El problema fue que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y cada baño era una alberca, al igual que la del lavabo. Se les dijo en la recepción y no lo solucuionaron. hubo un dia que de plano no fueron a hacer la limpieza, misma que se habia dejado desde las 10 am hasta las 3, regresamos y no se habia hecho.

I paid quite a high price: EUR124 for 1 night. The room was nearly big enough to have a bed in and to place my suitcase. Way too small.The bathroom was very much stinking from the sewer! Bah. It did feel to me as a rip off. With approx 100 hotel reservations per year in my calendar I do think this hotel is worth well avoiding

On me transfère dans sans doute la chambre la plus vieille de l’hôtel. Literie très moyenne. Salle de bain sale: cheveux et résidus. Climatisation très moyenne. Je ne recommande définitivement pas cet hôtel. Pour le prix et le quartier, il existe beaucoup mieux.

Dreadful property. Broken patio door, making it very unsafe in the room. They wouldn’t change the room. Room very hot and A/C broken. Toilet flush handle broken. Door stop broken with a sharp screw in the floor that could cut foot.

Two major problems: thermostat set at 25 degrees which is too hot to sleep at. I called reception without any resolution so I was forced to sleep with windows open and kept awake by traffic noise. Also the shower had two different temperatures only ice cold and scolding hot. Nothing in between and it changes temperatures mid shower.

This hotell actually deserves atleast 4 star. I’m a person whom travels A LOT and the facility, the breakfast does not match a 3-star hotell. The breakfast was stunning with a lot of variety. The room was bigger than usual double room. Should definitely be a 4-star hotell.

The A/C in my room wasn't working, instead of changing rooms, I was told all hotel rooms are the same and was given a fan! Room was finally changed at 1 AM, new room had working A/C. I was literally told I had 3 minutes to get breakfast, even though I was paying full price. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choice was satisfactory.

I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport. If it wasnt for the hotel staff my holiday would have been over then and there
