Warm welcome from Shane who was a delight to deal with! Great facilities for children and adults alike. Close to shops for groceries; beaches and national park for exploring and restaurants for dining out. Loved the sauna - you’re allowed to throw water in the rocks for löyly - there’s a cold shower right outside the door and pool very close by for post sauna swim. Would be great for a longer stay too but we really enjoyed our 2 night getaway! Will certainly come again!

The two pools that were open were both cold. Annoying rfid tag needed to come and go from pools. No gym. No room service. No car chargers. Very small kids playground. Construction crews parked everywhere during our stay.

Absolutely amazing accomodation to fit anyone’s needs. Travelling with our adult children and they were all wanting to extend our stay. Had a great time at the pool. 20 min walk to Gympie terrace and we hired a BBQ Pontoon boat and spent half the day on the water. Super easy check in, staff were kind and helpful at all times. Our apartment was big enough for the 6 of us and we had direct access to the pool. Would most definitely recommend Ivory Palm resort and would 100% be back again. Thank you kindly for the memories our family have made during this trip.

Overall a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Have taken some points away because we were told some renovations would he completed on the main pool after after the 1st night of our stay the renovations were not completed the entire time we stayed and there was no ability to use the main pool.

A large place with 3 pools, tennis court and sauna. Lots of kids but was quite at night. Bus stop opposite which made it very handy but a short walk into Noosaville. Highly recommend if you have kids. Would stay again.

Communication about our stay was very good, the room was clean and well presented, our room was close to the pool and cafe, the pool was beautiful and the reception said had recently been renovated, we ate breakfast at the cafe and was delicious.

Accommodation was budget friendly and ok. It was clean and quiet at night. The 3 pools were a great option for the family. There were narrow garages/areas for parking. Dishwasher tray was all broken and needed replacing. Limited pots and dryer and in the kitchen. Taps in bathroom leaked. There were no spare blankets and poor wifi.

Whilst the facilities and location of Ivory Palms was fantastic, our stay was let down by the actual unit. It was tired and lacked some basics. Simple things like extra cutlery, a proper flipper and chopping board would go a long way. The lounges were very dated, dirty, stained and uncomfortable. It was evident that vacuuming doesn't always happen under the lounges and beds. There was no vacuum available in the unit. The shower bathroom was dated was missing the shower door and so water often drenched the floor. The water pipes make an awful bang when flushing the toilet and using the washing machine. Besides this we are returning visitors because we love the facilities and location with several cafes a stroll away. We hope to be back soon.

This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed in a different apartment last time, which was amazing, which made our decisions to stay agian. My family were very excited and looking forward to stay again. Except unfortunately this apartment was so dirty and dated, it was in a BIG need of a spring clean. The beds were that old and extremely uncomfortable. The couch was ripped OLD and just made you feel dirty and itchy. The floor was sticky and covered in sand. You felt like you were about to fall through the dinning chairs. And there were cockroaches EVERWHERE!! Every time someone.had a shower they you would have about 10 roaches come up through the dirty drains. To be honest, we were contemplating going home early it was that uncomfortable. The resort it self is great, our kids loved it. Its close to everything, Just this apartment was really dodgy, i dont think anything had ever been dusted or floors moped in a long time. Oh and the throw pillows were mouldy looking. To be honest i could keep going on and on how bad it was.

Mould in the shower floors in the bathroom kitchen the room wasn’t clean have considered refund as the room that you have now given us is beautiful we extended our stay and requested we change rooms. The room that we have changed into as of today is much more acceptable condition. Can you please refund us for the first part of our stay as it was a terrible experience?

We loved the resort. Our apartment was in the perfect spot and it was very spacious, modern and tidy. Staff were lovely too! We would love to come back again. The only suggestion would be to make sure cleaners do under the beds. We checked underneath when packing up to make sure we didn't miss anything, there was a hat, childs toy, dummy and some food wrappers under there that didn't belong to us. Everything else was very clean! The extra little touches like having a vacuum available and a good hair dryer was also appreciated. This was our first time in Noosa as a family and we can't wait to come back! Would definitely stay here again and try get the same apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr auf unsere Zeit im Ivory Palms Resort gefreut. Doch nach unserem Check-in (freundliche Dame an der Rezeption) waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Warum? Weil zwar auf den ersten Blick alles sehr hübsch ausgesehen hat. Bei genauerer Betrachtung hingegen fällt auf, dass das Appartement bereits etwas abgewohnt ist. Das eigentlich Schlimme war jedoch der Schmutz: Schmutziges Geschirr, schmutzige Schubladen innen, schmutzige Sofakissen, schmutziger Balkon, schmutzige Regale ... und besonders ekelhaft ... ein völlig verdreckter, fettiger 2-Platten-Herd, an dem noch Speisereste klebten. Unserem Wunsch, diesen auszutauschen oder zu reinigen, kam man zügig nach (wurde einigermaßen gereinigt). Das gesamte Kücheninventar hingegen haben wir selbst erst mal gereinigt, weil es so unappetitlich war. Sehr schade, da die Wohnung bei sorgfältiger Pflege und Instandhaltung einen tollen Aufenthalt bieten kann.

