Infant under 1 year old. Stay for free if using existing bedding. Baby cot/crib may be requested directly from the property.Guests 1 years and older are considered as adults. Must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.

Check-in: 2pm Check-out: 10am Booking & Payment Policies: -Your credit card details have been collected to secure your reservation only and you will be required to pay all accommodation upon arrival. -You may pay with MasterCard or Visa at the property. Please note we do not accept cash. -The number of nights pre-booked must be paid for on arrival. -Once checked-in, your reservation is non-refundable. -All taxes are included within the room rate. -You must present a valid passport or driver's license at check-in, failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. -We have a strict over 18 policy only across the entire property. -All guests must be between 18-35 years of age to stay in dorm accommodation. Guests over the age of 35 are welcome to book private rooms or entire dorm rooms. Cancellation Policies: -In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival your credit card will be charged 1 night's rate per person, this is non-refundable. -Any changes to your reservation must be agreed with the property prior to checking in. -If you do not arrive for your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR The full remaining cost of any booking for stays between the 22nd of December and the 5th of January (inclusive) must be paid at the time of booking. You will be contacted shortly after booking with further details from Bounce Noosa. Payment can be made by bank transfer or the credit card nominated at the time of booking. Failure to respond to Bounce Noosa's communications within 7 days after booking your booking will be cancelled. All bookings that have not been prepaid by the 1st of December will be cancelled. Please note that should you wish to alter the booking at all, this will only be possible before the 1st of December. We have a licensed bar on site, and so you may not bring in your own alcohol to the property at any time. Failure to comply to this will result in immediate removal from the property. *Check-in and check-out are not allowed on 25 December. Please note that if any bookings fall on this date, they may be subject to cancellation
