Great location. Had a beautiful 2 Queen bed room in overlooking the harbour front and lake. Front desk staff was great and breakfast room service came within 20 minutes. Great pool, gym and amenities- was lots of fun for kids. The pool and areas could use an upgrade as they are a bit outdated but rooms are nice and renovated. Only thing is AC/fan is super loud and woke me up in the middle of the night.

Stayed here over Pride weekend in Toronto and enjoyed it very much! Quick and easy check-in and check-out, terrific location right on the waterfront. Traveling with kids, we especially liked the Family Fun Zone room, plus the 5th floor basketball and pickleball. Pool is also awesome - big, not freezing, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, lots of fresh towels, and nice that they provide kids’ vests and pool noodles. The hot tub was also lovely after a long day of walking! Kids liked the kids’ pool area with mini loungers, tents, and cushions. Starbucks in the lobby is a nice touch. Valet parking is the only option and is pricey at $55/night, but probably similar to other overnight parking downtown. We got 2 double beds.. but would likely spend the extra for 2 queens next time as the double is small for 2 adults. Only one robe provided and we would have preferred two. Otherwise - a terrific choice for a downtown Toronto stay!

The hotel and services were great. One item to work on would be the elevator availability and elevator wait time. We stayed in the north tower and seemed like an excessive time to wait for an elevator to go anywhere. One of the 4 elevators was out of service most of our stay, and it seemed like only two of the three remaining were actually functioning. The hotel did have staff assisting with elevators, but I’m not sure if that improved elevator availability. Other than that, great experience..

We were a late arrival and there were no parking spots available so we had to find offsite parking. Swimming pool and hot tub were excellent Rooms pretty average location is excellent. Staff were excellent. Very helpful

I was in Toronto to catch a couple shows, and it made sense to spend a night at a hotel. I booked the Westin because its location made it convenient to get to the venue, and the listing said it had self parking. Parking was an important part of choosing the hotel. The Westin does NOT have self parking on site. They have valet parking only. The hotel's staff seemed surprised that I mentioned the web site clearly stated there is self parking, which seems to me there's a bit of bait and switch going on. I would not have booked if their website had said "Valet only." The hotels staff also very cheerfully told me to part at a nearby lot - all of which were full because the MLB playoff are on. So instead of one parking fee at the hotel, I had several from a lot 10 minutes away as we had to come and go several times. As for the room? As I was trying to figure out what I was going to do, I was put in a room next to an elevator. So I had a noisy stay too. The room itself was basic. Bed uncomfortable. USB ports wouldn't charge our phones fast enough. Pretty much everything was unacceptable.

We loved staying here! The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to every event we came to Toronto for. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. We had an amazing view of the lake and had the choice of two floors to be on based on how high we wanted to be. The 5th floor amenities were fantastic for our family- we loved the pool, pickleball court, and free arcade. Thank you for an amazing first time in Toronto!

Staff and location great, but lacked cleanliness. Old building which is fair, but glasses in the room were filthy with lip marks and unusable. Towels had a weird odor, almost as if vinegar is used a washing solution and not rinsed properly. Shower had some hair from previous guests and our toiletries (shampoo & conditioner) were empty - they are bolted to the wall so we had to call to get refills.

The first room we were assigned had two water bottles half full and underwear hanging in the closet. We were given breakfast vouchers and told we would receive $200 off our 3 night stay. The discount was not applied until I went back to remind them. It still looks like it is on my bill. The elevators are being renovated so they are slow, with doors opening and shutting several times, or getting stuck on floors. When I left towels on the floor for exchange, the cleaning services took the towels and didn't replace them. We didn't have enough robes in our room (booked for two) for travel to the pool etc. The beds were certainly not heavenly - just regular. This hotel was on par with Best Western (except not as clean). The yoga room and hot tub were nice.

Two rooms next to mine were under construction. Carpet dirty in a hallway because of that. My room was not cleaned, towels were not changed. I called twice to housekeeping to request clean towels. They brought it only around 10pm. This hotel is horrible!!!

J’ai bien aimé mon séjour au Westin que je recommanderais sans problème. Les chambres sont propres, à jour et impeccables. J’ai mis 4/5 pour le service car ma chambre n’était pas connectée à internet alors que ce devait être le cas et que je devais faire du télétravail. Lorsque j’ai appelé à la réception on m’a répondu qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire et que je devais parler au « technical department ». On m’a donc transféré à une compagnie internet externe et j’ai passé 40 minutes en ligne avec la compagnie qui n’a pas pu régler le problème. Internet fonctionnait dans le lobby mais pas dans ma chambre au 32e étage. J’ai donc rappelé la réception et ils m’ont répondu qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire..! Il a fallu que je descende en personne et leur reflète qu’il était inacceptable que je n’ai pas internet au prix payé pour la chambre (plus de 400$ par nuit) et aussi qu’il était surprenant qu’ils remettent la responsabilité au client de contacter la compagnie internet alors que ce devait être leur responsabilité. Ils m’ont finalement changé de chambre et le reste de mon séjour fut parfait. Ils ont avoué avoir des problèmes avec internet depuis un changement de fournisseur. Bref, le service à la clientèle aurait certainement pu être meilleur et ils m’auraient évité de perdre 40min en ligne avec une compagnie internet. Autre que cela, je recommande

I booked a king premium room. It was supposed to have a bathtub and did not. When we went down to the desk we were told that that the premium room didn’t have them. They said that we would have to pay $50.00 and upgrade to the suite room. When I got home I looked online and the premium room states it has a shower/bathtub.

