Wonderful stay in Feb 24. The hotel is great for its supernb location next to the Cathedral, very considerate and helpful staff and stunning lobby decor and a spectacular terrace. The rooms are clean and simple. The only negative is the noise - somewhat expected in the old quatrer of the city.

Location is great - you cant find it bette. They have a private parking space 200 meters from hotel - reservation necessary. 25 euro pr day. The rooftop terrace is very nice with great view of cathedral. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The hotel was easy to get to. Staff were friendly. Had ground floor near restaurant was glad to say did not get any noise. Wifi did nit work in room. Had to to go to lobby. Rooftop was nice. Bed was comfortable. If just looking for bed and time to freshen up midday would recommend as a short and convenient hotel

2성급인데 너무 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 너무 좋았어요 옥상에 세비야대성당 전망은 정말 최고입니다 다만 401호는 옥상 공조기 소음이 밤에 꽤 크게 드려요 그래서 우리는 다음날 방 교체를 요구했고 직원분이 흔쾌히 해주셨어요 체크아웃하고 캐리어보관 , 택시 호출 등 직원분이 먼저 물어보시고 호텔앞 식당도 좋았어요 완전 좋은 경험이었어요

L’hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement et le personnel est accueillant. Cependant, nous avons eu une énorme blatte dans la salle de bain un soir, et l’avons signalée dès le lendemain à la réception. The hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to the cathedral and 15 minute walk to the river. There are restaurants everywhere, but don't go out without your GPS, as navigating the maze of streets, alleys and walkways was tricky for us. The hotel staff was polite and friendly.Our room was old and in need of updating. It was clean enough, but in my opinion, in need of new furniture and updated bathroom plumbing. There was no hot water the morning we checked out. Seville is a wonderful city and of all the Spanish cities we visited, our favorite.

It was very unfortunate that property got such a favorable rating. I checked in, found a substantial amount of mold in the bathroom and left to find another hotel. I checked out within 3 hours of checking in, two nights and money wasted! Your credibility is what’s at stake here, don’t rate places above an 8 that don’t meet basic cleanliness standards and located in an alley.

We had a very nice room with a little balcony. It is in the center of town and you can walk to most, if not all attractions. Raquel was very helpful and pleasant. Cleanliness was top notch! Would stay again when we return to Seville

More vegetables for breakfast buffet. Too audible through walls between the rooms. The person in the neighbouring room spoke on the phone for an hour in the middle of the night. I could hear the conversation; the noise kept me awake.

Only stayed one night. To be honest the room was a bit of a disappointment. The decor is fabulous but the rooms are a bit 1970s. Walls very thin, could hear our neighbours coughing all through the night. Breakfast was a additional 20euro and was ok to fill up. The postion is fabulous being right in the heart ofthe old town which is really what you are paying for.

Hotel perfectly situated to access the city. Very friendly staff. We had booked a superior double large room with a balcony. Room and balcony were a decent size big negative was the bed was two singles pushed together which were not held together which we found out when my wife fell through the gap! They did offer an alternative with a proper double bed but this was a standard room with no balcony so we decided to stay put. Don’t expect a “superior” room to have two single beds.

Wir hatten einen Zweier Bett- Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Zustellbett. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein und eng, man hatte keine Bewegungsmöglichkeit. Im Zimmer hatten wir weder Netz noch das WLan funktionierte. Im Zimmer gibt es auch keinen Mülleimer, der im Bad sollte fürs Bad sein. Nachts waren andere Gäste sehr laut im Flur, dünne Wände, undichte Türen, kaum Schlaf. Betten haben keine richtige Bettdecken, sondern nur dünne Decken. Kissen sind unbequem. Frühstücksbuffet für den Preis kann man sich lieber draussen etwas besseres gönnen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Positiv war, dass man Regenschirm ausleihen konnte.

Todo maravilloso, la habitación estupenda, no muy grande pero muy cómoda y completa. La ubicación excelente, la limpieza muy bien y la señal wifi correcta. Pero lo más destacable es la amabilidad del personal, especialmente Jaime, que elevó el nivel del hotel con su atención y simpatía.

The location was perfect for our 2 nights stay, Barrio Sta. Cruz.The customer service was great. The employees of the hotel were very polite, helpful and spoke English very well. When I told the front desk that I needed help in calling a taxi very early in the morning on our departure, they called. The taxi arrived in 10 min. I highly recommend Hotel Murillo.

Excellent facility and the staff was fantastic, friendly, cheerfully helpful. If I must point out some flaw,probably the head maid opened the door to my room on twice without knocking first, but immediately withdrew before fully opening it.

The property is in a central area, walkable to a lot of the main sites and pick up spots for guided tours. When I arrived, I got into my room and wanted to rest before exploring the city, a staff member entered my room without knocking and i had put the dead bolt on but it appear it didn’t work. I was upset and two other staff member in charge response was “at least it was a woman”- as a woman traveling alone, I don’t care if it was a man or a woman, no one should enter my room without knocking and me letting them in. I was clearly upset and their attitude was pretty much there’s nothing they can do. The bed is also very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here based on the staffs lack of care.

Everything was great. The staff, breakfast. The location is outstanding for exploring the historic neighbourhoods around the cathedral and Alcázar. We loved being able to find so many places to see and eat so close. It made a stormy winter visit very enjoyable.

This hotel is in the old city near the Cathedral and Alcazar. It's in the walkable area of narrow, winding streets. We loved walking to the nearby sites, but if you have mobility problems this place may not work for you. Cabs cannot go to the hotel but pick up at a park nearby.

This property was a nice stay for 2 nights, very close to all the sights and the hustle and bustle of all the restaurants along the downtown area. The only thing you should take into consideration is that it’s not accesible to cars (for taxis and ride share you need to Walk to a main Boulevard).

Loved how central the hotel is, right in the heart of Seville. Few steps away from the cathedral, cafes, shops right outside the hotel. Just make sure to arrive in the day as it is difficult to find at night. Parking is not on site and there is a public parking space not too far away but can be tricky to find with the one way streets. Rooms are basic but if only used for a base exploring the area, location is the best. Be mindful of also having to bring luggage within the streets before getting to hotel.

Fantastic location very close the cathedral and alcazar, the plaza de espana is a little further but also walkable The hotel staff especially Jaime were excellent The room was a reasonable size, but the shower stall is VERY small, and would have been improved with a small shelf to keep soap etc Overall would recommend for a stay in Seville
