Stayed 4 nights

No refrigerator in the room which was very inconvenient. The same applied for drinks during breakfast. The juices (apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and water etc.) were lukewarm. The AC also appeared to not work properly. It never really cooled the room. If anything, it just blew air into the hotel room without any cooling function and that was unfortunate given the hot weather. The ventilation served as a fan, not actually replacing the air. Whenever we returned to the room, the air was stale. Staff does not clean the room, replace towels/bed sheets or enter the room at all during your stay unless you specifically ask in the reception. We were never given the times of breakfast. During the weekend, breakfast times were apparently closed although we were able to eat given the misunderstanding. When we ate, several staff members hovered around us, staring as we ate. We felt watched and chased out of the breakfast area! This happened repeatedly. We could not eat in peace, instead feeling like staff members waited for us to finish eating as soon as possible so they could clean the table. The duvets in the bed were too thick and there was no replacement. We had to take the covers off and sleep with them as that thick duvet simply got too hot to sleep with. Pillows were flat. I had to fold the pillow in two, and even then did my head and neck not have enough support. Not very friendly staff. And not a great experience. Overall, the hotel is mediocre at best.

Nice place just wish we could take some fruits or muffins to go as we paid for breakfast but had an early flight. Otherwise then that we enjoyed our stay.
