Une soirée anniversaire au bord de la piscine avec défilé inoubliable Une équipe au top, une nourriture exquise.. juste un bémol sur le nettoyage des chambre ou j'ai du relancer chaque jour car jamais fait avant 15h et salle de bain aurait mérité une plus grande attention de nettoyage entre deux clients (poils au sol...)

A new modern/luxury business hotel close to tramway, rooms are really spacious and clean. I could no figure how/where park my rental car myself, needed to valet. Tried to call room service, no success, so I ended up going down for late dinner, fairly slow and somewhat unhappy service.

Large and very pleasant room. The design of the lobby and common spaces is beautiful. However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant.

I will start with the positives. The hotel is ideally located, inside is beautiful and the room was great. The cleaners did an amazing job and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was great and dinner was great, can’t complain there. However the hotel was let down by the hotel (night?) club which would play music until 2am. We could feel the vibrations through the wall and hear the music . It was difficult to sleep. The staff could not really do anything.

Un très grand hôtel. Qu’il serait facile de voyager si tous les Marriott étaient de ce niveau! Dans l’industrie hôtelière marocaine la gentillesse est presqu’universelle, cela dit nous n’avons rien rencontré au cours de nos semaines au Maroc qui approche le professionnalisme et l’attention aux besoins des clients du personnel de ce Marriott. Facile d’accès par le sympathique tramway de Rabat, l’hôtel jouxte un très grand centre commercial et malgré cela, la piscine est aussi tranquille que si nous étions à la campagne. Le petit déjeuner est parfait - le café est excellent. Pour un lunch, nous avons choisi des pâtes bolognaises (!, pas vraiment marocain…). Un superbe plat. Qu’il serait agréable d’adopter la chaîne Marriott, si on y mangeait aussi bien dans leurs établissements en Amérique du Nord. Le restaurant Roblechon nous a aussi plu pour la nourriture, mais il est difficile de comprendre que certains restaurants de ce niveau aient renoncé à monter de belles tables, avec des nappes blanches, pour plutôt nous servir dans un décor de snack bar.

I have been a regular customer for their cafe (Robuchon Cafe) and always a wanted to stay as well since I knew that the staffs here are well trained and I had great experience with them. This time finally I had an opportunity to stay in a room and it was more than I expected. The room is clean and the spacious balcony and pool view was great add on to the room experience. Also, their spa (Le Spa) is great. This time, especially the receptionist Ms. Samia and the therapist Ms. Assia took care of me with their greatest customer service. I would love to come back again.

Emplacement ideal pour un sejour en ville proche de la medina du palais, des jardins de la tour hassan sans etre loin de souissi et hay riad. Tout les commodités a proximités avec notament le centre arribat center adjacent. Le personel est particulièrement accceuillant et attentif . L'hotel est tres beau , bien fréquenté avec des restaurant et une piscine tres agréables pour se detendre avec un dj qui anime . Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel de service fait un effort particuliers pour repondre a nos besoin . Entièrement satisfait par notre sejour.

The condition of the rooms including the cleanness is great. What lacks is the service. The sink in one of our rooms doesn’t drain and after we told them about this issue, nothing was done. No offer of changing rooms nor fixing of the issue.

Bonjour A l arrivee nous avons l habitude de trouver dans les chambre de luxe un minimum d amenities...au moins de l eau et des petits fours...ici rien..pourtant j en ai vu dans les chambres avoisinantes chez des étrangers. La chambre etait sense etre vu piscine elle etait plutot corner donnant sur la cuisine du restaurants asiatiques. Le.reste tres bon sauf peut-être attention à la fraicheur de ce qui est cru...des maux de ventres ont eu lieu les.1er jours du sejours avec le saumon du petit dej

However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant.

The condition of the rooms including the cleanness is great. What lacks is the service. The sink in one of our rooms doesn’t drain and after we told them about this issue, nothing was done. No offer of changing rooms nor fixing of the issue.

What a classy, somptuous hotel! So well located. And the service, is just incredibly amazing. Special thanks to Nourredine and Oussama, the skillful manager of the Room Service, Abdullah, from the Technical Services, and Farouk the bellboy. My stay was magic. I will be back Rabat Marriott!

I will start with the positives. The hotel is ideally located, inside is beautiful and the room was great. The cleaners did an amazing job and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was great and dinner was great, can’t complain there. However the hotel was let down by the hotel (night?) club which would play music until 2am. We could feel the vibrations through the wall and hear the music . It was difficult to sleep. The staff could not really do anything.

Dans l’industrie hôtelière marocaine la gentillesse est presqu’universelle, cela dit nous n’avons rien rencontré au cours de nos semaines au Maroc qui approche le professionnalisme et l’attention aux besoins des clients du personnel de ce Marriott. Facile d’accès par le sympathique tramway de Rabat, l’hôtel jouxte un très grand centre commercial et malgré cela, la piscine est aussi tranquille que si nous étions à la campagne. Le petit déjeuner est parfait - le café est excellent. Pour un lunch, nous avons choisi des pâtes bolognaises (!, pas vraiment marocain…). Un superbe plat. Qu’il serait agréable d’adopter la chaîne Marriott, si on y mangeait aussi bien dans leurs établissements en Amérique du Nord. Le restaurant Roblechon nous a aussi plu pour la nourriture, mais il est difficile de comprendre que certains restaurants de ce niveau aient renoncé à monter de belles tables, avec des nappes blanches, pour plutôt nous servir dans un décor de snack bar.

Lovely hotel with a brand promoting environmental awareness. The downside to this is the restaurant is French which couldn’t be further from being environmentally conscious with things like eggs in guacamole and milk in hummus. So meat and cheese and dairy heavy is so bad for the environment. Your staff headed up by Malaki F&B manager are delightful and so genuinely happy to be of assistance and treated us exceptionally. I have their names somewhere but can’t place it I’m sorry. The breakfast chef Islamic lady was also excellent. The food in the Asian restaurant is delicious and the head chef and one shaved head waiter were a delight. The manager and man with a cane need to be much more attention to customers instead of constantly moving tables around. It was distracting. The gentleman who checked us in and helped us find a doctor on a Sunday was so helpful and kind. It was his level of customer service and Malaki and his teams level of customer service that will make us book with the Marriott brand in the future. They are all to be commended.

Bonjour A l arrivee nous avons l habitude de trouver dans les chambre de luxe un minimum d amenities...au moins de l eau et des petits fours...ici rien..pourtant j en ai vu dans les chambres avoisinantes chez des étrangers. I have been a regular customer for their cafe (Robuchon Cafe) and always a wanted to stay as well since I knew that the staffs here are well trained and I had great experience with them. This time finally I had an opportunity to stay in a room and it was more than I expected. The room is clean and the spacious balcony and pool view was great add on to the room experience. Also, their spa (Le Spa) is great. This time, especially the receptionist Ms. Samia and the therapist Ms. Assia took care of me with their greatest customer service. I would love to come back again.

Don't trust them! Without telling us anything, they tried to give us a lower rated room than what we had booked and paid for. When we inquired, they admitted to downgrading us because they had none available. We wouldn't have it so they suddenly found a room on the first floor. We insisted again and they found another one on the second floor. By then we had had enough and accepted because it was only for one night but I wonder how high we could have gone... Shameful
