The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The service is friendly too. This hotel is very central to a major shopping centre, train station, and park. And onsite car parking. 20 - 30 minutes by car from the airport too. Only suggestion would be the colour scheme: grey. But, that's me probably.

Great hotel, my home away from home here in Sydney. Working a 20 min drive away from the hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious with well functioning Aircon, newly upgraded TV system with Netflix and many other functions. Comfy beds and different pillow hardness to choose from.

Great location to shops clubs & restaraunts. Walkable to hospital which was why we there or short drive. Our biggest complaint would be parking for hotel spots were very small & hard to get into or out of car. Once you find a spot you don't leave it until you check out.

The Hotel was virtually across the road from Coles in the Westfield complex which also had great shopping. Plenty of other shops down the Kingsway. It couldn’t be more Central. Staff were very helpful. The room had lots of facilities such as large TV with Netflix, microwave tea & coffee making facilities, bowls, plates, mugs & cutlery so you can make your own breakfast. Hairdryer, iron & ironing board. The bathroom has handwash & handcream. The stand alone shower has body wash, shampoo & conditioner & box of tissues. We were on the second floor & had some noise from the gym below the Hotel, but it was just a dull pulse so didn’t worry us. The bollards in each of the car spaces became a problem with our car being a station wagon & not an SUV so we’re always worried that whilst parking, we would go over the bollard (which is lying down) & ruin a tyre, mud flap or front spoiler. The bollards are used to hold a space for a paying visitor to the Hotel. There is also a Guest Room” where you can do the laundry, use a microwave, have a coffee & relax on the couch. It could save not having to take a visitor up to your room. I would certainly recommend it for the money & convenience & would return again.

It wasnt located near the airport nor Riverwood as advertised. The room was full of cockroaches. We couldn't use any cups or plates, because we were disgusted. The receptionist was kind she agreed to give us a refund but since we booked from Expedia she asked us to contact them. They refused to give us a refund. Its not good to mislead customers, the photo I saw and the room we got are totally different.

great - best place to stay in miranda unless you need 5 star luxury. 1 minute walk from Westfield Miranda, 2 minute walk from train station. bed so comfy, tv right in front - good homely comfort, not aesthetic, but good for a cozy stay. drive to Wattamolla for the day or just enjoy staying across the street from a huge mall. this was my third stay here and would stay again

At 2.30am a light in the room came on and I couldn’t switch it off because there was no switch for it. I had to phone the manager about it. Eventually I fiddled with light enough so it went off but that was dangerous. Never going there again.

Literally 3 minutes walk from Westfield Miranda. Lots of restaurants and eateries. Very basic room, but clean. Walls are very thin, I could hear the person next door talking, then later…snoring.. and unfortunately very noisy drunk neighbours across the hall coming in at 4:30am. But, this isn’t the fault of the hotel.

I was disappointed with this stay. I paid extra money for the deluxe room with city views. City views was through a window on the wall behind the beds and the shower was very poor. The shower just dribbled water and my wife and I couldn’t shower during our stay. We made a complaint to reception when we checked out.

Only stayed for a day, some liquids like hand wash were empty only realised when staff had left. 2 bath towels for 3 people and 1 hand towel. Apart from these the stay was pleasant. Note that there is a large common terrace which has glass door access from several rooms and cutesy common area. Also first time access to the hotel is Only through driveway as lift access is card access so if you have luggage it's a bit of work. Reception was very friendly. They also have a nice cafe piggies or something where the coffee is good. Thank you!

I find this a great place to stay when I am in Miranda for work purpose. Comfortable and easy access to the cafe out front makes it easy for me. Room was nice and clean, and bed was comfortable.

The property was in a great location. Accross the road from Miranda Fair Shopping Centre and an easy walk to restaurants. The gym cafe at street level was amazing. Totally recomend and would go again. The property itself was value for money. We were towing a trailer and were able to easily park car and trailer. The property itself was only ok. It was value for money, but I would have liked to have paid more for something nicer. The foyer and connecting walkways were really dirty. It was just unexpected. It was a common area and clearly no-one felt it was their responsibility to clean. The room was ok. Comfortable, but the bed was on the floor, not on legs. The bathroom was tatty. But the noise!!! The property was in a great location. Accross the road from Miranda Fair Shopping Centre and an easy walk to restaurants. The gym cafe at street level was amazing. Totally recomend and would go again. The property itself was value for money. We were towing a trailer and were able to easily park car and trailer. The property itself was only ok. It was value for money, but I would have liked to have paid more for something nicer. The foyer and connecting walkways were really dirty. It was just unexpected. It was a common area and clearly no-one felt it was their responsibility to clean. The room was ok. Comfortable, but the bed was on the floor, not on legs. The bathroom was tatty. But the noise!!! All we heard all night were doors banging. Thankfully we only stayed one night, but it was disappointing

The room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable, enough space in the room, good sized TV, free on site parking, friendly reception and easy walk to RSL Club for dinner or restaurants at Westfield.

I find this a great place to stay when I am in Miranda for work purpose. Comfortable and easy access to the cafe out front makes it easy for me. Room was nice and clean, and bed was comfortable.

Great location to shops clubs & restaraunts. Walkable to hospital which was why we there or short drive. Our biggest complaint would be parking for hotel spots were very small & hard to get into or out of car. Once you find a spot you don't leave it until you check out.

Room was clean and spacious. Good shower pressure. Free on site parking. Very easy to walk to Miranda Westfield's shopping centre and restaurants! RSL Club and good Chinese restaurant nearby.

The property is centrally located for all the services you'd want. Great transport nearby. Movies, dining and shopping at Miranda Fair across the road. A short drive to bays, beaches, National Parks and the camelia gardens Our room had a kitchenette but there are many places to eat nearby. A guest information brochure would have been good.

A solid but older property lacking a restaurant or 24hr reception but well-located. Don't expect much from the touted "balcony" - ours was tiny and space taken up with the air-conditioner. Overall clean with helpful staff but a little tired looking.
