Room needed upgrades , bathtub and chair were worn and it shows the years . Now staff and people were 10’s across the board . All it is missing is not all rooms are upgraded . Location perfect , breakfast perfect , staff perfect . Will be coming back . Gym 10 , Pool 10

Easy access to the PATH, transit, restaurants and shopping! Super convenient, comfortable and awesome indoor/outdoor pool. One of of favourites with the kids or just as a couple! Just missing a hot tub :)

We got lost at check-in due to not quite understanding that we were staying in the Richmond tower. The food options were very expensive ($25 for a breakfast sandwich) but the overall experience of our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool for several hours and even ordered some drinks to be delivered. It was quite loud during the night on Friday (lots of people coming back from the bar at 3am) but it was relatively quiet on Saturday night. Check out was a mess. The elevators weren't working so the wait time was ridiculous. Due to this, we decided we wanted to take the stairs down. A housekeeper directed us to take the service stairs resulting in setting off fire alarms, getting extremely lost, and ending up in the kitchen area but thankfully the staff understood and directed us to where we should go. It was a hectic and chaotic ending to an otherwise good weekend. I felt like I had run a marathon after finally getting into my vehicle after waiting 30 minutes for the valet. The hotel is beautiful otherwise and we loved using the PATH to the Eaton Center that was attached.

Quiet rooms, outdoor courtyard with waterfall, lots of hangout spots in lobby, excellent staff. Wish the sofa beds had thicker/comfortable mattresses. Co-ed saunas would be nice and adding a hot tub to pool area would be appreciated.

The staff was very good. But the room smelled of bad BO...apparently it was just cleaned!...it should smell of bleach and soap and cleaning products, not sweat!! That means the staff cleaning the rooms are not hygienic!! I know it’s hard to find staff, I'm also a business owner, but there's also training and educating new staff about cleanliness

The check-in and valet parking staff were great. Our room was very clean with cozy bedding and a great shower. We had a nice view over Nathan’s Philip’s Square. I recommend a city view. The staff person who delivered our room-service breakfast was lovely

There was a dirty Tupperware container lid on the floor. The washroom door did not latch to close. It was open a crack when closed. The shower spout was loose. I will not stay here again I thought it was better for the cost.

I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they added a wonderful extra touch and went above to have something special set up in our room. Room faced Nathan Philips and was a wonderful view. Very clean, comfortable, great location. Thank you for making our stay extra special.

Our room was very hot and it was very hot outside so we were not happy about not having relief in our room. The thermostat SAID it was at 18.5 but it most def was not. That would’ve been a very noticeable difference in temp from what we were feeling. Parking is extra. Breakfast not included. We had 4 guests registered and only got 3 towels and 2 waters. Beds were very comfy but that didn’t help us sleep better in the warmth of our room. Seems clean. Friendly staff although no one told us we had to scan our room keys to operate the elevators. It was fine for 1 night I guess.

I was on the 28th floor in room 2814. This room is right beside the mechanical room and you could hear the elevators going up and down 24 hours a day impossible to get a decent sleep.

The room was 'ok'. I feel we lost half our room to the ice machine next door (which could be heard dispensing) and the room was in need of updating - brown retro wall paper through out made for a feeling if being inside a box. The coffee machine was barely passable and had paper cups. The hair dryer was on its last legs. The window was in need of insulation making half the room much colder than the other. Don't use room service its over priced for the quality of what you get. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The lobby was vibrant and well presented. with access to the Eaton Centre and other shops (get your coffee and food here, IMO). The bed was comfy and the black out curtains were welcome. I feel like for the price it was ok considering location. But its a bit of a trick price as by time you've parked ($70 a day - park over the road for $35 a day) and topped up on all the little things you usually get as part of your stay in the room (coffee, q-tips, internet) it's back to being an average stay.

This property os well.located, clean and confortable. However after spending $600.00+ our room backed onto the elevater bank and was so loud I couldnt sleep. The noise would startle me awake everytime the elwvator was in use.

We stayed for two nights. It was an incredible stay. We were on the 41st floor with a view of the CN Tower. Amazing views. The pool is fun and relaxing (the warmth of the water is appreciated). The food service in the club lounge is delicious with a wide array of options. Everything was perfect. We will stay there again the next time we are in Toronto. The hotel alone is a vacation, friendly staff, relaxing, great views and food. We had a short stay and didn’t have time to explore all the hotel (the waterfall, greenhouse, at one point there was an animal exhibit). Thank you!!!! My two daughters LOVED it. Our favourite part of the hotel is swimming I. The pool as the sun sets and the lights of the buildings come on.

Our stay was exceptional! The front desk staff especially Marilyn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. The breakfast crew and chef also went above and beyond to create a memorable moment for my young daughter. We were treated so well. I highly recommend this hotel. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton! You were all wonderful.

