Relaxing Escape + Large Deck - 12 Min to Red Rocks

The property was perfect for our trip to Red Rocks. Very clean!!

This was a perfect location and layout for our family with older grandparents that flew in for our son's graduation from Mines. Location is convenient for restaurants, groceries, and close to the school. Two bedrooms on the main floor for accessibility to all the living areas. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with cookware. There is a lot of space. Host communication is excellent. Checkout expectations are very reasonable and low effort. Great experience.

This is a lovely home in a very convenient and lovely neighborhood. The location was perfect for our needs. Sadly, the Property Management company was lacking in taking care of a few items for us. When we arrived at the back door was unlocked and open. We notified the Property Management company of this, and there was never a mention of it from them. No closet hanging space no flat surfaces to put your things on in the bedrooms made it a little difficult to unpack and relax and be organized for a four day stay. Ideally, there would be some space to put your items other than to live out of your suitcase. Some creature comforts like extra pillows blankets would have been very nice given its Colorado. It was cool and we were using our sweaters to cover up on the couch while watching TV. Finding the remote controls and how to work everything was a bit of a challenge. The QR codes were not really helpful. Didn’t always work. Again, very nice house very nice neighborhood very convenient just a few hiccups.

The home was conveniently located, well maintained, the majority of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay! House was clean and a great location near Red Rock. The host was very helpful!
