Staff was super friendly and easy check in and check out process. Walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Plenty of parking spots and pool was fantastic.

Lovely pool although it said heated, but it wasn't. Staff friendly.Good size rooms.

The rooms were spacious and clean, we mostly loved the pool and how it was open till late. Very relaxing and a wlking distance to the restaurants and the shops.

The resort management offered a free night due to water facilities being unavailable due to maintenance on one of the days during our stay which was fantastic. The steam room when working is wonderful. It would be helpful if the water temperature of the pool and attached spa was set warmer during the winter months so it is still usable.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very comfy and supportive mattress and great pillows. Water pressure in the shower was lovely. Pool was a bit too cold apart from the small children’s pool. Lots of parking, wifi worked brilliantly. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a quiet relaxing couples holiday. The corner spa in the bathroom was awesome. Balcony overlooking the pool was a bit noisy depending on who was in the pool. The elevated pool deck was great. All the restaurants and Woolworths were an easy walk from the resort. We did miss the turn off into the resort as the sign was a bit small. It's tucked behind the bowling club.

We had a lovely time at The Landmark Resort Nelson Bay. The apartment had wonderful views of the bay, its was a double storey. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it. The steam room was also a great spot.

Elevator out of order, only one in use and very slow. Extremely noisy second floor directly above kids in pool.

Highly disappointing given the amount I paid for four nights. In my opinion, this is not real resort in any true sense of the word. All units are privately owned and not all have air-conditioning (AC). Whilst my room did have AC, I overheard two different groups complaining to staff at the front-desk about the lack of AC in their rooms. Whilst my room was very clean, the balcony was filthy and clearly hadn\'t been swept or mopped in sometime. General facilities were the same, when was the last time the lifts were properly cleaned?! Photo\'s of "resort" exterior are misleading, making the pool look larger than it is, neglecting to show that half the rooms are above the privately operated restaurant which can get loud in the evenings, and that all rooms face the carpark with its many bins. Whilst the restaurants food and service were good, the fact it\'s privately owned means you cant purchase a breakfast package like you can at a real resort. Service desk is not available 24/7 unlike most other places. Lastly, the fact that no smoking is allowed on the balconies is highly disappointing and wasn\'t made clear at the time of booking. I don\'t think I\'ve ever stayed at a resort where one cannot smoke on the balcony. Ridiculous. Whilst I enjoyed Nelson Bay, I would not stay in this "resort" again and cant really recommend it to others. I suggest the Landmark change its name to remove "resort" from the title as it\'s misleading, perhaps using "hotel" instead. Rooms are also not serviced.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room was spotless but I found it difficult to use the shower as I have physical issues I could not climb into the bath to have a shower I used washer to wash and showed at families house. Location was great but the property was noisy I could the people in other rooms above

Clean room although drain in bathroom did smell a little bit. Kitchenette was good. Friendly staff.

Staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. What was striking on our walk to our room, was that there were dead & dying bugs everywhere! So, so many bugs (& sadly a lot looked they were beneficial for the area, rare looking large moths, praying mantis etc) - maybe they had just sprayed? But to see so many was off-putting. The parking was not assigned, but there was ample parking to choose from close to the elevator. The room was... odd. The front "screen" door opened to an awkward space before you got to the front secure door. We had a 2 bed loft style apartment. The room with the 2 single beds had a window that was adjoined strange awkward and insecure space between the front doors. And because the window didn't have a secure screen, it didn't feel particularly great for leaving kids in when the master was upstairs. pool was great, kitchen was fantastic, living area great, balcony was great. Lovely views to the water! Master bed upstairs had a spa bath with a couple of broken jets. And the jets that worked spewed filth into the water. Bit of hair and grot hanging around in carpeted spaces. And even though there was a dedicated air conditioner upstairs the cool air fell straight down below leaving upstairs quite warm and uncomfortable. It was a nice enough stay, kids loved it, convenient to the golf club for a function.... but I probably wouldn't stay there again :/ Just enough to give the "ick" despite all the good stuff going for it.