Very nice and clean hotel, with tons of amenities in it. Didn't get to enjoy them! Check-in time was not realistic. Requested an early check-in due to attending a concert, was told they would call when a room was ready. Waited 2 hours, returned to the desk a little after 3:00pm (3:00 is the listed check-in time) and was told there were still no rooms ready and they did not know when one would come available. Was advised by front desk staff to use the washroom in the lobby to get ready and offered a $100 credit. This was very frustrating, especially when you are paying over $1000 for the night. Half of our party went to the washroom in the lobby to start getting ready, I approached another worker walking through the lobby and inquired about the check-in times and why the hotel was not prepared for the influx of rooms needed. Not only was there concerts happening but TIFF was this weekend as well. The staff member was very empathetic towards our situation and validated our frustration (along with many other patrons waiting for their rooms) requested ID and within 10 minutes we had keys to a room. I understand that some things are out of staff's control, however, knowing that one of Toronto's largest festivals was happening that weekend along with two large concerts, they should have been a little more prepared. Once in the room, we noticed that the air conditioner was not working, we called down, they sent someone to look at it and there was no resolution to this issue.

I had issues with my room due to the AC not working, the staff was amazing and went beyond making sure myself and my daughter was comfortable as she is special needs. All staff members were so kind and caring toward my daughter and also was so supportive and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will be vack in the coming future.

The hotel its self was very nice, but the service was terrible. Our room did not get touched in 3 days, not even fresh towels we had to go ask for towels. This does not include the front desk staff they were great and very helpful.

The property is in a prime location, right across the street on the plaza that houses the popular illumminated TORONTO sign where tourists never misses this photo op! It's about a twelve minute walk to Union Station and five minutes to Eaton Centre. There's no shortage of restaurants, cafes, and shops minutes from the hotel. The property is clean, up to date and well maintained. I would stay there again on my next visit to Toronto.

Noise (weekend event) from Nathan Phillips Square could be heard from room (but ended promptly at 11pm) as well as hourly clock tower bells. However staff were excellent and very courteous. Also, need to wear a wristband for entry to property (due to large weekend event) was a bit uncomfortable and annoying.

Great location for walk or quick subway to Rogers Centre or Scotiabank Place for various events. Close enough to walk to Distillery District & Old Toronto/St. Lawrence Market areas as well. Lots of restaurants and easily accessible from Union Station with UP Express connectivity directly from Pearson airport.

Hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to and from Union Station either at street level or via direct access to the PATH underground. The CN Tower is about a 15 minute walk and the Eaton Centre for shopping is about a 10 minute walk. We found a great place for breakfast two blocks down called the Breakfast Grill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bottled water provided and replenished daily. The pool area was nice and we had no problem finding sun loungers available. I would definately stay again.

1st morning bkfst was very good & nice setting & very good service cause we were on our own a day early before a tour. But other days we were part of a tour group and had to have bkfst in an unattractive conference room w/ other tour company guests. Food was buffet and just ok.

Great location with many attractions in easy walking distance. Excellent indoor outdoor pool with food and drink delivery available. Decent sized rooms with amazing city views. There were five in our group, so we had two rooms with two queens and one with a king. All rooms were very satisfactory. The lobby is very lively, but it was peaceful and Quiet upstairs.

Came with my husband and 4 year old daughter for my birthday and everything was great from start to finish. Although our room was not ready when we came, Lily explained to us about the newly opened kids center on the same floor as the pool to keep my daughter occupied. She even offered drink coupons to celebrate my birthday in the lounge since we had a club suite. We went to the club lounge for breakfast and it was great not too much just enough to help us get our day started. The drinks, snacks, and light bites in the lounge later in the day was a nice touch as well. Definitely miss those Canadian chips! We also visited the pool on our last day and it was crowded but there were plenty of seating and the staff was more than willing to help locate space for you. Even with a pool party birthday going on it was big enough for everyone. My daughter enjoyed it for sure. We ordered food at the pool which would be one area of improvement. The food just was not good as others places we experienced during our stay in Toronto. The Korean chicken was a miss over powering and the Caesar salad was not cut up well, just had a lot of iceberg lettuce and lacked that Caesar dressing taste. Aside from that we enjoyed the spacious hotel and area around the hotel like the food hall and Nathan Phillips square.

Do not buy a package. Our package was supposed to include parking and breakfast, but we were unable to take advantage of either. First, this must be the only hotel that has only valet parking – no lot or underground garage. We parked in a lot across the street, seeing no other option, and so ended up paying twice for parking. Second, the restaurant is incredibly busy for breakfast, so don’t even bother going unless you have a full hour and a half to wait for service. Complaining about these issues to the manager gets you nowhere. I expected much better service from a major Toronto hotel.

I called for room service, needed some sugar cause my blood sugars were really low. Called at 9:50, they said 30mins. 30 mins go by, wait until 9:40 to check up. 20 mins pasyt expected time. Ordered 1 piece of cheese cake, 1 diet pepsi and 1 tea. Shouldnt even been 20mins in the first place. So when i called down at 940 they said sorry on its way. 11:00 blood sugars really low, still no service. Talked to manager and he said sorry, didnt know about my situation. I said my situation doesnt matter, its ridiculously late for what i ordered. Everything else was very good and room service the next morning was really fast.
