This hotel had comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms and offered a convenient parking garage on site. The rooftop patio and pool area is large and had lots of seating and shade - the most shade of any hotel we stayed at on our trip, which was critical with nearly 40 degree temperatures! Staff were friendly, helpfully working to resolve our room key issues. The location is walkable to central Sevilla, although in the high heat of summer it felt very long (about 20 minutes each way along streets with little shade). You can also access lovely restaurants and views along the waterfront in Triana in about 10 minutes of walking.

I chose this hotel as I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool. The location is great, you can take a bus from the bus station (Prado de San Sebastian), or to Plaza de Armas (for the airport). Under 10 minutes walk to the Triana market, lots of bars/restaurants, supermarkets, and flamenco theatres. The hotel is clean, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, nice rooftop bar and the swimming pool. Would stay here again.

Staff and room were excellent. Unfortunately pool (closed for season) and rooftop terrace were not open during the day. It was an exceptionally hot week so disappointed these were not an option. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great location, very clean and the staff were fab. Only issue is the size of the pool and the maximum capacity of 12 people! Additionally, pool opening hours of 12:30-20:30 seems ridiculous; particularly this time of year in 40°+. Shame we couldn’t use it in the morning.

Zeer goed en schoon hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Het ligt net buiten het centrum dus de prijzen liggen in het nabij gelegen winkelstraatje ook lager dan in het centrum. Leuke en goede eetgelegenheden zijn om de hoek te vinden. Als je goed ter been bent, ligt alles op loopafstand maar anders is de bushalte voor de deur. Het zwembad met bar op het dak is een cadeautje om aan het einde van de middag nog even te relaxen of een frisse “duik” te nemen.

L’hotel è veramente bello, arredato in maniera elegante e pulita. La stanza bella e grande, ma c’era un po’ puzza di fumo; inoltre la finestra dava praticamente su un muro. È un 4 stelle, ma non ti danno neanche un’acqua gratis all’arrivo e non c’è neanche alla reception, ma la devi comprare al ristorante. La piscina è molto piccola e si può stare sui lettini a bordo piscina solo un’ora. Il personale al check in non è stato gentile e non ci ha spiegato praticamente nulla. Inoltre la zona non è tra le più comode per visitare il centro storico.

Hotel liegt in Triana, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür, ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Altstadt. Das Hotel war sauber, das Zimmer recht groß für ein Stadthotel, der Pool auf dem Dach kleiner als gedacht, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und war reichlich. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel.

Lovely hotel, very close to the main tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Large and comfortable rooms, great blackout blinds. Lovely lighting and you can connect your music to a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms are compact but great and have everything you need. The hotel is within walking distance from all major landmarks and areas but it is in a residential spot, possibly by a school. Staff were ok, it does say multilingual on the hotel but only one staff member spoke a little English the others didn’t seem too interested in helping us. The restaurant staff were great.

Stayed here during a major sporting event for 2 nights in Mid May 2022 after switching from another Seville hotel where I had stayed for 3 nights. For 240 EUR a night it was a mediocre experience. At this rate, it didn't even include breakfast which was an issue as their restaurant then doesn't open until 2pm every day. The hotel restaurant is trying to be a restaurant in it's own right rather than focusing on what would be it's core clientele, there are about 5 different menus and is lacking simple wholesome meals. It is the same case with the rooftop pool, which doesn't open until 2pm. Owing to the size of the pool you get chased off your sun loungers every hour until the point where 5 of us were sharing one small table to store our belongings whilst other customers seemed to be left completely alone. The bar / restaurant manager on duty on the night of 18/05 was incredibly rude, refused to even sell us water and refused to answer us when we asked if anywhere near the hotel was open. If you return to the hotel late you are restricted to a small tin of cocktail nuts and a Wispa bar. You seem to need a mechanical engineering degree to work out how to work the air-conditioning which is then given sparingly. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great, with a fantastic shower. Overall experience OK, but there are far better value options with friendlier staff elsewhere in Seville. Gets reduced marks on the basis of staff friendliness, food service / availability AC.

Leider war der Service im Restaurant nicht gut. Ich wurde nicht verstanden, da das Personal kaum oder kein Englisch sprach. Wenn man etwas bestellen wollte, hat es sehr lange gedauert bis überhaupt jemand kam um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen, teilweise bis zu 20 Minuten. Man musste massiv auf sich aufmerksam machen und darum bitten etwas zubestellen. Das geht gar nicht..

We all thought the Zenit apartment was delightful but unfortunately there was a problem with the door of our room Apartment 2B and we spent a lot of our stay waiting for staff to let us into our room . We had to go to reception on 4 separate occasions, so it did put pressure on our time as had to keep waiting outside . The staff were only too happy to assist , it was a beautiful hotel

Rigtig fine lejligheder. Dog var indtjekningen noget langsom. Værelset skulle være klar kl. 16, men var først klar kl. 16.45 selvom der ikke havde været nogen i lejligheden inden. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand fra det meste. Stedet kan klart anbefales til par og familie med større børn. Morgenmaden er for dyrt i forhold til udvalget.

Great location in Triana, easy to access the city. Rooms clean and functional. Main areas of the hotel have a much more upscale feel. Staff although helpful, were at times abrupt. (Pool area and reception.) A smile goes a long way! Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is a lovely, an excellent facility to have. Overall a great stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended some amazing restaurants. The food and cocktails at the hotel are also incredible! The hotel is an easy, beautiful walk over the bridge, across the river to all the must see spots and just around the corner from a really delicious Empanada shop! Beautiful hotel

Hotel muy agradable, nuevo, con una decoración moderna y cuidada. Bien ubicado, en un barrio bonito y con muchos servicios y rodeado de bares animados de tapas. Buena situación para visitar la maravillosa ciudad de Sevilla.Estupenda terraza con una pequeña piscina en el ático para tomar algo disfrutando de las vistas.Sin duda repetiré ciudad y hotel.
