Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen Das Bikini Island Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Innenausstattung und einzigartigem Flair. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft – besonders der Blick von den Liegen aufs Wasser ist ein Highlight. Auch wenn der Außenbereich noch etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein könnte, lädt er definitiv zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war eines unserer Highlights: sehr umfangreich, mit frischem Orangensaft, leckerem Kaffee und auf Wunsch einem frisch zubereiteten Omelette – wirklich top! Unser Zimmer im “grünen Haus”, einem separaten Gebäude auf dem Hotelgelände, war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein Auto ist vor Ort definitiv empfehlenswert. In der Nähe gibt es zwar einige Restaurants, Shoppingläden und auch das bekannte Es Tren-Salz, aber für mehr Flexibilität lohnt sich ein Mietwagen. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen Hotel-Parkplatz – dieser ist allerdings nicht befestigt, sondern besteht aus Sandhügeln, Baumwurzeln und unebenem Untergrund. Wenn der Parkplatz voll ist, kann die Parkplatzsuche etwas mühsam werden. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für das hoteleigene Restaurant. Leider konnten uns weder das Essen noch der Service überzeugen, weshalb wir abends lieber auswärts gegessen haben. Dafür ist die Umgebung aber perfekt! Zudem kann man sich schön auf die Felsen direkt am Meer setzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Toller Check-in, klasse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Pool und Meer immer da - was will man mehr. Das angeschlossene NENI ist immer zu empfehlen, das Frühstück levantinisch geprägt und vielseitig. Die Betten sind recht hoch, aber angenehm.

On a hotel in this price range I would expect more. On the website it says that rental bikes are included. But we couldn’t get any because it was to late to book them, it was 17.50 in the afternoon in August? The plan was to take the bikes and have a picnic, but no! The room was located on the third floor in an annex where the elevator didn’t work and nobody offered any help with our suitcases. The room was okay but nothing in the minibar and this being the annex without an elevator it was not like you just run down for a glass of wine or a beer. If you wanted water in the room you also had to go down to the bar and fill up a bottle with water at a water station. A bottle was supposed to be in the room but that was missing. At the pool area there was no service at the sunbeds. So ordering drinks ment going to the bar and when I ordered an espresso I got it in a paper cup. When trying to get some food we were told that the restaurant was fully booked so we walked 30min to a restaurant. Overall I think that they could do much better and no when we have tried it for 530euros a night I would not recommend it.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer zur Meerseite. Bett etc. ist alles super. Auch gefällt mir der rund um die Uhr Wasserservice, kostenloses Bike etc. Was man wissen sollte: Warum auch immer sind hier in der Gegend wahnsinnig viele kleine Fliegen und wesentlich schlimmer: Mücken. Das hat auf jeden Fall nichts mit der Sauberkeit des Hotels zu tun, die ist 1a. Also ordentlich Mückenschutz mitnehmen! Die Terrassenanlage zum Meer ist super schön, nicht zu eng und keine nervigen Reservierungsmenschen jetzt Anfang Mai. Ich bekam immer eine Liege. Aber auch hier aufgrund der Lage: es laufen auf dem Wanderweg immer Menschen entlang, je weiter am Meer, desto eher direkt an Deiner Liege ;). Muss man mögen. Das Neni ist als normales Restaurant zu buchen. Sehr lecker aber ebenfalls bedeutet das, wenn man "Pech" hat diniert eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Also nichts mehr mit "adult only", sollte man darauf beim Buchen Wert legen. Zusammenfassung: Toller Service, super Hotel mit kleinen "Umgebungsschwächen".

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The interior of the main block of the hotel (there are 3) is stylish and welcoming with high end furnishings, a cool boutique and lots of areas to sit and relax. Neni restaurant (outside and inside) is also well laid out and the quality of food and drink is high. Nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and by the sea so never an issue to find somewhere to relax. I didn't particularly like the rooms. We were in the green Cliff House in a seaside plus room. The first room we were given on the 4th floor was dark, pokey, not large as hoped (or as paid for!) and smelt REALLY bad. The lifts were also out of order in that block and I got the impression had been for quite some time. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. We were also only made aware of the lift fault upon check in. Had someone had mobility issues of any kind, this would have been a huge issue. We complained about the room and were told we could move when another room became available 2 days later. Our 2nd room was in the same block but on the 1st floor - Brighter and larger, but still very much an old hotel room with a lick of paint feel. Another gripe was with the lack of service. Not rude, just an attitude of not really caring by the staff - Glasses lay about on tables for hours, and also there didn't seem to be much care for guests. or no personal touch. At £300 per night for bed & breakfast, I didn't feel it was worth the price.

