerschlüssel an meine Mitarbeiter zu übergeben. Wie diese dann endlich einen hatten, lag in dem Zimmer bereits ein anderer Gast. Im zweiten Zimmer roch es so stark nach Verwesung, dass meine Mitarbeiter dieses wieder verlassen mussten. Mittlerweile war es 4 Uhr in der Früh und meine Mitarbeiter zogen es vor in der Lobby zu schlafen!

Great staff. As an American visiting Munich, I walked about 20minutes to the subway and was in the center of Munich rather quick. Staff was great to me and there was always one person there that spoke English. Nice bar and restaurant on premises.

Wish breakfast was included. Extremely nice staff.

This hotel was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we left we had 5 star service. Friendly, kind, helpful with directions and local amenities.

Horrible experience. I had a booking where I knew I would arrive late and asked to hold the room, which they did and I didn’t ask for any refund for the 2 additional days that I was not going to be there. When I checked in, they said my room was not ready, they couldn’t find the reservation and when finally they found it the front desk told me my booking was actually moved one day so I would be able to check out one day late. Which I didn’t need but a good offer for a late check out, thought it’s nice. And I asked him 3 times if that’s the case and he said yes it is. So the day before when I left all my stuff knowing that I had the time and just in case checked with the front desk that I will be late to return is the system still showing I have one more day to check out, he said yes. I went for work, and midday got a call saying I am over staying and it was my fault for assuming that I have one more day based on the front desk personnel’s word. They lied and asked me for written proof. I explained what happened to the manager and she was like, well it is a mistake from the front desk but it’s your (my) fault that I trusted them. So now I should pay another $650 euro to 1 more day. I got angry and asked my wife to take everything and go to the lobby for checkout and not to pay a dime for any additional day. They were practically trying to scam by lying and making me stay longer and then trying to charge for extra days at insane rate. Also, the pictures shown is not real.

Nice budget friendly hotel, definitely a ways out of the city center. But the area is nice, and lots of transit options close by!

El hotel en general está bien, el servicio es bueno pero las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, en especial el baño. La ubicación también no es muy buena y no hay nada cerca. Se tiene que tomar el autobús a l estación de tren más cerca o caminar 20 minutos.

Goed hotel voor een paar nachtjes. Wel ver van de binnenstad, maar ov in de buurt. Nette kamers en lekkere bedden. Ruime parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel.

This hotel is at about 7 km from marienplatz. It's quiet new with a medium internal service and a payment parking. Nothing special without any underground close to the building

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb Münchens in einem Vorort. Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist aber gut. Bushaltestellen wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die UBahn „Quiddestr“ ist ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück ist mit 25 Euro pro Person zu teuer.

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung. Für längere Zeit ein andere Unterkunft auswählen. Der Kaffee beim Frühstücken war gar nicht gut. Vielleicht wäre es gut, die Maschinen ab und zu mal reinigen. Personal im Restaurant sehr nett.

Sehr gutes Hotel, mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Gutes vielfältiges Frühstück.