Check in was great staff friendly and welcoming but that’s where it stopped Couple of points below: *Rooms have a Hospital vibe with the white light globes should be changed to warm globes. *Not a resort this is a self maintained apartment the name of the hotel is misleading *Remove your own rubbish after stay? This was written on the in room detail card. I did remove my rubbish from the room but couldn’t find anywhere to dispose of this.. I left it with the reception staff. *Queen bed not sure if this was only my room but it’s two singles put together not very comfortable *Stains on top sheet made me think if they were washed? *Below standard pillows/ Mattress for & 170 a night some of the money should be put towards updating bedding *Room, bathroom and balcony were clean so can’t fault that except that dirty top bed sheet

Very quiet and central to shops and activities. Spotless rooms and friendly staff.

Pleasant stay, great view and spacious, but configuration of the 2 bedroom apartment meant no window in 2nd bedroom, only a glass door and locked vented timber barrier leading back to the corridor closest to the lift. This should be clearer when booking apartment and it should be offered at a cheaper rate, as it can also be noisy with people taking the lift late at night and early in the morning. Also, the liquid soap dispenser had not been replaced in the shower! Very pleasant reception staff informed me we could have phoned down for some more to be sent up. Ok. Not quite so convenient I dare say.

I liked the view from my apartment and it was very quiet

The view was nice and we had an enjoyable stay. We’ve stayed here before but next time I would make sure I don’t have a room that is above the entrance to the car park as the room was a little noisy at times

Sitting on the deck looking at the panoramic sea view was very enjoyable as was the size of the quiet apartment. Really handy having a beautiful restaurant adjacent with excellent food and an alternative pub type food at the bowls club a few steps away. The resort is on a hill and a bit out of town so walking to shops would be difficult. The pool was weird - the lounges are one story up. The shower was a sprinkle whilst clambering over the edge of the bath. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom dark so sleeping in resulted easily. Staff were friendly and so welcoming.

The location of the resort is convenient, and the views from the room are great.

Quick check in. Room is clean with great view. The bath/shower is a bit tricky to get in and out.

Enjoyed the stay here however there were a few things that could be improved; - the tv remote stopped working all together which was inconvenience - basic amenities like handsoap in the kitchen could have been included - the front reception staff at the time of check in was very rude without reason Overall had a nice time away with family but there is some room for improvement

Reception was blunt and rude, got us to sign papers without explaining the details, she didn’t help us with our bags instead told us there’s trolleys if we need to transport our stuff. Didn’t get told anything about the restaurant, room service or housekeeping. The restaurant wasn’t open at night or in the morning which was inconvenient. Didn’t get told if we could use the pool or other facilities like displayed in the photos when initially booking. Really poor customer service. The place didn’t have any tissues or paper towels. Dust on ceilings Shower gel spilt down the wall on to spa bath and had to clean up Ceiling fan made a annoying noise so has to leave it off Tv was slow and hard to use or change channels Bedroom window was left open when we first checked in really unprofessional.

We had a power outage the whole time I was there which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The after hours helpdesk were not empathetic at all. I was there for work and could not use my computer call my phone as the battery died and could not charge anything

Great location, fantastic service from all staff. Rooms were neat and tidy and had everything you needed. Pool was awesome.

We had a great stay! Hotel was very comfortable, loved the pool area and the view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing is that the reception closes super early 6pm so we needed to plan ahead and leave work early.

This is the only place I stay at when I go to Nelson Bay. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. I usually stay in a 2 bed apartment which is spacious and very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. There's free parking and it's a quick, easy walk to the many beautiful shops and cafes. I do struggle a bit with the last walk up the hill to the hotel but just take it slowly. The Bowling Club is a stone's throw away and the meals there are scrumptious. It's a lovely club. We have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs to the right of the hotel and they are lovely too. I look forward to going back there again soon. A+++++++++++

Great place to stay. Walk to town....bit of a hill to get back though. Easy walk to Bowling Club which has lovely meals. The Trademark staff are all so nice and friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and surrounding area. This was my 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again.

We stayed to visit family in town and was perfect for us walking distance to town and nearby clubs, a favourite was the gold club next door with great dinning. The staff at checkin pleasant to deal with. The views absolutely breathtaking!! Would stay again and recommend a stay here.

Good location. Bowls Club next door if you want a meal. The restaurant was not in service so that was a shame. Otherwise, it was great.
