Beautiful view from the roof top, great location, rooms need to be refreshed, no safe in rooms, fridge not working

Everything was good, locatiin is perfect, clean room, staff very friendly and pro. Inly bad thing is swimingpool was closed.

Hotel looks amazing on the outside and so is the reception area. Upstairs the corridors are a bit dark and there is a musty smell in the air . The room was clean and bedding and towels were changed every day . It had a fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities . An iron and board was given when asked . Outside there is a tram that is very cheap and can take you around the city and to the marina with ease . There is a souk 10 minutes walk away and it was fantastic to buy presents for friends and family . Food is cheap and tastes amazing . They don’t have hot spicy food so if you like spices then you might struggle . Overall hotel was amazing . It had a pool too Reception was always helpful Bedrooms were clean but a little dated especially the bathroom .

Convenable , bof bof la phot de la piscine est une tromperie monumentale ! Toute petite 3 transat qui se courrent après biensur toujours pris. Les prix de pressions boissons ou alimentaires excessifs ! Un café 5 euros Petit dej 18 euros/ pers.

Över lag bra. Hotellet är lite slitet men personalen var trevlig, poolen var bra, frukosten var väldigt bra.

L'hôtel est placé à un carrefour stratégique de la ville, et facilement accessible depuis les axes principaux. son plus son toit terrasse avec piscine. En général l'hotel mériterait un petit coup de rafraichissement, mais il est très correcte et le personnel est acceuillant et serviable

hotel vraiment de passage pour une nuit, sur le rooftop, d'aller demander quelque chose a boire, cela tient du miracle si on vous sert, car les 2 employés présents, montraient vraiment que l'on était pas les bienvenus. chambre avec vue sur une rue "pauvre" genre glauque. Repas d'un niveau qui ne correspond pas du tout à ce genre d'établissement, mais d'un relais routier. très déçu de ce passage, heureusement qu'une nuit

I do not recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. It took over an hour to get our rooms, and the digital key cards were a constant issue. Each time I went to my room, the card wouldn’t work, forcing me to return to reception to reactivate it. Combined with a painfully slow elevator, this became incredibly frustrating. The room itself was outdated, with old furniture and surfaces covered in dust, including inside the closet. The quality of the toilet paper was extremely poor, and there was no coffee maker in the room. The provided instant coffee was of very low quality and wasn’t replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with a very limited selection that was repetitive, and on some days, even fewer options were available. Service during breakfast was also very slow. Overall, the hotel does not offer value for the money. The staff were unfriendly, and you should not expect a greeting or a smile from them. It was clear they didn’t care much about customer satisfaction or the quality of their service. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel.

My experience at [Hotel Rabat], where my family and I stayed from [2nd ] to September 5th, 2024, was nothing short of disastrous, and far from the 5-star experience we were led to expect.Upon arrival, I was initially given a room that overlooked a dump, which was unacceptable. I requested a room change, and while the hotel obliged, the only available option was a room with two single beds, which I reluctantly accepted out of necessity as I was unfamiliar with the city and had no alternative accommodation lined up.However, the new room was also in poor condition. The room had a terrible damp smell, and the entire hotel seemed dusty, particularly in the corners. This triggered my son’s allergies, causing him to cough throughout our stay. I reached out to Expedia for help and was assisted by Samyadeep, who tried to contact the hotel to rectify the issue. They assured me that the hotel would get in touch with me directly, but I never received any contact from the hotel.Samyadeep then attempted to find alternative accommodations for us but transferred me to another team. I was told to wait for the hotel to resolve the issue and that I would be contacted by Expedia within 3 to 24 hours. It is now September 5th, our check-out day, and I have yet to hear anything from Expedia or the hotel. Throughout our stay, the hotel’s conditions were unbearable: - The room smelled damp, and the hotel was visibly dusty. - The TV had only 5 channels, none of which were watchable due to interference

For being a five star hotel, i expected more. The first room, horrible view and condition, we changed rooms, much better.

Super emplacement, très beau cadre et paysages, hotel assez joli mais tres vieux la climatisation n’est vraiment pas au top aucun réglage possible, brasse de l’air seulement. Petit déjeuner n’a vraiment rien d’un petit déjeuner 5 etoiles!! Ça reste correct mais ne vous attendez pas au luxe promis des 5 étoiles !!

Séjour très agréable avec un accueil parfait ! Du bar en passant par les restaurants, tous le monde est là pour rendre ce séjour exceptionnel

Le personnel semble fatigué… ou simplement pas motivé. Dommage, car un peu plus de professionnalisme et d’amabilité aurait pu faire oublier les défauts de l’établissement.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Réceptionniste ingrate. Temps d’attente de 5 h pour avoir une chambre.
