Room service needs to be improved.

Very dirty rooms. We were told ‘upgraded room’ it was terrible, dirt and dust all over floors. The level itself was very dirty. Extremely disappointing

I came here for a good night sleep. I’m leaving more tired than when I initially came feeling. I was placed on the fourth floor right next to a pool, there was no communication about me being next to a pool and me having to address loud noises in my own room and the entire floor. My room was shaking that’s how loud it was. I called the manager multiple times however there was no ratification. The ac also was not working despite asking the hotel to come take a look and I’m calling them for the second time as of 139 pm. My whole entire stay was a shame. The reason why I’m giving it a 2 and not a 0 was the food I ordered was amazing, however I was not here for the food but rather a shut eye as I was on my last day of travel. It’s a shame as the hotel itself is beautiful however the quality control and the quality of the sleep was a aolid 0/5. I wouldn’t come back.

The hotel has become rather run down and is definitely not 5 star quality. The room is very basic and the woodwork is peeling off. Overall cleanliness is less than average.
