The bad part: The bathroom was pretty dirty when we checked in—there was actually hair in the shower. After we complained, they did a better job cleaning it. Also, the breakfast could be way less industrialized. It felt a bit cheap, and we wished the food was fresher and better prepared. The good part: On the bright side, the hotel is in a really good location. Everything was super close.

Decent location in downtown Toronto only a few blocks from St Lawrence Market. Not a whole lot else in that immediate vicinity. Rooms were clean, staff was professional and courteous. Building and rooms were undergoing renovations so there was scaffolding and such that took away from the aesthetic but no big deal there. Parking spaces in their garage was very limited, I feel we were fortunate enough to find a space when we did and didn't move our vehicle until checkout otherwise we may have been looking for parking garages down the road which would have been highly inconvenient.

The hotel is in a great location by the St. Lawrence Market and within walking distance from all of the major landmarks downtown. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were also very helpful and kind!