Overall was a great hotel and experience, just give 4 stars because its supposed to be adults only and it was frequent to see people (sometimes kids) coming from the outside and using the pool or even worse the hammocks and beds which then did not leave spaces for hotel guests. Other then that it was lovely, room and views were great.

Bella vacanza in un nuovo hotel giovanile ma ricercato. Bella posizione di fronte alle scogliere e vicino alle spiagge fra le più belle di Maiorca. Personale simpatico e sempre disponibile. Ottimo servizio e-bike nuove da utilizzare "free-of-charge". Ottima e variegata colazione, mentre la cena al ristorante può essere migliorata nel numero dei piatti proposti. In generale da ritornarci.

It’s a cute hotel, very Instagram. It’s actually some distance from Palma so taxis were hard to come by and the taxi to and from the airport is pricey. It’s small, the rooms are small and bottled water isn’t replaced and cups and glasses aren’t cleared from the room. No beach service for drinks or food. The restaurant is lovely but expensive. But it’s a very cute location and the staff were very efficient.

I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after. There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it. The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, and well-designed place to enjoy your holiday!

Schöner Vibe, großartiges Frühstücksbuffet und Dinner! Unbedingt abends im Neni essen! Service und Speisen outstanding. Der Service beim Frühstück könnte sich beim Punkt Freundlichkeit mal von den Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus dem Abendservice was abschauen. Zimmer sind je nach Lage mehr oder weniger ansprechend. Wir sollten erst in so einer Art Nebengebäude im EG wohnen, das war furchtbar. Konnten dann ein anderes Zimmer im Poolhaus bekommen, das war okay. Leider ein paar Haare auf dem Boden, daher keine 5 Sterne bei Sauberkeit. Wir sind auch nicht so ein Fan von dunkelgrüner Bettwäsche - muss man mögen. Kostenlose Refillmöglichkeit von Trinkwasser war top, findet man auch nicht überall.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The interior of the main block of the hotel (there are 3) is stylish and welcoming with high end furnishings, a cool boutique and lots of areas to sit and relax. Neni restaurant (outside and inside) is also well laid out and the quality of food and drink is high. Nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and by the sea so never an issue to find somewhere to relax. I didn't particularly like the rooms. We were in the green Cliff House in a seaside plus room. The first room we were given on the 4th floor was dark, pokey, not large as hoped (or as paid for!) and smelt REALLY bad. The lifts were also out of order in that block and I got the impression had been for quite some time. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't fun. We were also only made aware of the lift fault upon check in. Had someone had mobility issues of any kind, this would have been a huge issue. We complained about the room and were told we could move when another room became available 2 days later. Our 2nd room was in the same block but on the 1st floor - Brighter and larger, but still very much an old hotel room with a lick of paint feel. Another gripe was with the lack of service. Not rude, just an attitude of not really caring by the staff - Glasses lay about on tables for hours, and also there didn't seem to be much care for guests. or no personal touch. At £300 per night for bed & breakfast, I didn't feel it was worth the price.

The hotel was brand new, confortable and clean. The staff was still training when we arrived but they were super helpful and nice. The most disturbing in the hotel was the fact that the menu was full of reference to the country commiting genocide and starving people ... not the most appealing rrefrtences to see when wanting to disconnect ...

It’s a cute hotel, very Instagram. It’s actually some distance from Palma so taxis were hard to come by and the taxi to and from the airport is pricey. It’s small, the rooms are small and bottled water isn’t replaced and cups and glasses aren’t cleared from the room. No beach service for drinks or food. The restaurant is lovely but expensive. But it’s a very cute location and the staff were very efficient.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and the claim that it was a four-star property. Unfortunately, what we experienced was something completely different – and deeply disappointing. The first thing that stood out was how misleading the online presentation was. Overall was a great hotel and experience, just give 4 stars because its supposed to be adults only and it was frequent to see people (sometimes kids) coming from the outside and using the pool or even worse the hammocks and beds which then did not leave spaces for hotel guests. Other then that it was lovely, room and views were great.

Food is excellent! Area is fantastic, quieter than other places in Mallorca. 5 minutes walk from Es Trenc beach which is a dream! The hotel areas are very well designed! Highly recommend! I would only make the A/C slightly powerful in the rooms but I understand the days we were there were particularly hot!

