Leuk hotel, in het midden van Valencia. Als je met de auto bent is het even zoeken, want is het alleen lopend bereikbaar, maar vlakbij een parkeergarage. De kamer is goed voor een gezin met 2 kinderen, niet groot, maar te doen. De kamer heeft een prachtige badkamer.

The staff was great and very courteous. The room was small, but had everything one needs. The shower was quite small and difficult to access. The breakfast was good. The fridge in the room was not very cold and I had to throw away the food I tried to keep in there, the air conditioning was not working in our room, but we able to make do with the ceiling fan. The hotel is currently under some renovations, so I expect it likely to improve further. The location was amazing and one of the primary reasons we chose.this hotel. I was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station and great access to all the restaurants in old town.

Everything about this place was great including air conditioning which is not the norm in Europe. Federica and Agustin were awesome!!!! The only thing to know is : hotel is in the old part of town (beautiful area) but if you are driving it’s tricky to get to hotel to load and unload bags . Touch base with hotel for directions. I will return.

Great customer service and perfect location.The only negative points are that the air con, nor the ventilation in the bathroom, worked. The only windows we had were doors which led out onto a shared terrace area. The smell from the breakfast came into room when the doors were open and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom (which didn't have a window). I'd recommend the hotel, but not the room.

Da questa struttura mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, anche dopo aver letto le recensioni. Camera un po’ piccola così come le misure del materasso (non è un matrimoniale standard) ma nel complesso carina, compreso il bagno. La cosa che lascia molto a desiderare è la pulizia: asciugamani messi a disposizione del tutto sporchi con grandi macchie nere qua e là. Per non parlare della donna delle pulizie, che sfortunatamente ho incontrato mentre riassettava la camera. Appoggiare i cuscini per terra durante il rifacimento del letto per poi rimetterli sopra dove avrei dovuto metterci la faccia per dormire mi sembra proprio anti igienico soprattutto in tempi come questi in cui dovrebbe esserci un’attenzione maggiore per l’igiene!! Colazione super, prodotti ottimi con ampia scelta.

Dringende Warnung: als Einzelreisender ein Einzelzimmer zu buchen! Zwar sind Einrichtung und Bad sehr schön. Aber: es gibt kein Tageslicht in diesen Zimmern (4 in der Zahl, wie man mir an der Rezeption sagte). Die beide vorhandenen Fenster gehen auf einen Schacht mit der Abluftvorrichtung. Das bedeutet: Entlüftungsgeräusch, keine Frischluftzufuhr). - Man versicherte mir, beim kommenden Aufenthalt eine andere Art von Zimmer. Bin gespannt. Die Lage und das Frühstück sind allerdings sehr gut.

The staff, in particular Laura in reception, were very helpful. Also a young man who was on duty Tuesday evening. A very good breakfast was provided. The 1st floor room that we were originally offered as very gloomy with not a lot of natural light. The hotel is in the old town area and central for the city.

Excellent hotel for staying close into the city centre, being equidistant from two of the major city squares. Friendly staff and first class room service. This was our second stay at this hotel and we were as pleased with it this time as we were five years ago. We'll be staying again as the location would be hard to beat!

We walked to the City of Arts and Science in about 35 minutes. The train station is ten minutes away. The receptionists were helpful and courteous. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day. We had lots of fresh fruits, eggs, ham and plenty of other choices. They also accommodated my celiac/gluten free requirements. Lola, the hostess in the breakfast area, was most pleasant and helpful. She was constantly busy replenishing the food and cleaning. Our room was dated but clean and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk is very helpful and nice. They took the time too show me on a map every place that I should visit, and recommended good restaurants. The room was small but comfortable enough, and the towels were soft and thick. The hotel has an excellent location, and you can walk everywhere from there.

Petit Palace was perfect for our Fallas adventure. It was basically the center for everything Fallas! The rooms were nice and clean and you definitely want to pay for the breakfast thats available! Its one of the best breakfasts ive ever had offered anywhere and the flavorfullness of all the food was amazing!

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une rue avec accès limité aux voitures. A une dizaine de minutes du métro qui mène à l'aéroport et à distance de marche des principales activités de la ville. La chambre était d'une taille correcte, bien insonorisée par rapport aux bruits de l'extérieur. La douche de la salle de bains était très agréables et bien fournie en produits de soin de qualité. Seul bémol, l'air conditionné semblait déficient. Nous avons eu un peu chaud durant la nuit et il a fallu ouvrir les fenêtres. Au mois de février, ce n'est pas un souci mais cela aurait pu l'être au coeur de l'été. Le service est attentif (commande de taxis, informations sur les activités culturelles). Très grand choix pour le petit déjeuner (des oeufs aux viennoiseries en passant par le pain à la tomate, les charcuteries, la tortilla, les yaourts, les fruits frais ...
