I think the hotel by and large was excellent. The one drawback is that you should expect to pay for the gym and sauna, however the facilities within said offer are top class.

Great hotel! The decor throughout was lovely and modern, hotel was very clean, bed was comfy, shower was great, and staff were friendly. I walked everywhere during my stay and it was around a 20 min walk to the centre but there were plenty of restaurants around if you wanted to stay close to the hotel. I travelled alone and felt very safe at all times. You can have full use of the gym and spa next door all day for €15 which was worth the extra charge. I got a bus from the airport for €6 which stops by the hotel and it was very easy to get an Uber back to the airport which cost around £10 at the time I left the hotel (3.30pm). I’d stay again for sure.

Goede service, mooie interieur gehele accomodatie. Wel verwarrend dat er een binnenzwembad en fitness op de hotel pagina staat. Dit is niet van het hotel maar van een bedrijf erbij. Dus niet inbegrepen. Dat vond ik tegenvallen aangezien we hier graag gebruik van hadden gemaakt.

C'est un hôtel très agréable avec son spa mitoyen. J'y ai passé un agréable sejour. Le personnel est a l'écoute et après une déconvenue sur ma chambre, on m'a proposé une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Merci pour votre compréhension ! Prenez bien le petit dejeuner a la réservation car après sur place a l'enregistrement c'est 19e au lieu des 17e et le lendemain de l'enregistrement c'est 25e par personne. Les chambres supérieures avec terrasse sont au 1e étage, celui de la piscine. On peut donc accéder de sa terrasse de sa chambre directement a la piscine et en plus nous avons nos propres transats. C'est royal. L'hôtel est a proximité immédiate du tram et du métro, et a 5 minutes a pied vous avez le bus qui amène à l'aéroport. Le centre ville est a 20 minutes a pied. Seul petit bemol : qu'il n'y ait pas de bar proche de la piscine ou un serveur a disposition pour commander.

Massive hotel conveniently located in a relatively quiet area not too far from the heart of Seville. Hotel had one of the best buffet breakfasts in terms of variety and service; options were endless and served over 3 hours. Staff, especially the breakfast crew, were super nice and courteous. Room and bathroom were clean and bedding was very comfortable. Pool was a bit cold (outdoors and not heated in October, so there you go) and not as clean as it should be. There are lounge chairs, along with complimentary towel service.

Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff are super friendly and kind. Room was spacious, cleaned regularly, lovely towels and bed linen. Spa/gym is fabulous but 15 euros per day which soon mounts up! Overall highly recommended.

We booked superior room for our family, the room was very comfortable and spacious for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were plenty including the bathroom toiletries. The property was very well maintained and clean. Air conditioning was good. Restaurant served food till 11 PM for late arrivals. Metro station is just about outside the hotel and all landmarks are about 10 mins by car. Only thing we didn't like was the size of the swimming pool. For a hotel of this capacity, the swimming pool is not big enough and it was busy most of the times. We didn't get a chance to go in to the pool. Also strangely there was no room service on Sundays, but this is not a big deal at all for us.

Great location, close to the Mall, bus and metro. Loved it. If there had to be one criticism, then it would be for the lack of a pool side bar☹️ otherwise this hotel ticked all the boxes

Clean. Quiet and comfortable. No luxuries. A 10 minute taxi to downtown. Had to ask housekeeping for refills of toiletries and didnt change the sheets during our week long stay. Otherwise ok.

Seville Hotel Review Our stay at the Seville Hotel was a truly memorable experience. The hotel itself was exquisite, and its excellent location made it easy to explore the city using public transportation to reach all the major sites. The staff were exceptionally professional, greeting us warmly upon arrival and assisting us promptly with our check-in and room arrangements. The room was outstanding—the lighting felt fit for royalty, and the space was very generous. The walk-in shower was comfortable, and the overall quality of the amenities clearly reflected the hotel’s four-star rating. I was extremely pleased with everything within the room. There are just a few areas where the hotel could improve. The outdoor pool was a disappointment—it appeared yellow-green, and the chlorine levels seemed low. Unfortunately, some pool water got in my mouth and tasted unpleasant, raising concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the pool deck bathrooms were locked, which makes one wonder if guests are using the pool as a substitute. At times, there were not enough towels available by the pool, though to their credit, staff replenished them within an hour. Despite the pool issues, our overall stay was very good. We only used the pool once, but everything else exceeded expectations. The hot tub and gym facilities were top-notch—possibly the best hotel gym I’ve seen anywhere.

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber. Wir haben einige Sachen vom vorherigen Zimmergast gefunden. Alles andere war sauber, man sollte noch mehr auf die Details achten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Nice modern hotel which was well decorated. Our room was a nice size and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! The bathroom had a nice large shower and toiletries were provided. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bar was a nice area with lots of seating options. The pool was a great asset in the heat of Seville and beds/towels were readily available. We didn't visit the restaurant but it looked like a pleasant space. Location was fine for us as we enjoyed walking and exploring. The main tourist areas were only a 20 minute walk away. Metro and tram stops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants and bars to choose from in the streets around the hotel, and there is a modern shipping centre around the corner next to the Sevilla FC stadium. I would happily stay here again if visiting Seville.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. Breakfast and other general things were still good. But the bad thing I hadn't encountered before was the soundproofing. My room was on the fourth floor and the noise from the hallway and neighbors was as if the noise was in my own room.

Nice large room with tea/coffee making facility. Room set up for 3 persons with adequate space. About 20 min walk into city centre but lots of facilities close by. Didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive at 19 euro and lots of places to eat close by, Info not very clear on the Gym & Pool - Hotel has a Gym but its separate in same building its 15 euro per day which is good value as its much more than a gym, its more a fitness centre with Spa and pool - note you need to have pool flip flops which are 2 euro & pool cap 4 euro at the Gym. The hotel outdoor pool was not heated so no way could use in December. Would I stay again........Yes.