The property itself was lovely and the staff seemed kind. My only major drawback was the absolute rock hard bed which was nearly impossible to get comfortable on. Their breakfast buffet was spectacular, but other food access throughout the day was super limited. Overall, it’s a lovely place, but I believe it was too expensive for the amenities and services rendered.

The staff were very helpful and nice specially Francesco, but they don’t have a bell boy to help with the bags. The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min. The rooms don’t have noise cancellation at all you can hear the room next to you if they’re talking

On a hotel in this price range I would expect more. On the website it says that rental bikes are included. But we couldn’t get any because it was to late to book them, it was 17.50 in the afternoon in August? The plan was to take the bikes and have a picnic, but no! The room was located on the third floor in an annex where the elevator didn’t work and nobody offered any help with our suitcases. The room was okay but nothing in the minibar and this being the annex without an elevator it was not like you just run down for a glass of wine or a beer. If you wanted water in the room you also had to go down to the bar and fill up a bottle with water at a water station. A bottle was supposed to be in the room but that was missing. At the pool area there was no service at the sunbeds. So ordering drinks ment going to the bar and when I ordered an espresso I got it in a paper cup. When trying to get some food we were told that the restaurant was fully booked so we walked 30min to a restaurant. Overall I think that they could do much better and no when we have tried it for 530euros a night I would not recommend it.

Hôtel magique..le service est impeccable . Les employés au top (2 personnes parlent français). Les espaces sont bien pensés et des bed, transat , tables et coins tranquilles sont éparpillés ce qui laisse de l intimité. L hôtel est grand mais nous avons Pas eu l impression de masse.. le restaurant est au top et les plats sont délicieux, le petit déjeuner fabuleux. Les cocktails super pour siroter au bord de la piscine ou sur un bed avec la vue sur la mer.. nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Dans la chambre: tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour: gourdes à disposition , crème solaire , éventail, jeu de société , musique dans la chambre, gel douche et après shampooing .. sauna hammam et un espace pour se doucher le jour du départ ( à réserver à l acceuil).. bref le top du top.. les plages sont à quelques minutes à pieds accessibles par un petit sentier…

Wow. What an amazing stay. We loved it. We went on our honeymoon and spent 3 days here. What a cute place, and the team there was so friendly. Great food and drinks, and amazing views. We didn’t find out till the last day that breakfast was actually included. We loved the bike loaner program which also included e-bikes which my wife loved. If I knew they had road bikes I would have brought my gear and gone out on a long morning ride. I do highly recommend them the place. We were also able to do a great catamaran trip from the nearby point. My only suggestions- maybe have some evening entertainment. We heard entertainment at the next resort and felt compelled to join in the fun.

The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min. We recently stayed at this hotel in Mallorca and, unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The property is expensive for what it offers: essentially a simple hotel with nice decoration. Breakfast was very good, but the service was among the worst I have ever seen. Staff seemed poorly trained and often unpleasant. The parking situation was frustrating. Each time we wanted to leave, we had to call reception to open the gate, but frequently no one was there to answer. We were left waiting 5–10 minutes on several occasions, which is unacceptable for guests. The restaurant episode was even more disappointing. On our second night, at 8:30 pm, we asked at reception if we could dine there. The receptionist replied, in a rude tone, that it wasn’t our lucky day because the restaurant was “completely full.” As paying guests, we expected at least some effort to accommodate us, especially with hours still left until closing. When I insisted politely, she responded with sarcasm, suggesting we should “make a reservation next time.” This lack of professionalism and hospitality left us shocked. Overall, the hotel feels overpriced and does not deliver the service expected for the rate. On top of that, the area is crowded with families and children, making it less suitable for couples seeking a quiet holiday. Beaches nearby were overcrowded, adding to the disappointment. It’s a cute hotel, very Instagram. It’s actually some distance from Palma so taxis were hard to come by and the taxi to and from the airport is pricey. It’s small, the rooms are small and bottled water isn’t replaced and cups and glasses aren’t cleared from the room. No beach service for drinks or food. The restaurant is lovely but expensive. But it’s a very cute location and the staff were very efficient.