The rooms are a bit dated, and unfortunately the hotel parking was full, so we had to park in the city lot dowm the street and walk over in pouring rain, which was inconvenient. The location, however, is a big plus, just a five-minute walk to Scotiabank Arena. The elevators had long wait times due to ongoing upgrades, and the soundproofing wasn’t great. We could clearly hear conversations in the hallway and toilets flushing from the floor above throughout the night. Our room being next to the elevators likely didn’t help. Friendly staff, overall 4 stars

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous water views. We stayed on the 22nd floor overlooking the harbour and it was so quiet. You wouldn’t know you were in downtown Toronto. The double beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We walked to the Scotiabank arena for the Sabrina Carpenter concert so convenience was the key. It was only a 7 min walk away. They checked us in early and upgraded us to a water view room which was very much appreciated. We also took the go express train from the airport to union station and walked to and from the hotel with our luggage which was easy and only a 15 min walk away.

The staff were great and went above and beyond to make sure that a surprise I was planning for my wife went really well for her. They did more than was expected and my Customer experience expectations are high. They helped me plan events and also did little extra things (reaching out to the restaurant to secure a great table, a bottle of wine in the room and chocolates and a list of after hours options for example along with super early check in.) I can't say enough how happy I was with the service.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. I don't think I have anything negative to say about our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon arrival, to a higher floor of the hotel and the Lakeview was beautiful! The room was exactly as described. We booked a King bed, corner unit with lakeview. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet, at the hotels onsite restaurant. The hotel is walking distance to Union station which was perfect for us as we travelled to the city by train. We would definitely stay here again!

Checkin was a breeze. Staff extremely attentive. Staff acknowledged my membership status immediately and extended benefits without me asking, which in my books and experience solidifies that my membership means something and staff is keenly aware. Outstanding hospitality & customer service! Upon arrival we had a quick check in process, beautiful & large suite with balcony & lake view. The next morning we informed the front desk that our TV had to be repaired & a pizza box was left from guests before us.

Hotel in good location overlooking the lake and by the ferry and water taxi terminals. Plus a short walk to many attractions such as the CNN tower and 5 minutes to Union Station. Breakfast was good going on to 10.30 am with a freshly cooked egg station. The hotel was in reasonable condition and overall the service was fine

The room was clean, well stock with all the amenities needed. The staff were all very friendly and had fantastic customer service. Sherick was absolutely fantastic at checked in, it was quick and efficient and accommodating! This hotel is right on the harbour and close to Scotia Bank Arena and the Rogers Center. The breakfast at the hotel was fresh and delicious!

Booked a very last minute room for one night and it was fantastic. Check in was fast and easy, the room was spacious, clean and had wonderful amenities. Beds were comfy, shower was wonderful. Close walking distance to many things downtown and easy to get to union for the subway or Go. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous water views. We stayed on the 22nd floor overlooking the harbour and it was so quiet. You wouldn’t know you were in downtown Toronto. The double beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We walked to the Scotiabank arena for the Sabrina Carpenter concert so convenience was the key. It was only a 7 min walk away. They checked us in early and upgraded us to a water view room which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the view from our suite. Watching the water taxis and boats were nice. Beds were comfy. I found the comforter lumpy and a brown blanket too thin. Pillows are big. Staff were polite and friendly. Buffet was amazing! Weekend line ups were very long so go real early. Pool and hot tub was great and helped relax us at the end of the day.

The room was terribly overpriced. A lot of construction going on waking us up at 5:30 in the morning. They did change our room but when you pay $400 a night for a room I was expecting a little bit more space and it to be a little nicer. It is not exceptionally nice. The restaurant is terribly overpriced. The food is not very good and it has terrible service. Half the elevators were not working so you would have to wait sometimes 15 minutes for an elevator total nightmare. Definitely hope I don't have to stay there again.

Loved the hotel's amenities, including its extensive and fresh breakfast buffet. Also, the indoor pool and whirlpool were great features as well. Hotel is in a great location, close to most of the major attractions in the city. Definitely will stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto!

What a wonderful spot to stay. The food options at this hotel are amazing. You really don't need to go anywhere else! From the buffet breakfast, lounge snacks and meals and of course, the piece-de-resistance - Don Alfonso. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. What an event!! The location proximity to the water, Roger's centre and other amenities was just perfect.

We love this hotel and stay here a few times a year to go to sporting events and concerts. We walk to Rogers Centre or Scotiabank arena. Only complaint is the lobby bar sucks at service. It’s every time unfortunately. We just bring our own drinks for the room.
