This is the perfect hotel in a perfect location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms & bedding excellent with quality furnishings. The lobby has a flower shop, so the scent is magnificent. At night, the atmosphere and architecture in front of the hotel is like a movie. It has a high end, but not stuffy vibe, the lobby bar always busy. Plenty of staff to check you in, no wait. Wine selection was excellent and only $6 Euros per glass. Other reviews mentioned the bar prices as expensive, but to me, if you want a classy experience, it costs a little more, completely expected. There is a Burger King open until 2am down the street that still cost $30 Euros for a meal, Look no further for a great Valencia experience,

Charming hotel with great location and amenities. Receptionists and other service people were really nice. We were able to check in passing midnight without any problems. The bar downstairs was very nice and popular. Any room right above it might be a little noisy at night.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. I love how the beautiful bar and flower shop welcome you to the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there again. There's also a really good restaurant on the rooftop. We loved this hotel!

Staff, property and amenities were great. The location is also perfect, it’s in the center of the city but sits on a quiet street. Lobby can feel overwhelming because there is a bar and there is always people sitting around, but once you get to your room it’s all peaceful.

A fantastic hotel. There’s a beautiful fountain right in the square in front of the hotel . Serene environment. Central and easy access to the city Centre where all the action is 😃… Room was super comfortable. I also like to use the gym that was the top attraction for me choosing this hotel. And the icing on the cake, the gym is open 24 hours. Lovely Ambience . Loved it . 😍

Séjour décevant : Chambre 'LUXE' avec fenetre sur une cour intérieure sans lumière (claustrophobe s'abstenir). La moitié des chambres donnent sur cette cour. Salle de bain pas impecable. Service de chambre négligent, tasse céfé pas lavé, produit douche.. pas remplacé, ect... Bref TRES decevant pour un hotel de ce prix

The hotel has very nice common spaces and a friendly staff, but unfortunately our room had a significant amount of mold in it. The mold surrounded the HVAC vent, was also found in the shower, and it gave the room a musty smell. I was surprised that the hotel would give a room to a guest in this condition.

Une expérience mitigée concernant cet établissement. Une situation centrale qui permet de visiter la ville à pied, un personnel sympathique et une belle vue sur les toits de valence. Pour un 5*, l'entretien est à améliorer. Suite à un incident dans la salle de bain un changement de chambre a été proposé (même catégorie), les petits déjeuners offerts mais l'expérience reste mitigée.

Great hotel and great location. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the rooms were adequate size and comfortable. Only qualms were: - the quality of iron / ironing board: wasnt already in the room and the ones they give you on request are terrible - no steam and very cheap / ineffective at ironing even simple clothes coming out of a pre-ironed packed suitcase - there’s not enough hanging / shelves in the bathroom - just one peg at the back of the bathroom door and no shower tray in the shower which is a finishing touch overlooked - not many options for the in room coffee machine and sparse (just one coffee per day per guest, and no choice of flavour /type Most of those are nightingale things rather than major, but would be expected in a “5-star” and the price. Couldn’t fault the staff at all - all lovely and great service! Igor at the bar was a top barman! Thanks!

Great room with my favorite bed of the trip. Wonderful lobby bar with a great mixologist staff. Really loved the stay overall. As is common with more and more upscale hotels though, I don't understand why the toilet door is see through.

Only You Valencia was an excellent choice for our family vacation. The service of the staff was top notch and they made sure to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We had two premium rooms which were on the 8th floor and nice city views. The bathroom shower had excellent water pressure & it was hot. Room was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was solid and the restaurant for lunch was great option as well as very good pallea options. Location is right in the heat of the historic district and easy to walk to all the major historic spots. My one comment would be to offer a turn down service. Thank you.

The area is very charming and historic; at the hotel, the reception person was fantastic. The room was labeled the "presidential suite", but it was really nothing close to a true presidential suite. The bathroom in the master bedroom offers no privacy, it has a glass partition. The shower was leaking. The window blinds are all power, but none of that was explained to us at check-in. Overall The room was kind of funky. it was advertised as the "presidential suite, "but was probably a 6 1/2 out of 10. Decent, but not quite worth the money.

I love it! Since the time I came in I was impressed for the attention. Borja helped me with the check in, and gave me all the recommendations about the city, transportation, restaurants …. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He deserves all the compliments!!! The location is perfect, the smell, the music, the energy is something that makes this place unforgetable. Special recognitionnto the nice Chilean Barista who was also very professional and demonstrates his special talent with the best coffe you can ever had. I had the oportunity to speak with him and it was a pleasure to hear about his love to the coffee,its production, varieties, geography and the Colombian Music! Only You Hotel at Valencia brings the best of the best to its guests!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service including for paying. We waited 1/2 hour for service which is no acceptable. Management take note on your super star Elena. She made our stay great including reservations for the new years activity.

This is a fantastic hotel located very centrally in the old area of Valencia. If you haven’t been to Valencia before, this is where you want to be. It’s central to all the beautiful, historical buildings as well as quaint pedestrian streets lined with shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has impeccable service, and they have taken great pride in going the extra mile with the details that make the trip memorable. Beds are very comfortable, with lovely linens and other appointments that will make your stay extra special. Breakfast is a fantastic buffet worth including.

Second stay at this property and lI like everything about it - location, rooms and staff. I did have an issue at breakfast on Christmas Day when my plate was removed twice and I lost my table each time to another guest while I got up to get food/drink. To their credit, my charge was removed by a very nice lady at the front desk after I explained the situation. I will be back.

I loved everything about this stay, the concierge, the check in, the welcome champagne, the amazing room, every detail was perfect. Also was stunned and so pleasantly surprised to have a birthday cake, balloons, prosecco, and a letter from the staff with birthday wishes!

The Only You was perfect! The hotel and our room were both clean and beautiful with cool decor. The location is phenomenal- we didn’t have to take a car anywhere as it’s right in the center. Walked to everything. It’s also a very safe, nice area. The staff went above and beyond and everyone was SO sweet and friendly. Will definitely be back sometime!

Horrible woman in the dinner restaurant tried to charge me for a disgusting Caesar salad took 20 minutes to argue with her finally had to demand the manager resolve the next day, which she did with a bottle of wine. He was very nice about it. The woman is awful. The restaurant is awful for dinner. Spent your money elsewhere Was also overcharged of the sushi restaurant for sake.

This was a great hotel in a very central and easily walkable location to everything in the City Center. The bed was super comfortable and the room was up to date and modern with all amenities you need. The front desk was super helpful showing us a map of main things to see and also with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely top notch including a made to order coffee station. There was even an Asian Poke station with dumplings. There is something for every dietary need. There is a City parking garage literally around the corner and we found it super easy to park our car there and walk to the hotel. There is limited space to park and unload right in front of the hotel, but that is possible (there’s a small area that feels like you’re stopping on the sidewalk). Don’t forget to bring your parking ticket inside. The front desk will stamp it for a parking discount. We found Valencia a clean, safe and vibrant city with lots of nightlife and a great vibe.

Great service, friendly staff, breakfast very impressive with lots of options. Great view from restaurant and great location for touring the old town and shopping. Ground floor bar very buzzy in the evening with young staff and clientele. Appreciated the decor of the hotel and beds very comfortable. Will be returning to Only You hotels in Spain on future trips.
