We stayed here because of the pool and hot tub. They were both absolutely disgusting. The pumps were either not working or just not on and the pool had hair and various other stuff floating in it. There was a film over the top of both. The jets for the hot tub didn’t work. The grout and calling or coming off and left a white residue on all of us. Not to mention that our toilet in our room was never cleaned and had dried urine all over the seat and base.

Bathroom walls/door were filthy, carpet in bad shape, holes or divots in the floor, Building itself is of poor quality, could hear & feel people walking above and in the hallway - ceiling creaked with every step from room above. Felt like the building would fall over if the wind blew hard enough.

Made my reservations through Expedia. Check in went very smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but good and had quite a variety. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was good. I would stay there again.

Soaps were watered down or not ever refilled. Shower walls were dirty. Floor corners were unclean. The beds were amazing! No cleaning service until 3 day. Staff is very nice.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us! We had never heard of AmericInn and now we're considering them moving forward. The staff were great, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. We had zero complaints and would stay here again without question!

Check-in went ok until I was told my card would be card $20.00 & if we didn't charge anything to the room in 2 to 3 days it would be refunded back. This is a first for me. They always have a credit card on record but never upfront charge. After getting settled into our room on the 2nd floor. Someone above us decided to have a dance party. Well maybe not a party but we could hear every step they made! So much for a good night's sleep...

The service was good, the room was clean and mostly comfortable. The facility seems old. The floor of our room was not level, as if the floor was sagging. The shower drain was slow. Our room was near the elevator, which had a noisy mechanism, so it was not really quiet until all the guests were settled for the evening,

Nice rooms and good overall. Bright security lights shining all night into rooms on east side a bit of a problem; there are good room-darkening curtains, but no chance to watch thunderstorms. Only little coffeemaker in room--no tea, and too much coffee flavoring in maker if you bring your own tea. Helpful staff.

Probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in any hotel/motel/inn. Check in staff was great, housekeeping was friendly. Place was clean overall. Someone did try to get into my room one day though. Housekeeping had already came by while I was in my room, but then maybe an hour or two later, someone used their card to get in, didn’t knock, thankfully I had that latch over the door. I was by my bed getting dressed to head to the hospital i was working at. They didn’t say anything. By the time I got to the peephole, I saw he was in the room across from mine just peeking? Then walked out. Business attire, so didn’t think he was housekeeping. I wasn’t completely dressed, so I didn’t open my door again. Nonetheless, a knock or apology or something would’ve been nice.

Convenient parking. Room itself was fine. Clean with comfortable beds. What wasn’t so good was the amount of noise coming from upstairs when people walked around. It was more or less unacceptable. Fortunately it stopped at night- but woke us up in the morning.

I really liked the quiet and the breakfast was great!! I didnt like the vanity area, way too small, no room to put anything. The tub drain is very old and had to remove stopper so water could run out. Room 209.

Very nice hotel, front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was great lots of options. I only had 2 negatives on this stay. 1. There is no room around the sink in the bathroom 2. If you have an oversized vehicle we drive a Chevy 3500 crew cab with 8 ft bed and were pulling a 18 ft trailer- the only place to park is on the street in front of the hotel.

Typical average hotel. Not dirty but not the cleanest either. Easy check in process. The main issue here was expedia said checkout time is noon. Hotel sign states 11am. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping tried walking inside the door while I was in the shower at 9am. I told them then I was in here and not leaving until around 11am. They proceed to come back 5 more times between 9am and 11am pounding on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign and told them all every single time I wasn't leaving until 11am and to please stop coming every 10 min to rush me out. I paid until 11am so stop trying to wake your guests up at 9am with do not disturb sign in place!!!

Check in through the Expedia site did not work. However, the staff was on top of things and check in was efficient, helpful, informative, and professional. The lobby was clean, rooms comfortable, and services easily accessed. I enjoyed the night’s sleep; awoke well rested in the morning.

Hotel is fine and the price was good. However, they charged me for four nights instead of two and you have to wait 7 to 10 days to get your money back. If they made a mistake and double charge you, your money should be refunded in a day.

Hotel was not very clean. Spider in the bathtub. Bathroom smelling like sewage and very very poor breakfast. It was actually very funny watching the breakfast staff replacing food at the breakfast area. When bacon was over, she would go into the kitchen and comeback with 3 slices of bacon. Or maybe 2 spoons of egg. Not very good at all.

Our room was not very clean. Long black hair in the sink, on the quilt, and in the shower. People upstairs were extremely loud, sounded like a bowling alley. Breakfast was pretty good, although the sweet girl was by herself, doing everything. Ran out of pancake mix, juice, etc. But she was great. Not a great place for a Wyndham.

This hotel was ok for the money spent but we were not impressed. The room wasn’t dirty and gross but was definitely not clean. The remote to the tv didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t very good tasting and no one in our group thought it was good. I think because it is a quick stop off the highway a few standards have fallen. We were thankful for the place to rest and if needed would stay again but would try to stay somewhere else first
