Couldn’t fault this hotel for service, cleanliness or location. Close walking distance from attractions. Very spacious room with an amazingly large & comfortable bed. Valet parking underground for our car was a bonus. So enjoyable we booked an extra night. Didn’t eat here.

The area was vibrant and did not feel overly touristy. The staff at the hotel were all excellent in their professionalism, kindness and knowledge of the area when we asked questions. I am also so grateful for the valet parking as parking in the area would have been a challenge . One drawback for me personally was the lack of a handicapped bathroom (I wear a prosthetic) but as we were traveling by car and I know this is common in most historic buildings, I brought a shower chair with me and made due. The view of the square from our balcony was great and bonus flock of Quaker Parrots living in one of the trees in the squares were beautiful to watch flying around .

En dehors l’emplacement et la terrasse qui offre une belle vue sur la cathédrale, je trouve l´ hôtel très cher pour le service. le personnel est désagréable. Dans le descriptif, c’est écrit parking disponible. Une fois sur place « nous sommes désolés…. Il est complet » Cela sous-entend, débrouillez-vous. Et l’insonorisation est quasi inexistante, on entend tout de la chambre d’à côté, et de la rue. je n’ai pas pu dormir. Pour un hôtel qui se veut chic et quatre étoiles. il ne mérite pas.

The Inglaterra is perhaps the best hotel, in the best location, with the best service in Seville. If needed, it also has on-site parking - reserve in advance. Also it is "quasi" pet friendly. For example, the room was great with pet bed and bowls provided for example. My only complaint, strangely the outdoor rooftop terrace of this "pet friendly" hotel, does not allow your pet? Even though we were one of the only few on the roof also staying at the hotel, we were embarrassingly asked to leave! Other than that, highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in Sevilla - could not think of a better location. Loved everything about this hotel - best hotel we stayed in during 2 week trip around Spain. Would highly recommend. Rooftop patio / bar was great. Parking is valet and super easy. Just go!

Well placed hotel near the city centre yet in a quiet corner of a leafy plaza. Lovely room which was nice and quiet, super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Property is in excellent conditions, very clean and unbeatable location. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the corner. Right on the historic part of the city. The staff is super friendly and amicable, would help you with any request. The only not bad thing about the property I didn’t like was that the AC was not working, and they charged the full rate. If you book a hotel that offers AC and is broken, the least thing that you can do is offer a discount for the trouble caused. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Our room was very average and when the windows were open it was incredibly noisy. Garbage vans picking up bottles at 2am. The bathroom was tiny and you could barely get in the door and had to close the door to use the room. Uncomfortable bed. Room 216 - don't take it. Average hotel but a great location other than construction on the corner. Won't go back but we loved Seville.

My family had a great experience at this hotel. It has some history but charming decor. We moved our room with balcony and it was the best decision we made. Fantastic view and balcony was so spacious. We enjoyed every second there.

Great deluxe double room for our family of 3. Good size room with comfy beds and great bathroom. Tge temperature hit 41 on our visit but great aircon in room. We also had a lovely terrace with seating and tables. Visited the rooftop terrace bar with great views of the city and lovely cocktails. Would definitely stay again.

Fuimos víctimas de un trato mal intencionada al cargar a nuestra cuenta una habitación que no corresponde a la tarifa, cuando hicimos el check in, la habitación que había sido solicitada no existía, por lo que solicité una con dos camas de categoría inferior, aprox 215 euros la noche, al hacer el check out nos cargarlos en 375 euros la noche, ni un hotel 5 estrellas tiene esa tarifa para una habitación con dos camas, un abuso y un atraco, pido la ayuda de Expedía para que me hagan un reembolso, gracias.

Clean characterful and excellent location. The thing that let the hotel down was the poor breakfast for a four star hotel. no fresh fruit or yoghurt, poor choice of food and bread. The staff were also very unhelpful, we were never asked if we wanted anything cooked we had to approach staff, but it was only a choice of poached egg, fried egg, and omlete. I have stayed in many four and five star hotels and this has possibly been the worst breakfast.

I had an amazing experience. The hotel is very well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Alvaro. He welcomed us and made our experience a great one. He told us all the important places to visit and even gave us map where he circles the touristic places. Thanks to that we were able to visit them all in such a short time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I am sure to return there.

The shower thermostat didn't work - so was either freezing cold or boiling hot. I was also offered breakfast at a slightly discounted rate when I checked in but was then charged full rate the next day when I checked out.
