Location is good, walking distance to Uhud mountain. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always trying their best to assist guests. Their effort and positive attitude made the stay pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is the bus service to the Haram, which could be more frequent. Overall, I appreciate the team’s hospitality.

Amazing Stay we arrived early at around 12.30pm and they quickly helped us with a early check in at a room that was available already - hotel is clean and nice and front desk staff are all very friendly, nice and extremely helpful with all speaking a high standard of English - the most helpful during our stay was Majd Tamimi he is absolutely perfect!
