Great location, easy walk to old town. Very quiet area. Clean and comfy. We had a tripe twin room. One of the beds was low to the ground and squeaked all night. Other than that, everything was great! No fridge in room.

The service is excellent. People at the front desk and the restaurant are very pleasant, helpful and always wear an accommodating smile. The hotel itself is old but very clean. The family room we got is surprisingly big. We did not have any trouble finding a space to open our baggages. The beds and blankets are comfortable. The only downside was the lack of airconditioning unit. While they have it installed, it’s not working while we were there. The room got hot despite having the fans on.

Nice room in a good location - very near train station and a tram stop almost right across street. 24 hour desk staff is nice. A/C only comes on if the temps are above like 74-75 degrees so a little warm for American travelers - but we were able to open the windows, so it worked. I thought the sheets were very scratchy. Breakfast was OK, but more cereals, yogurts and breads. Would stay there again if you just needed a place to rest and shower.

Kettle in room did not work. Man at reception seemed annoyed at being asked for a new one. 2nd one failed too. Room was nicely decorated. Bed was comfy but covers were too short width-wise so one of us froze each night! Coffee at breakfast was lovely. Whole grain rolls were very fresh and delicious. Great location for train station and trams.

We really liked this place- it’s very well kept and in a very central location, especially convenient to the main train station. Only complaint is that we were on the top floor and our room was quite warm.

Great place to stay close to station. They don’t have tea/coffee making in room which was very disappointing but then a staff member gave us a kettle which make all the difference.

The room itself was fine, but a bit of a lower standard than expected for 200 EUR a night. The bathroom ceiling was moldy, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. As a vegetarian/vegan, the breakfast lacked a variety of choices, and was unhealthy in my opinion. Meanwhile, the personnel were friendly and talkative, but some seemed a bit overworked, especially in the breakfast buffet. An okay stay for two days of business.

It is a good location for accessing the main area of Zurich. My room was a bit noisy at night with street traffic but the second night I closed the window & put the A/C on & that made a huge difference. The staff were all very nice. The room, although small, was nice & clean.

The room was adequate and had a bonus balcony. However the area is noisy due to loud music in the night. Road works were also very near the hotel that time. The room was spacious however the location of the beds were not very good as the head part was next to the toilet door. The shower had a low pressure and the sink make a gurgling sound as it flows down. The kettle was a pleasant amenity. The tram was very near and the hotel is very walkable to the main areas of attraction. The staff were very friendly, smiley and accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is in a university neighborhood that's about a 5-minute walk from the main train station and about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. The hotel itself is not fancy, and the rooms are small. But our rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the rate was affordable, and the location was very convenient..

ridiculous, falsely advertised room sizes online, location was fine but staff was rude. me and my buddies were hanging out in whatever lobby space was available and were on our phones and some person who was working at the desk at the time was repeatedly yelling "TURN OFF THE LOUD SPEAKER" when it wasnt even loud. additionally, we asked for our room cleaned and nobody came to service it. do not recommend this property under any circumstance, would rather stay in a motel 6. overpriced and underserviced.

Pretty bad state of bathrooms on level 2, with shower not draining at all. Reception was under-staffed in the morning, noting one person with limited experience and poor customer skills, was running around to resolve matters. He was borderline aggressive and used his native German language as an excuse for his abrupt English communication. On a positive note, person at the reception in the evening was very pleasant and helpful in many ways, location is good as walking distance from main station and restaurants. Overall, the property is dated, people with allergies are likely to struggle sleeping at night.

Air conditioning worked well. Easy check in process. Taxi from train to hotel was crazy expensive (use Uber or Bolt). Shower and soap was great. Bedding cotton and comfy - but needed extra pillows. Only complaint was breakfast - not good - not a big selection - suggest going outside hotel.
