The buffet food was absolutely outstanding, totally worth including as an add on to the room rate. There were a few issues with the room …there was no hot water at 7pm but they sent someone to look at it immediately and they managed to change it a little and everything was good by the morning. We needed a new bath mat, they supplied that immediately too. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut properly …should have reported that too! The pool area & spa was good, staff overall were helpful. The main negative was the price of lunch and tea at the bar.

Staff was great consistently. Booked because it has a pool and we wanted a restful stay at the end of our trip before returning home. Unfortunately there was set-up going on for an event surrounding the pool so it wasn’t as peaceful as we would have liked. The pool itself was great. Proximity to airport was good and rooms’ decent windows block the noise pretty effectively.

I stayed for 3 nights in Dec during a work trip. Room and bathroom were decent; nothing to complaint about other than finding a few hairs in a towel on the first day, nothing too exciting as well. Temperature control was very old-fashioned and not the easiest to adjust. Though the room was pool facing, with net covering the vision it was not a pleasant view. Staffs were courteous and speed of service deserves praise. Best part for me was the fitness center which was well equipped & very well maintained and the complimentary access to steam, sauna & jacuzzi with shower facilities. Breakfast options were decent ; however my breakfast choice is limited to oats & eggs so can't comment much on taste of food. Appreciate the help in breakfast area to custom-make my oats in soy milk as I am lactose-intolerant and was good to find gluten free bread. Only suggestion would be to consider including almond milk and some berries in fruit platter. Ordered a grill Atlantic salmon in dinner on Day 1; while in-room service by Puneet was efficient and the fish was good, I would strongly suggest to serve grill/broil veggies at side instead of some localized version of sautéed veggies in a sauce. While the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, sometime the road in front gets clogged with cars in eve time and it took me roughly 20 minutes to get into an Uber which was 500m far and another 20-25 minutes to clear the traffic till a signal ahead. Overall a decent stay.

This was my second time visiting this hotel. I enjoyed it so much last year that I deliberately booked it again for this year. But I am disappointed. A few things that I did not appreciate were the terrible smell in the hallways from the carpet cleaner or plumbing. The prices for the meals were overpriced. Then on the early morning of my check out, The reception staff supposedly made a mistake on my final payment and did not charge for the last night of our stay. After I arrived at the airport, she called the cab driver and requested that I return to the hotel. My team needed to check in for our flight at that moment so I told her to have the hotel Email me the payment request with clear invoice details. Then she asked if I could just go to the ATM and pull out cash, and give it to the driver so he could deliver it to her. How unprofessional! I told her that was not possible. She asked if I could send the money to another member of our team who was about to check out a couple hours later. Since we are foreigners, there was no easy way to send money that way. In any case I requested an official invoice for the remaining payment. But when I returned home, I saw that my card was charged for over $700 for the last night Stay for four rooms. I still have not received an official receipt or invoice from the hotel despite my reaching out to them. Our team enjoyed the food and the massages were great, but this final transaction has made our stay quite disappointing.

The front desk didn’t have our reservation. Then gave us a room that smelled like cigarette smoke even though I requested a smoke free room. The brunch was very expensive and they charged me 420 rupees for a bottle of water. The lobby and my room were not very clean.

Room clean and well appointed. Staff courteous and addressed requests quickly with enthusiasm. Did request a non-smoking room and first room assigned did have strong odour of smoke but was moved to another room without issue. Located next to a busy road there is some nighttime noise. However on the whole a great property with excellent staff at a reasonable price.

The airport pickup was efficient. Although the driver had to park very far away in a garage . It was a very long walk. He did push my luggage for me but it was quite a trek. Also the check in at this hotel is always quite lengthy , and when you are tired after a long international flight it gets a bit annoying. Worse yet, in the morning at checkout the desk agent needed to see my passport and visa again, as the girl who checked us in did not do it correctly. It caused us an extra delay in checking out . Agents need to be better trained .

This was my third visit to the hotel in the last two years due to the easy Airport access, and possibly my last in this hotel. All three times, the check-in experience was horrible. In general, the staff is okay only from the perspective of a four-star hotel and compared to other nearby hotels.

Check in was terrible. Waited a long time for someone to check in , staff wander around in lobby , dont offer you a drink ( from nearby flask ) 5-6 pple but only 1 to check in . Overheard her saying room booked on expedia but i dont have a room . After check in waited to find and call somebody to take bags ( no staff volunteers to help unless you walk around looking for pple to help you ) rated 5 star but check in is 0 stars . Staff in front desk n lobby need to be more pro active for international long haul arrivals . Will not stay again . Spa was ok , staff there are very very sweet and friendly but didnt get value for money for services. Felt pressured to get services that weren’t necessarily what i preferred .

The hotel staff was exemplary! We arrived at the hotel at 1AM but received nothing less than excellent service. The food at the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! The Thai restaurant was also delicious! The happy hour was a nice treat and the spa services were top notch! The rooms were perfect and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you for the great service starting with the shuttle drivers, reception, restaurant service, spa therapists, and room service! We will definitely be staying here again!

Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?
