Furniture needs more attention and cleaning. Housekeeping also needs to be more attentive to room sanitary conditions. Our room had stains on the sofa and some sticky substance on the bed. In the lobby as well, some of the furniture had stains. Beach bar setup (Temporary Cart like) is inappropriate for such a property and dirty all around. The trash is full and overflowing with used cups and trash.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly especially chef Amr and Wagdy and Youssef, also the food was out of this world, I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property. Cannot find a single issue with it. Everything about this property was designed with careful thought put into how everything is used. Only the best quality of everything is used in this brand new just built hotel that offers much more than a Double Tree class of accommodation. Deserves hotel level classification. Stunning landscaping and plants, beautiful pool and close to the best beach in El Gouna. The warmth and hospitality of amazing Chef Amr Darwish and Mr. Helmy and their staff (Wagdy at the restaurant) is unparalleled and made us feel truly special. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful services and conversations we had with them during our visit. From special favorite desserts prepared right at our table to food made especially for us. All this added to our wonderful experience there. Thank you for your care and special attention. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Gouna.
