Very nice room but the air conditioning was not working properly. They provided a fan which helped but was noisy. Pool and hot tub were good but no lounge chairs or any chairs to sit on. There were 2 narrow benches which everyone had to share to leave there belongings on.

Beautiful hotel with great bathroom. Very kind to my pet and the hotel restaurant, Moretti, was excellent. Walking distance to lots of downtown including TIFF lightbox. The only downside was that I had to call to get out of the garage each time I left as the garage did not register my car despite my filling out paperwork.

Extremely clean, quiet, beautiful pool and hot tub, nespresso coffee machine with coffee creamers in the fridge, beautiful robes and top notch room service. Beautiful clean bathroom with lots of lovely towels. Heated floor in the bathroom. Convenience to Princess of Wales theatre. Attention to detail in terms of our stay. And very very friendly smiling staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you Soho.

Good location and room was clean and well appointed. Pool was nice (possibly a little chilly) and the hot tub. I was disappointed the women’s steam room was broken for our whole stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the SoHo hotel Toronto. The location is so central we were able to walk everywhere and there are lots of fabulous restaurants close by. There is a dog park a block from the hotel and it was perfect for taking out pups out for a walk. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. My only note was the noise levels - sound in the hallway travelled through the door so we could very clearly hear people’s conversations if they walked by. It was a bit of a nuisance, but the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect.

Initially I felt the customer service could have been a little more warm, but in all it was a decent stay some parts of the bathroom tile was cracked, it had cobweb in our room but we spent most of our time outdoors anyways, let me say tho not all of front desk was cold some of them was nicer but our initial interaction was like jeesh. The room we had was luxury king size it was small but it was still okay, next time we may try a nicer room to give this hotel another chance.

There were several items in my room that were not working. It was quite dated compared to the room. I stayed in a few months prior. It wasn’t the cleanest and I stayed in a pet friendly room, which just felt really rundown.

The property is in a great location. It was actually very quiet at night too. My only complaints are these: the room wasnt very clean, i found sunflower seeds amd crumbs on the living room carpet, hair in sink, and the glasses, lamps and furniture were quite dusty. Also, the room service is over priced, dinner wasnt horrible and the food was good, but the breakfast was awful (fake eggs? No condiments, no toast or bread) and for that price should be agains the law. So its too bad, because it could be a great place to stay, but not sure if I'll be back.

Wonderful experience with all staff. Fabulously friendly folk. First stay here so I have to say I was pretty impressed with the Deluxe King room. Very modern, up-to-date appointments. Huge bathroom with soaker tub and heated floors. HUGE bath towels; and lots of linens provided. Great clothing and bag storage uniquely situated. Electronic blind and curtain controls near the bed. Great sheets and comforter and large comfortable pillows. My only critical feedback: mattress was good, but clearly needed a refresh (sagging some on easiest entry side).

Its a tiny thing but, unlike most hotels the room layout has a nice separation between the bathroom and the sleeping area so if you prefer an early morning shower and your partner likes to sleep in, you don't need to fret about noise.

Loved this hotel. We had a great stay. Got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Room was beautiful. Clean, spacious. Beautiful bathroom. Only negative is that the TV channels weren’t great and the TV didn’t have any streaming services and wasn’t able to cast from my phone to the TV. Also wish there was valet parking but the garage was right next to the hotel anyways and there are reserved spots for hotel guests right when we enter so it was fine. However we did have issues getting out every time. So that was frustrating. But service was great. Loved our suite and will definitely be back in the future.

Room was large with great bathroom. Bar/restaurant attached was trendy and busy. Only complaint A/C was not great. 75 when we arrived at 1pm. 73 by 9pm. 70 when we woke up. However it was only 68 outside. I would be worried in July and August if the A/C could keep up.

Lovely modern hotel. Room had high ceilings, comfy bed and a spa like bathroom. Appreciated the extra touches like the professional clothes steamer, custom snacks, heated floors. We were in town for the Blue Jays game and couldn’t believe how close we were to Roger’s centre and restaurants (and LCBO)

The bathroom was exceptional and spacious. Room was nice with modern amenities such as electric blinds, mini fridge and well stocked bar options. Bed had all comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay, thank you SoHo!

The room was wonderful, exceeded expectations. The bed was mediocre. It felt sunken in the middle. And my attempt to order room service breakfast in the morning turned into an hour long wait… blamed on a printer. Which I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t start calling around for a breakfast update. No compensation was given, even though it was alluded to. The avocado toast was mushy.

Overhyped hotel , ignored and not taken care of. The check in process went bad due to hotel not having valet or available bell boys. The front desk rushed me through the check in because my car could not be left in the street for too long. Avoid this hotel. .

Things started off on the wrong foot, lots of issues with room service (including a two-hour wait for eggs, pacifying with lies rather than just telling the truth, and culminating with a live worm on the fruit), and the hotel just said that they knew I’d be there for awhile and to let them know if they could do something for me. Rather than just doing something, other than not charging for the meal with the worm. Some of these things would have been brushed off at a regular hotel, but considering the price, I expected a whole lot better. There are plenty of nice places to stay for cheaper.

Our stay at Soho was excellent. It was to celebrate a birthday downtown and the location was perfect. Manoj and team did an exceptional job in preparing the room with amenities to celebrate my girlfriend's bday. They went over and beyond. The staff is amazing...would definitely stay again.

Indifferent staff, late check-in despite requesting an early check in, lack of urgency with desk staff, late housekeeping delayed getting into my room. Offered to get ready for a TIFF premiere in the bathroom which was flooded and had a broken toilet. Upon giving the feedback that I felt rushed and disappointed overall in the hospitality, front desk staff offered me a $25 breakfast credit at 11A when I was already leaving and upon writing to the director of operations 3x in the last month I have yet to receive a reply. I had hoped that this hotel would be a must-book for next year to attend the festival, but I find myself deeply disappointed overall that having paid a luxury price, I did not receive a luxury experience.

Good hotel close to mtcc. Breakfast is not included. Extra charges will apply for underground parking but that is a given as it is Toronto. Other than that the room was beautiful, I had the corner room facing the rogers centre and I loved the view! Would definitely book again for mtcc events👍.

The hotel was perfectly located for thr Rogers Centre, Ripleys Aquarium and Metro Toronto Convention centre. The Staff were so friendly and even surprised us wotb balloons and cookies for our anniversary. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. Definitely would return!

I had a lovely stay at the soho hotel, the location is great. Close walking distance to the Roy Thomson Hall and downtown area, but far enough from the chaos to be quiet at night. Front desk and concierge were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything:)

The staff went above and beyond during my stay-cation, my only feedback is that there are limited breakfast options for room service and that it starts at 7am. Something to maybe begin earlier if there are those that eat (like myself) around 6/630am. Otherwise was so relaxing and would book again!

We loved the stay and the staff but we weren’t overly impressed with the breakfast we got for room service. It was stone cold lacked taste and was initially missing the toast we ordered with it
