The Twin Towers Inn is excellent value for money in Sydney, which is a world-class city with world-class prices! It is conveniently situated for public transport to the city and other major locations (including nearby medical centres), with adequate parking for guest's cars. For cars, ingress and egress is onto the busy Pacific Highway, which can be a bonus, depending on which way you want to go, but also requires some slightly complicated manoeuvres if you want to head south directly towards North Sydney, the Harbour Bridge and the south side of the Harbour. There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance, but most of the more exciting eating venues in Sydney will require a car or bus trip. A filling but ordinary buffet Western-style breakfast is available in the restaurant each morning, at a moderate cost. The restaurant is not currently open for lunch or dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and accomodating. A particular bonus is the presence of laundry and kitchen facilities. You can save a lot of money, compared to staying in a posh hotel, by using the washing machines and dryers in the guest laundry, for a modest cost, or by preparing your own meals in the guest kitchen. However, the laundry facilities are coin-operated (e.g. 3 dollar coins to do a load of washing). This is so last millennium! If the laundry were updated to use more modern forms of payment, such as tapping credit/debit cards, this would deserve 5 stars.

This complex was a short easy trip by bus then metro into the centre of Sydney. The room was large with everything we needed. We used the laundry and was surprised to see a communal kitchen, which is great for families travelling on a budget. The beds were made beautifully every day.

This place is near the waste management facility. The pool was dirty, another guest had to clean it. The hot tub wasn't working. The breakfast wasn't available. It wasn't as advertised.

Room was spacious enough. Parking was easy. A deep clean periodically would bring the rooms up a level. Staff were great. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay, and that was part of the reason we booked. Reason given was a 'licensing issue' by Reception. Kids were disappointed. Not far to St Leaonards station and would recommend for quick stays in North Sydney.

Despite a request for no steps to the room, it was more convenient to use the steps than walk the long way round. Was not advised until after we had booked, that the bar and restaurant were no longer operating. On the plus side, access was excellent, being located right at the traffic lights on Pacific Hwy, so access was great.

Accommodation was in a basic room with enough space which was clean and met my needs. No usb outlets in room so bring a charger. Basic LCD free to air TV in cabinet. No toaster or microwave but there was a kitchenette on site. Parking was almost full on the first night and over full on the second night such that I didn't go out for food (it was raining) in case I lost my parking spot. The restaurant has not reopened since covid although there was a breakfast buffet offered for $18. I walked to a coffee shop down the road and had an egg & bacon roll for $10 for breakfast. They are renovating multiple rooms at present and I think if these rooms were operational the parking situation would be worse.

Generally ok for overnight stop. Bed, sheets & pillows very good. Room cleanliness an issue with dusty curtains & soiled carpet. Found dust behind bed when I went to plug in an electrical appliance and also a small cockroach besidemy bedside table.

Room could be cleaner. Lots of dust which set off my friends allergies. Two mornings in a row we were woken up at 7:30 am by contractors using power tools, even though they’re not allowed to until 10am. Would’ve been nice to have been compensated in some way. A little nosy given it’s situated on a highway. Ok place if you’re in a bind but have stayed in far better accommodation.

The location of the property was good with good access to the city and good parking for a car but the property is in need of renovation. There was mould on the shower screen door and the carpet and furniture were tired and in need of renovation.

As you walk into the room, it smells musty/old.The shower needs a good scrub around the edges and also the toilet. The smoke alarm was beeping so I have to get someone to remove and replace. Overall I didn't like it.

Toilet was dirty and not cleaned and even after informing reception the cleaning staff didn't clean the toilet at all. Other than the not cleaned toilet we enjoyed our stay. Parking is provided and bus stop into city is in front of the hotel.

Badly stained fitted carpet. Mouldy smell in the bedroom to match the black mould in the tired bathroom. Front door had a gap between the door and the frame allowing clear daylight (about 1cm at widest point). Very outdated and dingy furnishings (not like the photo). We stayed in Room 29. Other rooms may be better; this one is to be avoided. We just didn’t want to be there. Credit where it is due: the bed linens were pristine and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was very easy, and free ample parking a bonus.

The bed was as hard as a rock. The room was average and you could hear everything around you. The people walking above us and talking. Every time someone used the bathroom or shower you could hear the noise.

I was told I could have a late checkout (11:30) but someone called the room and knock on the door at 10:40. The room was next to the driveway of the property and every vehicle coming in or leaving drove over a very noisy drain grill.

My room was allocated on a floor above ground level. No lift. I explained I couldn't carry my bag up stairs. She responded that I could leave my bag in my car and just take up the clothes I would need. I left. I did not and will not stay at tht property

Overall, I’ll give 4.5/10 given the price tag. The location of the site entrance is in between the traffic lights, by the street, there’s a lot of noise starting from 8am. Most importantly, the checkout time is 10:30, we have housekeeper knocking door whiteout telling who they’re and waking you up at 8:45 and using master key trying to get in??? I’m so glad I have the room chain on. This is terrible!!!! Besides, A random car parked on the entry lane blocking the driveway, we had to use the exit land to entry. We also found cigarettes on the carpet, used shower cap behind door.

Excellent location in Sydney’s lower north shore with free parking and easy access to public transport. Rooms seem recently refurbished with comfortable bedding, ample desk and storage space, and a sleek bathroom with double sinks. Restaurants at Lane Cove aren’t too far away and some cafes are in walking distance. We had a smooth check in and check out as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Property appearance was pleasing. Check in a bit disjointed took a while to find the 2nd persons booking property advertised as having a restaurant and bar, however, when we tried to book for dinner on Saturday night the restaurant and bar were closed.

Room was clean and bed was very comfy. That’s really all that mattered for one night. However hotel could do with a revamp but for the price it was totally adequate. My only complaint was the $18 breakfast. It was totally unacceptable. Croissant was so small but it was rock hard I’m sure it was days old. Scrambled eggs looked like they were cooked the night before and the bacon was very undercooked. There were a couple of tinned fruits in a tray like peaches, but looked very unappetising. I ended up with 1 slice bread I toasted and 2 slice of plastic no name cheese for $18! . I would stay again but would never waste money on their breakfast.