The reception staff was very nice, however, the room wasn't ready when we arrived. We did the online check-in before and suggested arriving time 2-3pm but the room was still not ready until 3:24pm. The unit was in average condition. There are things laying around the garage when we arrived. This makes the small garage even smaller. The washing machine is moldy around the seal rim. The lights in the living room and 3rd bedroom were flickering occasionally. Furthermore, the living room air conditioning can't be turned off at all.

The resort is nice and staff are friendly and helpful, but your experience will depend on what apartment you are allocated as they appear to be separately owned and there is no standard level of accommodation across the resort. I would not recommend apartment #81or any apartments that back onto the main road/roundabout as traffic noise is unbearable. We had to keep doors and windows closed the entire time, which was awful because who wants to live like that? Kitchen was poorly equipped, furniture and decor was dated and carpet and lounges were absolutely filthy. The place was riddled with cockroaches and fleas.

We are a family of 4, our son is 5 and daughter is 11 and we all loved this place. I would highly recommend this place to stay for all ages. The only negative thing i have to say about the place was the beds were very hard, this is only an issue for me as i have a bad back. This would not put me off staying here again though, thats how good this place is

Apartment was ok for day time stay and to do activities around Noosa, also the swimming pool and surrounding area were good, but the apartment had some problems. The curtains and blinds were so bad, by 5-6am the room was so bright that one can read a book. The bed was so old that each time one makes small move, the whole bad moved. Also, some kitchen equipments were either not working, something missing or causing issues. As an example, the fridge was dripping water continuously, also missing bottle holders, the coffee machine was missing dispensing cup, dishwasher was so old that it does not clean and dry well! Well, other apartment might be better as it appears that each has different owners, but the one I stayed were not so well kept! Overall, not a good value!

Accommodation was budget friendly and ok. It was clean and quiet at night. The 3 pools were a great option for the family. There were narrow garages/areas for parking. Dishwasher tray was all broken and needed replacing. Limited pots and dryer and in the kitchen. Taps in bathroom leaked. There were no spare blankets and poor wifi.

Warm welcome from Shane who was a delight to deal with! Great facilities for children and adults alike. Close to shops for groceries; beaches and national park for exploring and restaurants for dining out. Loved the sauna - you’re allowed to throw water in the rocks for löyly - there’s a cold shower right outside the door and pool very close by for post sauna swim. Would be great for a longer stay too but we really enjoyed our 2 night getaway! Will certainly come again!

Our villa was clean and a good size and convenient location as long as you have a car. Our checkin email advised our villa would be available by 3pm. We arrived after 4pm and it was still being cleaned. I said we would hang by the pool to fill in time and could reception message when our room was ready. They said yes they could.... they didn't. I advised reception that the dryer in our villa 121 kept stopping after about 5-10 mins regardless of how long I set it for. They said they would get maintenance to check it.... they didn't. I could feel the springs in the mattress so had to remake the bed to put the topper on (which was in the wardrobe). The lounge sank in the middle so was quite uncomfortable. The cafe/restaurant was only open Thursday to Sunday which I understand, but we were there Monday to Friday so had to go out to eat every day.

I’ve stayed at the Ivory Palms twice now. I would highly recommend this property for solo travelers and/or families. I would suggest the superior apartment over the standard apartment as this is quite outdated. The staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic. The resort is walking distance to both Noosaville and Tewantin.

Great place - two storey accommodation clean but in need of updating. Our friends were upgraded to 133 which was outstanding and 5 star. Nearer to Tewantin than Noosaville but both walkable. Would definitely visit again

A large place with 3 pools, tennis court and sauna. Lots of kids but was quite at night. Bus stop opposite which made it very handy but a short walk into Noosaville. Highly recommend if you have kids. Would stay again.

It was a pretty good stay, however: 1. There was a renovation going on therefore the restaurant and the main pool were closed. I did get an email about those works but it was well after I booked my stay, I wish I had known it at the time of booking what might have altered my decision. 2. There's no grocery shops within a walking distance, there's a pub nearby and fish and chips and Pizza Hut stores within about 10 minutes walk. 3. It can be a little noisy if your windows face the main street. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay, the staff was pretty cheerful by Queensland's standards.

Fantastic resort for families with children. The 3 pools, play are and inflated trampoline are perfect for the kids whilst the immaculate grounds provide a beautiful resort feel. 2 story townhouse backing onto one of the ponds was great. Everything was clean and tidy. PK’s cafe & bar does some amazing wood fired pizzas. Will definitely be back.

If i was to nit pick i would say that the couch in the appartement needed a steam clean. Otherwise comfortable and well facilated. Loved the space. The waterfall pond view outside our deck was supperb. Also the caulking in some areas of the bathroom atound spa window could fo with a freshwhite cleaner look. Bed was comfy carpet was new and tv was big enough although preffered a bigger screen as we loke to watch our sports in the evening. The wi fi was barely available. The breakfaston site had lots of agg dishes and no refreshing breakfast choices. Dinner was good and personal was pleasant and the setting eas lovely. The spa near the pool had a missing tile which spoiled my photography of a 4 star resort. The layout of the grounds and appartememts were beautifully desighned and gardens and ponds were well kept. Overal lovely . Just overlooking some finer details needed a little attending. Towel hire was reasonably priced. I would come here again as the value for price is very reasonable and fair. Very happy.
