Avaliamos o hotel na média (3 estrelas), muito em função do bom café da manhã e da cordialidade dos funcionários. Por outro lado, as condições e instalações da propriedade são regulares (apenas 1 elevador minúsculo e sem frigobar no quarto) e o serviço dos funcionários da limpeza deixou a desejar. Isto porque, nos 4 dias em que estivemos hospedados, apenas uma vez, justamente no dia da nossa chegada, deixaram duas toalhas de banho. Apesar de saberem que éramos duas pessoas no quarto (eu e minha esposa), deixavam apenas uma toalha de banho e uma toalha de rosto. De resto, apesar de não ser tão próximo ao centro da cidade, é de fácil acesso a pé e também por transporte público.

Nette Personal Kostenloser Parkplatz Sehr schreckliches zimmer. Wer kommt auf die Idee, die rechre Seite der Toilette an den Wand zu kleben? Wie soll man dann darauf sitzen?!!! Die Zimmerwände sind so dünn, dass man der Nachbar hört, wenn er in der Nacht schnarcht. Der Aufzug hört man auch in der Nacht. wir konnten keine Stunde schlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und Badezimmer zu eng.

Das Hotel an sich ganz nett, das Personal auch. ABER: unser Zimmer lag am Aufzug und dieser war so laut, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Ausserdem sind die Wände so dünn, dass man wirklich alles aus den Nebenzimmern hört. Umzug war nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Das Badezimmer war relativ neu, leider aber so klein, dass man sich beim Reingehen entweder an der Tür oder der Dusche angestoßen hat. Die Lage und das Frühstück waren gut, aber trotzdem können wir das Hotel wegen der schlaflosen Nacht nicht empfehlen.

The hotel is in good location just 15 minutes or less by tram from the city centre with many cafe shops around. I really enjoyed my stay in Neufled hotel, the lady in the reception (Doloresso)was very friendly and showed me on the map the most important places to visit in Zurech, the room was clean and the toilet was spacious for single room. I have asked for backyard room as i am sensitive to noises and i was given one, the bed was comfortable. I needed slipper and i was provided with one.. The breakfast was good and the two ladies serving the breakfast were very friendly. Thank you to the hotel for hosting me.

Hotel does not have air conditioning old and smelly. When we areived the hotel tells me it was canceled till we showed them its not they gave us a key to our room where there was 2 people sleeping inside they changed rooms and the beds are very uncomfortable horrible all around

Great location, 50 metres from a very efficient tram line into central Zürich and train station. We had a balcony which was great . But no air conditioning, only a electric fan. Very nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. Good wifi. Basic breakfast, but enough.

We chose Hotel Neufeld because it is close to my grandson’s apartment. It is very clean with a very nice staff. The room and especially the bathroom was very small, but it was adequate for us. The breakfasts were excellent. It was also very close to transportation making it easy to get around the city. I would recommend it for anyone who needs to stay in that part of town.

Das Zimmer ist nicht einladend, die Storen sind veraltet sowie das Plissee am Fenster. Das Fernseh hat nicht funktioniert, der Duschkopf pfiffte bei zu hohen Druck. Das Zimmer und Badzimmer waren hingegen sehr sauber. Die Dame beim Ankunft war nett, beim Check out hat die Empfangdame (nicht die gleiche) mich kaum angeschaut (war beschäftigt mit einem Paar) aber ehrlich hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet. Die Bedienungsdamen während dem Morgenessen waren regelrecht antipathisch. Schade: ein Lächeln am Morgen ändert die Stimmung, neue oder gewaschene plissee am Fenster und eine schöne helle Farbe am Wand ändert die Atmosphäre. Dann wäre der Aufenthalt ein Highlight gewesen.

Lovely spot next to the tram stop and only a short 10min journey to the main station and the centre. Even though I only stayed for one night it was great to have such a convenient spot to explore the city from. The room was well furnished and I had a peaceful sleep. This hotel is somewhat close to the central area of Zurich/Old Town. It’s about a 15 minute tram ride which stops steps away from the front door. The room I had was small but comfortable. The breakfast was good - selection of cheese, yoghurt, breads, cereal, some bite sized fruit, juices, etc. It was enough to fill me up.