☆☆☆☆ hotel, no more, no less. Very spacious rooms, big bathrooms, nice spanish decor, very good breakfast, SPA, pool, very clean, newly renovated. Metro station right at the entrance of the hotel. Quiet neighborhood. About 15 minutes walk to old town or 3 metro stops. Rooms have no coffee makers!?!?

All really good apart from a few minor issues. Room was a great size with good aircon. Shower power was weak. Bed was v comfortable. Sadly lacking was tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast all good and it was really good to have a swimming pool to cool off in.

The hotel was beautiful, with stylish and colorful decor that we loved. My husband and I arrived at 11 AM, hoping to check in early. The app stated that check-in began at noon, and we even received a reminder from the hotel via Expedia confirming this. Hi I stayed at Hesteria recently for my husbands birthday. We were initially given a room that was full of smoke and asked the reception to move us- it’s meant to be a smoke free room hotel but this was so strong. The second room they gave us the shower didn’t work and neither did the TV. This was repaired but the room had a stagnant smell, no ventilation to the bathroom and was disappointing. I asked for a coffee or tea sachet and these were not provided so no coffees/ teas in the room or milk resulting in us having to go to the local shop to buy some. I researched this hotel extensively so am hugely disappointed. The hotel has potential with the reception area nice but the rooms and service are substandard.

These are the points that I think are most useful: 1. The pool is free to use and is lovely. Towels are also provided free of charge 2. The room safe is free to use 3. The staff are great - very welcoming and hospitable 4. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable 5. The décor and furnishings in the communal areas are lovely - the hotel even smells good! 6. The location is great - Nervión has its own scene going on, with good bars and restaurants frequented by locals. It’s on the bus routes and the metro station is outside the hotel. 7. Book breakfast - it’s great value and there’s a lot of choice. We had a brilliant week in Seville and would stay at Hesperia again. ¡Muchas gracias!

Lovely hotel situated beside Metro, Tram and bus routes. 20 minute walk into centre of Seville. Shopping mall is nearby and many great restaurants near. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms good size and very comfortable and clean.

Absolutely wonderful. In such a convenient area; across the road from a supermarket, near local shops/cafes/restaurants and a 20-30 minute walking to town (depending where you want to go!). I walked everywhere. The staff are lovely and always available. There is a lobby that provides drinks including hot drinks and cocktails. And has a restaurant too. I loved the aesthetic. It was very clean also. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Hesperia was a fantastic hotel for a stay in central Seville, really good design and clean. The breakfast was wide ranging with lots of great fresh elements - I stayed for the Marathon weekend and they were good enough to move the breakfast time to enable runners to eat before the race. The rooms are modern and clean - massive TV's in each room which it was possible to link to your Prime/Netflix/Disney to enjoy. No Tea/Coffee facilities in rooms which was the only drawback. I would book again if travelling to Seville again.

No me gustó la atención del restaurante la Barbarita, Llegue a la 1:00 pm y el servicio de cocina aún no estaba abierto. Me invitaron a pasar y esperar 30 minutos en lo que el servicio daba comienzo. Decidí esperar ese tiempo haciendo algunas compras, cuando regrese al restaurante era la 1:35 pm y se encontraba totalmente vacío todavía, pero con la sorpresa de que ya no había ninguna mesa disponible, que ya se habían reservado todo. Acepte una mesa en una esquina y con dos sillas que era la única que se encontraba sin reservación. Solicité me dieran un silla más para poner los bolsos que llevaba ya que éramos dos personas y me comentaron que no había sillas disponibles. Termine de comer y el restaurante seguía vacío, me quejé por la atención que me dieron y lo único que me dijeron es que el restaurante no pertenece al hotel y que cuando un cliente hace una reservación no se puede asignar esa mesa así pasen 4 horas hasta que llegue el cliente. La verdad es que es ilógico la respuesta que me dieron, nunca había visto que un restaurante esperara tanto tiempo a un cliente.

C'est un hôtel très agréable avec son spa mitoyen. J'y ai passé un agréable sejour. Le personnel est a l'écoute et après une déconvenue sur ma chambre, on m'a proposé une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Merci pour votre compréhension ! Prenez bien le petit dejeuner a la réservation car après sur place a l'enregistrement c'est 19e au lieu des 17e et le lendemain de l'enregistrement c'est 25e par personne. Les chambres supérieures avec terrasse sont au 1e étage, celui de la piscine. On peut donc accéder de sa terrasse de sa chambre directement a la piscine et en plus nous avons nos propres transats. C'est royal. L'hôtel est a proximité immédiate du tram et du métro, et a 5 minutes a pied vous avez le bus qui amène à l'aéroport. Le centre ville est a 20 minutes a pied. Seul petit bemol : qu'il n'y ait pas de bar proche de la piscine ou un serveur a disposition pour commander.

Great hotel! I especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast. As a detail, I would like to mention that sparkling wine was also available. What all hotels could improve is that when traveling alone, I could leave a sign on the table when I get food that I'm coming back.

Fantastic location for a short break in Seville. Asked for extra hangers as three of us sharing a room which was no problem at all. Good variety of breakfast, enjoyed a drink at the bar. Quick swim in the pool one afternoon but this area was very busy, unable to get a lounger.

Very friendly and polite staff. The location of the hotel cannot be any better, just next to bus stop, tram and metro stations. Can walk 4 minutes to the main shopping centre. Hotel itself is very clean and well designed. If I visit Seville again,I would definitely stay in this hotel with my family again.