Wow. What an amazing stay. We loved it. We went on our honeymoon and spent 3 days here. What a cute place, and the team there was so friendly. Great food and drinks, and amazing views. We didn’t find out till the last day that breakfast was actually included. We loved the bike loaner program which also included e-bikes which my wife loved. If I knew they had road bikes I would have brought my gear and gone out on a long morning ride. I do highly recommend them the place. We were also able to do a great catamaran trip from the nearby point. My only suggestions- maybe have some evening entertainment. We heard entertainment at the next resort and felt compelled to join in the fun.

Food is excellent! Area is fantastic, quieter than other places in Mallorca. 5 minutes walk from Es Trenc beach which is a dream! The hotel areas are very well designed! Highly recommend! I would only make the A/C slightly powerful in the rooms but I understand the days we were there were particularly hot!

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen Das Bikini Island Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Innenausstattung und einzigartigem Flair. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft – besonders der Blick von den Liegen aufs Wasser ist ein Highlight. Auch wenn der Außenbereich noch etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein könnte, lädt er definitiv zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war eines unserer Highlights: sehr umfangreich, mit frischem Orangensaft, leckerem Kaffee und auf Wunsch einem frisch zubereiteten Omelette – wirklich top! Unser Zimmer im “grünen Haus”, einem separaten Gebäude auf dem Hotelgelände, war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein Auto ist vor Ort definitiv empfehlenswert. In der Nähe gibt es zwar einige Restaurants, Shoppingläden und auch das bekannte Es Tren-Salz, aber für mehr Flexibilität lohnt sich ein Mietwagen. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen Hotel-Parkplatz – dieser ist allerdings nicht befestigt, sondern besteht aus Sandhügeln, Baumwurzeln und unebenem Untergrund. Wenn der Parkplatz voll ist, kann die Parkplatzsuche etwas mühsam werden. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für das hoteleigene Restaurant. Leider konnten uns weder das Essen noch der Service überzeugen, weshalb wir abends lieber auswärts gegessen haben. Dafür ist die Umgebung aber perfekt! Zudem kann man sich schön auf die Felsen direkt am Meer setzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Toller Check-in, klasse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Pool und Meer immer da - was will man mehr. Das angeschlossene NENI ist immer zu empfehlen, das Frühstück levantinisch geprägt und vielseitig. Die Betten sind recht hoch, aber angenehm.

Schöner Vibe, großartiges Frühstücksbuffet und Dinner! Unbedingt abends im Neni essen! Service und Speisen outstanding. Der Service beim Frühstück könnte sich beim Punkt Freundlichkeit mal von den Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus dem Abendservice was abschauen. Zimmer sind je nach Lage mehr oder weniger ansprechend. Wir sollten erst in so einer Art Nebengebäude im EG wohnen, das war furchtbar. Konnten dann ein anderes Zimmer im Poolhaus bekommen, das war okay. Leider ein paar Haare auf dem Boden, daher keine 5 Sterne bei Sauberkeit. Wir sind auch nicht so ein Fan von dunkelgrüner Bettwäsche - muss man mögen. Kostenlose Refillmöglichkeit von Trinkwasser war top, findet man auch nicht überall.

Tolles Hotel, am Besten war die Küche (Frühstück inkl.), Lunch und Dinner. Der Service war Super, wir hatten jeden Abend Dinner und es sehr genossen. Selten so gut gegessen wie in diesem Urlaub. Das Neni-Team hat einen großartigen Job gemacht - vielen Dank dafür Wir kommen wieder

Hôtel magique..le service est impeccable . Les employés au top (2 personnes parlent français). Les espaces sont bien pensés et des bed, transat , tables et coins tranquilles sont éparpillés ce qui laisse de l intimité. L hôtel est grand mais nous avons Pas eu l impression de masse.. le restaurant est au top et les plats sont délicieux, le petit déjeuner fabuleux. Les cocktails super pour siroter au bord de la piscine ou sur un bed avec la vue sur la mer.. nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Dans la chambre: tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour: gourdes à disposition , crème solaire , éventail, jeu de société , musique dans la chambre, gel douche et après shampooing .. sauna hammam et un espace pour se doucher le jour du départ ( à réserver à l acceuil).. bref le top du top.. les plages sont à quelques minutes à pieds accessibles par un petit sentier…

The property itself was lovely and the staff seemed kind. My only major drawback was the absolute rock hard bed which was nearly impossible to get comfortable on. Their breakfast buffet was spectacular, but other food access throughout the day was super limited. A perfect relaxing stay by the beach. Staff was attentive and friendly, facilities had a nice retro vibe while being very modern/functional, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Really a place where you can relax and leave your worries behind you!
